The Santa Fe Southwestern Turkey Sandwich is a burger with a southwestern twist that tastes great. Chili powder, cumin, and green chiles are used to season juicy turkey patties. They are then topped with pepper jack cheese, fresh vegetables, and tangy salsa. Every bite tastes like the Southwest!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground turkey. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup diced red onion. 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper. 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper. 1/4 cup diced canned green chiles. 1 tsp chili powder. 1/2 tsp cumin. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. 4 slices of pepper jack cheese. Lettuce leaves. Sliced tomatoes. Sliced red onion. Sliced avocado. Salsa. Sour cream.
Instructions: Put breadcrumbs, diced red onion, diced red bell pepper, diced green bell pepper, diced green chiles, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix the ingredients together. Mix everything together well. Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty. Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready. They should be cooked all the way through and have nice grill marks after 5 to 6 minutes on each side. Put a slice of pepper jack cheese on top of each patty in the last minute of cooking and let it melt. Fry or grill the burger buns for a few seconds on each side while the patties are cooking. To put the burgers together, start with a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun. Then add a turkey patty with melted cheese, tomatoes, red onion, and avocado slices. Take the top bun and put it on top of the burger. Spread salsa and sour cream on it. Enjoy it hot with your favorite sides!

The turkey burgers are a great take on the traditional Kentucky Hot Brown sandwich and are full of flavor. Cheese, bacon, fresh tomato, and a creamy, cheesy Hot Brown sauce are melted on top of seasoned turkey patties.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground turkey. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices cooked bacon. 4 slices tomato. 4 slices cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese. 1/4 tsp paprika. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce. 1/4 tsp hot sauce. 1/4 tsp garlic powder. 1/4 tsp onion powder. 1/4 tsp dried parsley flakes.
Instructions: Warm up your grill or a skillet on the stove over medium-high heat. Ground turkey, paprika, black pepper, salt, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder should all be mixed together in a bowl. Mix it well, then shape it into 4 burger patties. They should be cooked on a grill or in a pan for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done and no longer pink in the middle. Make the Hot Brown sauce while the burgers are cooking: Grated Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, heavy cream, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Pecorino Romano cheese, and dried parsley flakes should all be put into a small saucepan. Slowly heat the mixture and stir it all the time until the cheeses melt and the sauce is smooth. Almost done with the burgers Put a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each one and let it melt for a minute. Put the cooked turkey burger patty and melted cheddar cheese on the bottom half of each hamburger bun to put the burgers together. Put a piece of cooked bacon and a piece of tomato on top of each burger. Spread a lot of the Hot Brown sauce over the tomato slices. Use the top halves of the buns to close the burgers. Make sure your Kentucky Hot Brown Burgers are hot before you eat them.

IT'S FRIDAY, GENTLEMEN. Time to de-suit. Have a turkeyburger.
The day after I retire, I plan on having a big bonfire in the backyard of all my suits and ties. Maybe my boxer shorts.
You're all invited to the bonfire. Clothing optional.

Today was a terribly cold and rainy day. Yesterday was Mardi Gras, but I couldn’t find any king cake anywhere. That’s a bummer because I love king cake. Ellie spent the night last night because she has late class Tuesday and earlier class Wednesday. So at least I got to sleep with her last night.
I started my day off with an exam that I barely didn’t finish. I was on the last question and ran out of time. Then moved on to a class that I can’t pay attention in because I don’t understand what we are doing because I can’t pay attention in. Then I had lunch and learned that a friend of mine has decided to break up with his girlfriend of four years after lots of consideration and thought. He is going to do it in a few weeks. He isn’t happy in the relationship, but he isn’t sad like he used to be. It used to be a lot more rough, but now it’s just nothing and he feels nothing. I don’t know, maybe I’m putting words in his mouth by summarizing.
Then I went to another class. Then home for like 20 minutes, then I went to pick up Ellie and get dropped off for lab. We got new lab partners today and I think I like these ones more than my previous. They seem more enthusiastic and personable. And smarter too. Lab always takes so long. The full 1 hour and whatever minutes. Then lecture which I barely paid attention to.
I went home and sat around for a bit. I was hungry so I went to the dining hall to get some turkeyburgers but there were none. Only regular burgers. So I left and got a personal pizza from the diner. Chicken bacon ranch with no bacon. I ate it while watching YouTube and then did some homework.
I do a good job of keeping up with my homework. I should work on my job more.
I feel so drained. We are going out to the bars on Friday and I can’t wait. It’ll be nice to have fun time with friends.
Goodnight Tumblr!
