Ingredients
1/2 cup Finger Millets Flour
1/2 cup Bombay Rava
1 Onion
3 Green Chilies
2 Tomatoes
1 Carrots
1 Potato
1/4 cup Capsicum
1/2 cup Curry Leaves
1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
1/2 cup Green Peas
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
Cashewnuts
1 1/2 tsp Salt
Clarified Butter (ghee)
Oil
Instructions
Heat 1 tsp clarified butter (ghee) and 1 tbsp oil in a pan
Add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds and 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Next, add a few cashew nuts and fry (This step is optional)
Now, add 1 tsp chopped ginger, and 1 diced onion and fry for a minute
Then add 3 diced green chilies and fry
Add 1/2 cup curry leaves along with 1 chopped carrot, 1 diced potato, 1/4 cup capsicum, and 1/4 cup green peas, and mix
Close the lid and cook for a minute
Next, add 2 diced tomatoes and cook till they become soft
Now, add 1/2 cup upma rava and fry for a couple of minutes till you get a nice aroma
Then, add 1/2 cup finger millets flour and fry for 2-3 minutes on low flame
Add 1 1/2 tsp salt and mix
We have to add water in a 1:2 ratio, so add 2 cups water and mix so that no lumps are formed. Make sure to add water on low flame only
Next, add 1 tbsp clarified butter (ghee) and cook for a couple of minutes
Sprinkle some coriander leaves and close the lid
Cut off the lid and let it sit for 3-4 minutes
Serve hot!

Keto Carrot Cake
Ingredients:
2 cups shredded carrots
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup erythritol
4 eggs
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
A pinch of salt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (180ยฐC).
In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the coconut oil.
Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, then fold in the shredded carrots.
Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool before serving.

Here's another low calorie breakfast idea: mini pancakes :D

Ingredients: 20g of all purpose flour - came out to 69kcal for me (haha, 69) 40g of egg whites - 19kcal 5g/1tsp of sugar - 20kcal (if you don't have any sweetener like I do, then don't be scared of adding regular sugar instead <3 it's a very small amount) 1/2tsp of baking powder A pinch of salt A few drops of vanila extract (Optional) 1/2 tsp of powdered sugar to add on top - 10kcal
Total - 118kcal
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl before adding wet ingredients. In a seperate bowl, slightly whisk your egg whites until they become a bit foamy. Add your egg whites and vanilla extract to dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Fry your pancakes on a dry pan, flip when bubbles start to appear on top. Decorate your pancakes with powdered sugar and you're done! You can also use some honey or fruit to make the pancakes more interesting ^^
(Just a reminder that you DO deserve to eat, you NEED to eat to survive and function properly, you are beautiful just the way you are and you don't need to change anything about you and your body <3 I know how dangerous eating disorders are and how they can ruin your body. I know how hard recovery can be, so please don't force yourself and take it one step at a time. Eating disorders are NOTHING to brag about and I'm not romantizing them in any way. 1 Onion (finely chopped)

Saute for a while, then add a finely chopped capsicum and 2 green chilies.
Next, add some grated carrot and any vegetables of your choice, such as broccoli, zucchini, or spinach.
Saute for a while and then add a finely chopped tomato.
Saute until the tomato pieces are soft, mix well, and add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 3/4 teaspoon of salt, and, if desired, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder or chili powder.
Mix well, and you can even add some garlic and ginger paste for extra flavor.
If you are looking for a high protein breakfast, you can add an egg mix to the pan and cook until half-cooked. If you are vegetarian or vegan, you can skip the egg and add some tofu or chickpeas for protein.
Once the egg or protein is cooked, add 1/2 a cup of oats and cook until well cooked and dry.
