things you can drink before you give in to eating:
drinks that won't break a fast:
black coffee (caf/decaf)
lemon/lime water
tea (chai, earl grey, green)
sparkling water (w/ lemon or lime)
water + tbsp apple cider vinegar (it will keep you full)
drinks that will break a fast:
zevia soda (root beer, cola)
diet soda
coffee/tea + milk/creamer
remember: don't drink zero-calorie sweeteners while fasting! it will raise your insulin and break your fast!

Raspberry peach smoothie is a delectable, juicy, tangy, and sweet smoothie. It's the perfect girl's companion and looks amazing. It has some amazing fruit juices mixed and has perfect thickness consistency. Made with raspberries, peaches, Greek yogurt, and vanilla almond milk.
Serving size: 1
Cooking time: 8 minutes
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen raspberries
3/4 cup fresh peaches
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/3 cup vanilla almond milk
Instructions:
In a blender, add raspberries, peaches, Greek yogurt, and vanilla almond milk.
Blend well for approximately 2 minutes until smooth and mixed well.

And it was like maple-syrupy..#god that thing was like a snack. though I've had my experience with bitter medicine. Never came to adore it- but I won't lie-#If anything? the only medicine I couldn't take for the life of me was bitter as hell and IN A GODDAMN CAPSULE. UGH. it was powdery#and I HATED that GODDAMN POWDER- every time it popped I would be like “YUCK” and I'm pretty sure it wasn't even medicine.#Just searched it up- yeah that's not medicine...#Just reasearched more- it was NOT INFACT MEDICINE WHAT THE FUCK WHY WAS MY PARENT FEEDING ME PROTEIN SHAKES AS A CHILD#Just learned what an MLM- glad this wasn't a pyramid scheme otherwise I would dictate this experience as 10/10 on the “wtf MOM?!” scale#she said this shit was for “better focus” why the hell is this all about weight loss- I'M NOT EVEN HEAVY?!?!
