Little vent?
I'm glad I'm losing weight but I've spend almost my entire life already being overweight. I was already struggling with my weight since I was 5 due to medical conditions and medicine I used to take. Being overweight is really all I have known for my body and the thought of having lost so much weight already, and continuing to do so also kinda scares me.
I have no memory of being thin or at a healthy weight, I have nothing to go off. What would I look like? Which of my comfort clothes do I have to throw away due to it being too big. Will my friends treat me differently? Will I be preyed upon easier? In this current society with its beauty standards, will I really be more of worth and value once I'm thinner...

Call me fat or whatever but I love food. I think a lot of us love food, really. We only gaslight ourselves into hating it because it’s what got us here. Actually, losing ourselves to laziness and relying on food is what got us here. Work hard, fight hard.

I feel like crap lately, so i’ve trying to tweak my intake and macros without overdoing it . My mood is really good, but my body feels so beat
So gonna try rearranging when I eat so it’s most effectively energizing
(Note:
I drink 80oz+ of water per day
I have 2-3 coffees per day, which is a lot butttttt way down from drinking a whole pot
I eat 700-1500c@ls depending what I’m doing (I work out on the 1500 days and have a lot of extra protein)
I get 8 hours of sleep, lights off and screens off by 9pm
I take multis, biotin and 10 000mg of B12 every day)

hey guys, my name is mary and i am currently on a journey of losing weight, any tips are appreciated!
LW: 115lbs
CW: 177lbs
GW1: 135lbs
GW2: 120lbs
GW3: 110lbs
i have been dealing with @na and b3d for about 5 years now and i really want to get back to my old body. last year around this time i fell into b3d and gained weight, but i am ready to discipline myself and lose.
some things about me: i love to read and am a huge fan of game of thrones (the tv show haha) and am a broke college student in the US. i spend my time bedrotting, doomscrolling, etc. i recently got a job so i will hopefully be getting my steps in everyday!

5/11/24 🎀
I ended my fast earlier than I wanted but I was really hungry and j wanted to eat something lol, thankfully some of the food from school was somewhat healthy 😇 Dinner doesn’t look very appetising but it was alr and pretty clean (minus the ketchup and light mayo but I literally can’t eat a meal without sauce 😭). I also had a rice cake, cracker and some tortilla chips.
Obviously I’m trying to eat less + more clean but I am taking it one day at a time because last time I tried getting into it, it j crashed down and I lowkey ended up giving myself a BED lol. Although some of the things I ate contained a bit of sugar, I didn’t have an actually sugary treat which is a major improvement because I love my sweet treats 🙃
Also I think I ate around 900-1000 cals only because I didn’t weigh the mash potatoes properly, and I put cheese in them which I didn’t weigh (I logged it but it also was a random one I found on the app rather than the actual name of the cheese if that makes sense), I also didn’t log the tortilla chips because I couldn’t be bothered weighing them lol
