Opps it’s been a few weeks
This should have been posted beginning of the month but I’ve been busy 😅
Last month I thought for sure I would be in the 20s but I once again was stuck in a flux between 230-233, I did reach below 230 a few times I stepped on the scale, which was really exciting but I just keep fluctuating. In the end, the number it landed on at the beginning of the month was 230.6 which means inbetween all the fluctuations when it came time to record my weight at the start of the month I showed a half pound gained.
I’m not gonna sweat it though because I’m still doing better than I’ve ever done with my weight loss journey and I can still keep working towards getting out of this frustrating rut of fluctuation again.
Slow and steady is going to help me win this in the long run because it has already done wonders for me as compared to my past attempts of weight loss and overall becoming healthier. 🐢🐢🐢
Ultimately I need to not fret over it so much because it causes me to fail, it sounds counterintuitive but for me when I get too in my head and hyper focus on something and am unable to succeed with it I just go into a major depression and slowly give up.
But so far so good 💪���
Today I made charred Brussels and coconut mango salmon 🍽️
I also tried Celsius for the first time and it was much better than I was anticipating it to be.

This Skinny Taco Dip is a lighter version of the classic party favorite, perfect for those following Weight Watchers or anyone looking for a healthier option. It's creamy, flavorful, and packed with all the delicious taco flavors.
Ingredients: 8 oz fat-free cream cheese, softened. 8 oz fat-free sour cream. 16 oz jar of salsa. 1 packet taco seasoning mix. 1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup shredded lettuce. 1 medium tomato, diced. 1/4 cup sliced black olives optional. 1/4 cup chopped green onions optional.
Instructions: Softened cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning mix should be mixed together in a bowl until the mixture is smooth. Put the mixture in the bottom of a shallow serving dish and spread it out evenly. Spread the salsa out evenly over the cream cheese mixture. On top of the salsa, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese. If you want, you can add black olives, green onions, shredded lettuce, and diced tomato on top. Put it in the fridge for at least an hour before you serve it. Serve with fresh vegetable sticks or baked tortilla chips.
