How can I loose weight?
I got you.
💗weightloss, diets and healthy habits💗
1. healthy habits
before we start, you want longterm process. So form habits. Become disciplined.
No crash-diet means no jojo-effect. No crash-diet means actual progress that doesnt go to waste.

2. diet
No matter how much you move, if your diet is not sitting right, you wont slim down. Over time you have to include healthy and nutritious options into your diet.
~small bowl of veggies, before breakfast
(such as cucumber, bell pepper, carotts, tomatos. That way your bloodsugar levels wont come crushing down midday)
~breakfast should include something that keeps you full. Dont skip it. People who eat breakfast tend to loose more weight and be slimmer.
(Porride, Eggs, Avocado, etc)
I usually include: Oatmeal, Chia sees, Berries and one Banana
~try not to snack, keep going for three meals a day
~eat whole foods, eat clean and make sure to dont neglect your protein-intake
(protein keeps us full and satisfied. Also, you want to loose fat, not muscle)
~cut out sodas and liquid calories!!!
such a waste. go for the light options with 0-2kcal. They taste the same, if not better.

Normally, I work out every day in some way.
Cardio, strenght, pilates or just a walk outside.

What October Thought Me

Here are some of the little things I’ve learned this October, moments that, somehow, feel so precious. In these quiet discoveries, I feel a sense of warmth and light that I want to hold onto. It’s funny how even the smallest things can open up a whole new way of feeling, almost like they’re guiding me toward a kinder, more gentle way of living.
Dandelion and nettle teas have become my comfort. Every time I drink them, it’s like I’m sipping something healing from nature itself. Picking nettles is… a bit of a prickly adventure! But it makes me feel close to the earth, like there’s a small act of courage even in gathering my own tea.
Going out with my dog at 6:30 in the morning has become one of the sweetest parts of my day. In those quiet early hours, I feel wrapped in peace and gratitude. It’s like the whole world is whispering, “Good morning.” I start the day feeling connected to everything around me, full of happiness and thankfulness, like my heart is being hugged.
I’ve come to realize how much the way I speak affects not just others, but my own spirit. When I choose loving and gentle words, I feel a lightness that stays with me. But when I let myself slip into arguments or frustration, I only end up feeling sad and worn out. I understand now that kindness and joy in our words can become a habit, like a thread that weaves our days together. I want to keep choosing the voice that’s warm and gentle, so I can bring that same warmth into the lives around me.
Following the Japanese 80% rule when I eat has helped me listen more closely to my body. Stopping just before I feel completely full leaves me feeling lighter and more at ease, as if I’m caring for my body in a gentle, mindful way. It’s like a reminder that I don’t have to fill every space to feel satisfied—that it’s okay to leave a little room, and sometimes that’s even better.
Fiber feels like a quiet, loyal friend. I know it sounds funny, but in taking care of my health with small things like this, I feel a little bit stronger and more at ease. It’s a small way of showing love to myself, like a soft reminder to be gentle.
For the first time, I’ve begun kneeling to pray when I visit a sanctuary or attend Mass. It’s hard to explain, but there’s a deep peace in it. Each time, I feel like I’m reaching out to something vast and loving, something that holds me. I find myself filled with gratitude, almost like I’m embraced by something greater than myself, something that understands all the love I want to give.
These little lessons feel like soft whispers in my heart, guiding me to live more gently, with more care. I’m so grateful for them, and I hope I can hold onto this feeling, like I’m wrapping my days in kindness.

9/6/24
Still on phase 2 of hcg diet.
Not perfect, but progressing nonetheless.
Currently on Day 4, 2.4 pounds down for this round.
Walk/run with the dogs yesterday, about 1.5 miles. Needed the sunshine and figured the dogs could use the fresh air too.
But storytime--- afternoon:
I took 2 giant mugs of tea to my niece's cross country meet. I am trying to make sure I support her school functions too- not just the boys football. Just because our society deems women less valuable doesn't mean I should. *I* want her to grow up to know she is loved and valued beyond, so that when she comes of age and gets into relationships, she knows better than to settle for the stupid shit I have settled for. 2 apparent narcs. 1 great gf, but celibacy.
Anyway, I arrive just in time to see her cross the finish line like a freaking stud cupcake!!! Great timing. I visit with her and her momma a little bit and we prepare to leave.
My 2nd mug of tea is still too warm to drink so I left the lid off trying to get it to cool off a bit. I have a great idea and add some of the sf smores coffee syrup to it & hop into my vehicle.
I decide to drive to the bathrooms because I parked goofy and am having trouble getting out the other way. I start driving in this parking lot and SPILL THE MUG OF TEA ALL OVER MY LAP.
Fuck!! It burns!
I catch it, set it upright, look to find a parking spot and SPILL IT AGAIN.
Dammit.
I wanted that tea!!!
But also- it is HOT and now all over my lap AND my car. Shit shit shit and I have no towels or anything to wipe it up with.
The walk of shame to the bathrooms as I appear to have pissed myself. 😤 I checked for burns and was ok... but now discombobulated and very sticky. Now my car smells like a s'more.
The night got a little weird from there. I am in a weird headspace. I go to TJ Maxx because traffic is awful, and I wanted to pick up more ginseng.
I did a quick shop and got back to the car because I have to get back to work when I get home.
But! I forgot to take my Nomorbidity, which I normally take in the early afternoon, so I am hungrier than normal.
I had a burger salad with my meal prepped turkey and pork mix, and went back for more meat because I was still... hungry, hankering? Unsatisfied? Something.
I also had 2 hard candies, sf lemon from dollar tree, and 2 sf popsicles while mom and I watched unfrosted. And an orange, which is allowed.
So... while the day threw me for a loop, I did ok. And boom, today is my lightest weigh in.
I am working on keeping going, I am so close to my ultimate goals. Keep going keep going keep going!! 💪

The best food tip I've ever gotten: Put a protein drink in your coffee.
Listen. I can't stay full to lunch even with a giant breakfast. I'm moving around a lot so I'm burning calories and also so busy I can only rarely grab a snack. But I can extend that full feeling with my coffee.
The best part is I can use any protein drink. Powdered or liquid. Flavored or not. My favorite is Ensure (best texture I've found, keeps well because I don't use the whole carton, and has 30g protein so it works even not using the whole thing). I like to change out my creamer with the season and can swap the flavors of Ensure as well. Chocolate when I'm feeling peppermint mocha, vanilla when I'm feeling pumpkin spice, caramel when I'm doing iced drinks with cold foam.
You're drinking the coffee anyway. Put some extra protein in it.
