Dumbbell curls: This is a classic bicep exercise that works the front of the biceps. To do a dumbbell curl, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand. With your palms facing forward, curl the dumbbells up towards your shoulders. Slowly lower the dumbbells back down to the starting position.
Hammer curls: This exercise works the inner and outer heads of the biceps. To do a hammer curl, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand. With your palms facing each other, curl the dumbbells up towards your shoulders. Slowly lower the dumbbells back down to the starting position.
Preacher curls: This exercise works the long head of the biceps. To do a preacher curl, sit on a preacher bench with your feet flat on the floor. Hold a dumbbell in each hand and place your forearms on the preacher bench. Curl the dumbbells up towards your shoulders. Slowly lower the dumbbells back down to the starting position.
Cool-down: Finish your workout with a 5-10 minute cool-down to help your body recover. Some good cool-down exercises include static stretches or yoga poses.
You can do 3 sets of 8-12 repetitions of each exercise. Be sure to rest for 1-2 minutes between sets. As you get stronger, you can increase the weight or resistance of the dumbbells.
It is important to note that this is just a sample workout. You may need to adjust the exercises or the number of sets and repetitions depending on your fitness level. It is also important to listen to your body and don't push yourself too hard.

I think the Ratiorine fandom really moved on too fast from the fact that Hoyo chose "charming audacity" and "dear gambler" as the first words players would hear from Ratio to Aventurine. Not the second scene. Not the third. The very first sentence players ever hear between those two.
And you know what, we also moved on much too quickly from the next scene too. Ratio was the one to start the whole "Aventurine is a peacock" thing. Why are you sitting around thinking about what alien animals your coworker reminds you of, Veritas? The joke is supposed to be that peacocks are noisy, but then they just drop that like a hot rock so the camera can do a slow pan on Aventurine's chest and Ratio can comment on Aventurine's clothing choices. Since when does Dr. Ratio care what people wear? Why were you looking?! Fellas, is it gay to compare your partner in crime to the symbol of male beauty???

Periodic reminder from your friendly neighbourhood gymbro: The work you put in will come back. If you modify your workouts, the reward will still come to you.
So do knee pushups (no, we're not calling them "girl pushups"). Do weight machines. Put the resistance or weight low on machines.
The reward of fitness still benefits you because fitness is not a punishment. It should never be used or seen as a punishment for existing. Fitness is just... part of existence for many of us. However your fitness looks is fine. Don't let the broader fitness culture tell you that you need to do things their way. You'll be fine with what you're doing. If you stop needing modifications as you start doing more intense workouts, great! But if you never stop using modifications, then that's fine because fitness isn't a punishment or admittance of failure.
