How can I loose weight?
I got you.
💗weightloss, diets and healthy habits💗
1. healthy habits
before we start, you want longterm process. So form habits. Become disciplined.
No crash-diet means no jojo-effect. No crash-diet means actual progress that doesnt go to waste.

2. diet
No matter how much you move, if your diet is not sitting right, you wont slim down. Over time you have to include healthy and nutritious options into your diet.
~small bowl of veggies, before breakfast
(such as cucumber, bell pepper, carotts, tomatos. That way your bloodsugar levels wont come crushing down midday)
~breakfast should include something that keeps you full. Dont skip it. People who eat breakfast tend to loose more weight and be slimmer.
(Porride, Eggs, Avocado, etc)
I usually include: Oatmeal, Chia sees, Berries and one Banana
~try not to snack, keep going for three meals a day
~eat whole foods, eat clean and make sure to dont neglect your protein-intake
(protein keeps us full and satisfied. Also, you want to loose fat, not muscle)
~cut out sodas and liquid calories!!!
such a waste. go for the light options with 0-2kcal. They taste the same, if not better.

3. workout
Normally, I work out every day in some way.
Cardio, strenght, pilates or just a walk outside.
Moving your body, keeping it toned and flexible, helps your mood, your health and your overall life.
On top, it burns calories.
Build some muscle and loose some fat. Thats how you get your dream body.
Here are my favorite channels, that I workout to daily:
MIZI (cardio mainly, full body workouts and burning calories)
Lidia Mera (pilates full body, toning and strenghtenig, legs, arms, abs)
Shirlyn Kim (specific parts, weightloss, strenghtening/toning,thigh gap)
Yuuka Sagawa (posture, arms and upper body)
Nina Dapper (arms, legs and abs)

4. Beauty Secrets
~ginger/curcuma shots
I tend to have ginger shots to boost my immune system and overall health. They are also very good for your skin and can give you a natural glow.
~probiotics
Your gut health is a game changer. You get less break outs and you can loose weight faster.
You can heal your gut through your diet and order some probiotics.
~castor oil
I live and breath castor oil.
Usually I apply it before bed on my lashes, hair and skin. It helps with hair growth, skin protection and hydration. Its also very good for debloating and detox, if you put it into your belly button.
~green tea
This magic tea can help you loose weigtt, reduce the risk of several diseases, such as diabetes or heart disease,
It reduces anxiety and lowers your cholesterol level.

Honey, the real good stuff (this is from my cousin's farm)
Lemon Juice 🍋
Sugar Free Peppermint Syrup

Although the OG diy recipe uses the Teavana brand and a metric shitton of sugar, I am not that boujee and trying to avoid extra sugar... Honey has enough sweetness, but honey also has its own special properties. Use the google, I ain't your momma.
This tea is what I had on hand, and likely bought on sale or clearance. Also...there are a ton of different teas that are specifically blending to aid immunity or cold season. Try varieties by Yogi or Traditional Medicinals if you can find them. Experiment & find what works best for you.
I also don't have the space for a bag of fresh lemons. It is really all about balancing what you have with the effect you want.
I have found that in most of my experiments, I will feel better with any combination of mint, lemon and honey. But if I have to work, a tea that has some caffeine will help me perk up.
And yes, I have to work. I work FT and caregiver FT, I am out of PTO. My FMLA is only if my patient is sick, it doesn't cover my illnesses. But I work from home so... it could be worse. At least I am not infecting people.

Seeing as how I had COVID last year, I decided to start research on how it interacts with fibromyalgia. I'm going to look up food suggestions for fibromyalgia, boosting immunity, weight loss, etc.
I already found out a muscle relaxer is coming out soon. It's called "Tonmya" and will be available sometime in 2025. I am also going to ask to go back on lipitor for my cholesterol. I want my heart health to stay decent.
I know apples and salad (arugula and spinach) are already on my next grocery list. I almost forgot to add yogurt or kefir again. I have plenty of black beans, rice, etc. to use up too. I would like to use kidney beans, pecans, and more beets in some of my recipes because they contain antioxidants.
Oatmeal is still a healthy choice here and there. I'll get a few avocados to go in smoothies, tacos, or whatever. Squash and cauliflower aren't bad vegetables for this either. Same with okra and asparagus.
Salmon and goat cheese are healing for my set of issues too. I can't go wrong with a bag of oranges and some orange juice, cranberry juice, and such. I would also love to somehow afford spirulina, echinacea, oregano, and bacopa supplements.
Broccoli, red bell peppers, and garlic might make a nice dish with rice or quinoa. Chicken and quinoa with some eggs might be another filling but healthy meal. Papaya and kiwi are also healthy. Same with cottage cheese and tofu.
Within regards to pain? I was still interested in a legal ketamine program like MindBloom or something, but it's just...so expensive. I was thinking of bringing it up in therapy after I heal from my hysterectomy. Maybe my treatment team has ideas how I can afford infusions or at least troches.
As for grief, I want to try violet, rose, and motherwort tea with lots of cinnamon, cardamom, and rosemary in it. Lemon balm, elderflower, etc. are also delicious sounding. Mint tea in copious amounts would improve my ability to ward off additional COVID infections.

💜meals and health💜
The struggle of having meals that taste good, increase your bodies health and also drop fat is real.

1. a real breakfast
I’ll die with this. Breakfast is a must.
Start your morning with fruit, veggies some carbs and protein. That’s how you stay full over the day and get vitamins and nutrients in right away.
You can also add cucumbers, mint, lemon or lime into your water for the same affect.
You start your day good, it’ll motivate you and bring you energy. Your mood will lighten up and you feel energetic to go about your daily schedule.
My favorite breakfast will forever be porridge, with one banana and fruit. On the side a hot green or camomile tea.

1. lunch or no lunch
Im not huge about 3 meals a day. I eat when I’m hungry. Wether you have a light snack, such as rice cakes, yoghurt, veggies, fruit or have a full meal is really up to you. Just make sure it’s worth the calories and is nutritious.
I usually enjoy chia pudding (put chia seeds in milk/water and a bit of yoghurt with banana or other fruit) or go for a real lunch, when I feel like cooking.
Meals with cabbage, veggies, salad, chicken, turkey, eggs or potato’s are ideal.
When I really go for chicken or any kind of meat, I make sure to use little to no oil or remove it when it’s cooking.
3. dinner
This is important, because with an empty stomach I can not fall asleep.
Dinner is either creatively put together or keep it simple. Normally, I have something that I really enjoy eating. Just keeping out fats and heavy foods that keep you up at night or get you bloated.
I avoid pasta and pizza.
Rice is a go but you gotta measure it smartly, because it can be a calorie bomb.
Potato’s are a go at anytime. They keep you full fast and long and they are low in calorie. Also, have some veggies. It’s actually that simple.
4. hard truth
You ate too much? You work it off and compensate for it.

You can’t expect to be lighter and slimmer the next morning magically.
Be disciplined. Work for what you want to achieve. You body deserves good treatment.
You can achieve anything, just have faith and be patient while you work on your discipline🙏🏻💓
