GARLIC is a main component of that diet. It’s also a super potent health food but sometimes it’s a pain to peel & shred & grate while in the middle of cooking. I was buying store-bought organic crushed garlic, then one day my Mom brought me multiple bulbs from the farmers market. I decided I’d use them faster if I prepped them in advance. I also decided I wanted to have more & probably better fresher ingredients than from a store jar. So now I buy multiple bulbs ( 3 or 4 ) of organic garlic in advance & I store it in 100% organic Virgin Olive Oil from Italy in an air tight container in the fridge. Trust me , because it's more convenient, I use it everyday so it doesn’t go to waste.
