De los tips para estreñimiento que vamos a ir dando, la toma de suficiente agua natural es importante para que los demás cambios que hagamos en nutra vida y alimentación se vean beneficiados y funcionen como esperamos.

No te preocupes, te dejo opciones para aumentar tu hidratación.
✅Incluye los jugos verdes como fuente de fibra y agua.
✅Haz agua fresca con pulpa de la fruta de temporada.
✅Aumenta tu consumo de sopas y caldos.
✅Toma un té de tu sabor de preferencia en cada comida (caliente o frío).

Nutrition Guide To Fight COVID19
This Sample Nutrition Guideline or diet chart is to boost immunity to fight against COVID19 effectively irrespective of age & sex.
Empty Stomach During morning:
Mix Raw Ginger (Smashed 1cm) + Raw Turmeric ( Smashed 1cm) in 200 ml water and boil. Add Tulsi Leaves (4) + Honey (1 spoon), Make it luke warmed and consume.
Add to Breakfast:
Green Tea, Ginger Tea
Almond (15) + Walnut (4) + Anjeer (6) + Dates(2) + Flaxseed ( Crushed 1 spoon)
Add to Lunch & Dinner :
(1) Salad: Lemon, Carrot, Beet, Tomatoes
(2) Legumes : Moong Dal, Bengal Gram, Peanuts.
(3) Vegetables : Broccoli, spinach, Red Bellpeppers, Papaya, Button Mushrooms, Sweet Potatoes, Garlic, Ginger ( Paste or Raw Smashed).
(4) Non-Veg: Chicken (200gm), Eggs (2), Prawn/ Crabs (Optional)
(5) Use Sunflower Oil / olive oil for cooking.

Quando falamos de dietas Vegetarianas ou Vegan é colocada, por muitos, a questão se haverá carências nutricionais que se poderão desenvolver. A resposta é sim! Existem diferentes vertentes de vegetarianos, uns incluem alguns alimentos de origem animal como os lácteos e/ou ovos e outros, como os vegan, que excluem qualquer tipo de produto de origem animal, alimentar ou não. Neste caso em específico, a vitamina B12, está presente unicamente em alimentos de origem animal (a presente nas fontes vegetais está na forma inactiva e os análogos presentes nas algas não têm demonstrado actividade metabólica em humanos, daí não surtirem efeito no nosso organismo). Se estivermos a falar de um vegetariano que introduz no seu dia-a-dia e de forma equilibrada, produtos de origem animal (lácteos e/ou ovos) não será afectado da mesma forma comparativamente a um vegan, visto que o vegan não tem qualquer tipo de fonte de B12 na sua alimentação. Daí ser extremamente importante ter o devido acompanhado nutricional individualizado, adequando assim as necessidades à pessoa de forma a que não desenvolva qualquer tipo de carência. A monitorização dos valores da B12 é fundamental e grande partes das situações é necessário recorrer a suplementação de forma a que os valores sejam mais favoráveis. 🔝Eat, and DRINK, wise to counteract AGING DECAY.
Many people makes a great use of coffee. ☕☕☕
It has both advantages and disadvantages, for example it may trigger AUTOPHAGY, a system aimed to replace damaged parts of cells linked to a longer lifespan, by inhibiting M-ToR, a gene involved in cell growth.
This may be an advantage if used wisely, but do not abuse with caffein!
Muscle mass is a good predictor of health and minor fraility and mortality 💀 in older age, we need to make a good use of growing factors such as M-ToR to keep our muscle tone and strenght. 💪💪💪 Therefore, my suggestion is to stop using caffein immediately after workout and in the following one or two days in order to let M-ToR carry out its task to the fullest.
Use caffein when you don't have to recover from a workout, or during caloric restriction in the way to trigger autophagy.
That's one of the example of how to make a wise use of nutrition tricks for health and longevity.
