Really silly of me* to have a chili recipe as one of my favorites - but I really like cooking a big pot of something and sharing it with friends and chili is just perfect!! Good thing you can actually adjust spicyness pretty well - and I also offer more hot peppers/jalapenos, corn and stuff on the side as a topping.

Warning though, the flavor will depend a lot on the choice of beer, it can turn out pretty bitter or malty, but I personally like to switch it up everytime <3
