Little vent?
I'm glad I'm losing weight but I've spend almost my entire life already being overweight. I was already struggling with my weight since I was 5 due to medical conditions and medicine I used to take. Being overweight is really all I have known for my body and the thought of having lost so much weight already, and continuing to do so also kinda scares me.
I have no memory of being thin or at a healthy weight, I have nothing to go off. What would I look like? Which of my comfort clothes do I have to throw away due to it being too big. Will my friends treat me differently? Will I be preyed upon easier? In this current society with its beauty standards, will I really be more of worth and value once I'm thinner...

Call me fat or whatever but I love food. I think a lot of us love food, really. We only gaslight ourselves into hating it because it’s what got us here. Actually, losing ourselves to laziness and relying on food is what got us here. Work hard, fight hard.

I really recommand Yazio for your c@l tracking app! It’s very efficient and lets you go below 800 cals as a daily goal
It’s even doing a Spotify wrap version of the meals intake and steps at the end of the year and lets u know what top % you are 😭😭

Today’s goals!! (41 days left)
Today I will stay within my budget of 1,282 c@l$.
I’m making a nice dinner (chicken curry katsu) since I’ll be at my gf’s house tonight so I need to save c@l0r13s for dinner!!
I think night time is my biggest triggering time because I’m always tired at the end of a long day and I lose all willpower :,)
I start out so motivated in the morning but by the end of the day I’m over it, :,(
Anyway, today is a very sleepy day for me so I just need to stay strong and not give in to snacking.

life update: im so ready for winter break + i am obsessed with my grades
bad news: we got back little previews for the yearbook pictures we took earlier this year and I LOOK SO UGLY I WNT TO CRY :( my face is spherical and my eyes look so tiny ugh
good news: I got a hundred on the US history EOC :) everybody says its the hardest EOC (an EOC is just a fancy long test for anyone who doesn't know what it is) bad news: I absolutely did NOT finish my art homework. I was doing it in class but I didn't finish good news????: I'm just going to turn it in next week, and I'm hoping since I've never turned in my drawings late before he (my teacher) will let me have an exception meh news: I got an 80 on my precalc quiz, which isn't so bad but all my math grades have been kind of low recently because trigonometry is CONFUSING. we have a test monday + I have to work on the final exam over the weekend and next week so I'm just trying to keep my final grade steady around 94/95 (it was a hundred before this dumb trigonometry unit smh) wacky news: I learned that one of my friends at school uses 3dblr as well, so if ur reading this then hi, and yes I still have the minecraft wither rose u made good news I hope gets better: I am steadily losing weight but if I plateau I'll blow up into smithereens and spew my tiny symphony future news: I'm thinking about posting art on here, mainly 3d related bc... u know.... thats why I'm here lol but I make other normal stuff most of the time let me know if u enjoyed my life update

I ended my fast earlier than I wanted but I was really hungry and j wanted to eat something lol, thankfully some of the food from school was somewhat healthy 😇 Dinner doesn’t look very appetising but it was alr and pretty clean (minus the ketchup and light mayo but I literally can’t eat a meal without sauce 😭). I also had a rice cake, cracker and some tortilla chips.
Obviously I’m trying to eat less + more clean but I am taking it one day at a time because last time I tried getting into it, it j crashed down and I lowkey ended up giving myself a BED lol. Although some of the things I ate contained a bit of sugar, I didn’t have an actually sugary treat which is a major improvement because I love my sweet treats 🙃
Also I think I ate around 900-1000 cals only because I didn’t weigh the mash potatoes properly, and I put cheese in them which I didn’t weigh (I logged it but it also was a random one I found on the app rather than the actual name of the cheese if that makes sense), I also didn’t log the tortilla chips because I couldn’t be bothered weighing them lol
