Nutrition Guide To Fight COVID19
This Sample Nutrition Guideline or diet chart is to boost immunity to fight against COVID19 effectively irrespective of age & sex.
Empty Stomach During morning:
Mix Raw Ginger (Smashed 1cm) + Raw Turmeric ( Smashed 1cm) in 200 ml water and boil. Add Tulsi Leaves (4) + Honey (1 spoon), Make it luke warmed and consume.
Add to Breakfast:
Green Tea, Ginger Tea
Almond (15) + Walnut (4) + Anjeer (6) + Dates(2) + Flaxseed ( Crushed 1 spoon)
Add to Lunch & Dinner :
(1) Salad: Lemon, Carrot, Beet, Tomatoes
(2) Legumes : Moong Dal, Bengal Gram, Peanuts.
(3) Vegetables : Broccoli, spinach, Red Bellpeppers, Papaya, Button Mushrooms, Sweet Potatoes, Garlic, Ginger ( Paste or Raw Smashed).
(4) Non-Veg: Chicken (200gm), Eggs (2), Prawn/ Crabs (Optional)
(5) Use Sunflower Oil / olive oil for cooking.
Add Afternoon Fruit/ Fruit Juice ( Home Made):
