Who's citizen soldier

I will give a content warning for reference towards su*cide attempt but
CITIZEN SOLDIER
Citizen soldier is a band that started when the lead singer, Jake Segura, attempted on his own life. He penned down the lyrics to his first song on a napkin in a psych ward.
He wrote this song, 'Let It Burn' as a passion project to help himself heal, but when he shared it it resonated with people, so he shared other songs he made, and the whole thing spiralled, he writes mental health songs, both validating and encouraging
I love this because he both goes into the darkest depths and isn't scared to show that darkness, but he also shows the possibilities of getting out
Now, 8 years after surviving, he's both a licensed therapist and going on world tours with his friends and with his music.
He's never cared to be on stage, but it helps so many people, he keeps going.
I love this band because it's a reminder that your darkest moments can be your brightest lights. I'm not gonna get too into it because no one wants to hear about my life, but this band was such a great ray of hope that survival wasn't just a mistake, but a possibility that everything could change. The moment he thought he wouldn't survive ended up being the moment that helped millions of people to.
I listen to music almost constantly and love lots of different bands, but citizen soldier will always be my top band. They do all genres of music and talk about different problems while keeping the same theme, from abuse to post partum depression, from piano to rock music, he tries to give everyone something
Fun facts:
I never go to concerts due to stimulation and anxiety, the only concerts I went to was citizen soldier. Due to the community despite it being exhausting, best nights of my life.
First concert I went to only had 200 people. Next concert I went to a few months later had 2000.
Citizen Soldier was just a local band that lived near me at first, never expected to become known as more than that.
Before Citizen Soldier even existed, Jake's mom taught me in middle school
I have autographs from all 5 members of the band
I have every single song memorized by heart and can recommend one to anyone that might match them best based on their preferences

This band is one of the biggest reasons I'm still here, and I'm not afraid to share my healing journey anymore.

these are the habits you have to give up before the year is out:
worrying about people and things you can’t control
negative conversations with others
obsessing about what others think
lying for others
expect others to do what you want them to do and get angry if they don't do it
creating expectations on others

making excuses for not taking care of your responsibilities
lying to yourself
putting your needs lasts
giving priority to other people's opinions rather than your own
letting the negative opinions of others affect you
limiting yourself
comparing themselves to others and putting them on a pedestal
giving prominence to people who do not deserve it
set boundaries with others but not with yourself
spending too much time on social media
habits you need to implement:
create a daily routine that you feel comfortable with and suits you
