Eating.
I know with ED's we try to eat as LITTLE as possible, but when you DO eat. Try to eat WELL. Small portions, lots of water, protein, whole foods.
I fast from 10pm-3pm usually, and I eat 1-2 meals a day. I eat plant based, so not vegan but my diet consists of 90% vegetables. Here's some of the stuff I eat.

Now Im not PERFECT. I eat big meals a few times a week and I do have binging episodes. But I try to romanticize healthy foods and small portions.

Apologies if you’ve already answered this but would you ever consider releasing the story of heartless as a comic or web series or any other medium?
I love the characters and the little worldbuilding we heard about in the concept corners.
If you ever want to make it into a larger project there is absolutely an audience for it! Always put yourself and your health and enjoyment first tho!
More than consider it lol!
