pro tip to make people less sus of u!!
my parents used to constantly ask if i was eating and sometimes straight up if i had an 3d, now they havent made a pass at my eating in weeks and im getting sk1nn1er, so its deffo not me getting big lol!!
make them think u eat snacks. u could literally skip every meal with someone and they wont say a word if they think uve been eating throughout the day!!
every couple hours or so i walk past my parents to go into the kitchen, then open a couple cabinet doors and rustle some things around
i usually grab a glass of water and head out, sometimes i hold a snack (bag of crisps, banana, empty bowl) and walk past them so they would see ive got food if they look
KEEP WRAPPERS OF THINGS!!!!!
if u ate a snack earlier, or gave it someone or threw it away or wtv, KEEP THE WRAPPER. just leaving it on ur desk or on the side of the kitchen or in ur pockets for people to find will automatically make them think 'oh ok they had this earlier'
u can keep a wrapper from a week ago and then use it as bait next week and it works. no rotting food, no awful smell, no obvious thrown away snacks.
if u feel up to it, time snack eating for when theyre around. sometimes ill plan to have a protein bar or smt for when im in the car w my mum, or watching a movie w them, anything like that!!
i swear on d1et coke it works.
