Post pandemic, I was a waitress at a very large restaurant chain. We had QR codes on every single table but we had physical menus set aside for older folks and people who genuinely couldn’t get on our online menu because the WiFi/phone service SUCKED in the area. There were talks for a while about going 100% QR code and all of the workers fought it. We had the regional manager come in every couple of months (she was a bitch and eventually got fired) and she would go through the restaurant and gather our physical menus. The bartender and I would always stash the menus to where she couldn’t find them and then it eventually got to the point where she literally tore that place apart trying to find those last couple of menus.

Day 1 of having no physical menus every worker was DREADING it. Almost every single table I had that day asked about why there weren’t any physical menus and I was honest with the customers and told them the regional manager got rid of all of them. But if they were upset about it then I encourage them to write a review. The NEXT DAY all of the reviews came in and every single review was talking about “Loved the service and food was great! Just wish there were actual menus!”

Literally day after that we had all the menus returned.

Le Bistró Pack

Hellooo guys! I was heavilly inspired by this last kit that EA made, I reaaally liked it. So this is a pack inspired by and made to complement Cozy Bistro, but everything here works perfectly alone and IS base game compatible*. I really wanted something that screams bistros and restaurants and was heavilly inspired by these pins here, here, here, here and by Bouillon Chartier in Paris!

I was aiming in woody, cozy and vintage and I started by the panel wallpaper but I didnt like how flat it looked on the wall so I made 3D wall panelling and really liked how it turned out so I made windows, doors and arches following this panel to make it look crafted! And to be honest it is super flexible in other rooms, thats why I liked it so much!
