Fabulous reply to have a lil read through if you'd have a moment!!

You're not a bad person if you didn't know before, if you didn't realise your art wasn't representing marginalised groups. BUT once you know, it's odd to continue doing it without reason.

Get that research! Read other perspectives! Learn from people who are different to you!

Understanding other persons experience isn't just for artists. It's for everyone.

How can you be welcoming, properly genuinely kind, to the world if you don't TRY and understand it? And I don't mean shallow kindness, progressiveness, I mean understanding, not being misguided.

Making mistakes in your life, be it getting someone's name wrong, drawing the wrong wheelchair, dismissing concerns from a marginalised group, that doesn't make you a bad person.

What does stop you from being an activist is fighting for only your rights, only reading people from the same groups as you, and not researching!!!!!!
