Do people on this site not know what boundaries are? Or do they not know how to follow basic ones?? I just had to block two people last night because apparently, boundaries are something that aren't meant to be followed! /sarcasm One of the people I blocked was being pissy at me all over something in my DNI banner. Seriously?! How about you appreciate the actual art I posted instead of throwing a fit at me over Karkat holding a 'proship dni' sign in my DNI banner. Speaking of, what part of "proshippers dni" and "radqueers dni" do you not get?! I have a small DNI banner posted on ALL on my posts clearly stating those! I have anxiety issues. I have a DNI list for a REASON, and I personally find it insanely disrespectful when people intentionally violate it. I never bug you, so why do you bug me? I just find all of this to be disgraceful, disgusting, and despicable. /ref

I hate the "u want kids to experience trauma!!1!1" reaction to saying the future is plural.

It's like. Of course fucking not. Ofc we don't want kids to go through trauma. Who the hell would want that.

But we know that kids will go through trauma. Kids are going through trauma right now. Kids are recovering from trauma right now. Kids are barely surviving bc of trauma right now. It's a fantasy to think trauma will be stoppable.

The future is plural is saying that we wants kids to grow into healthy, happy, plural adults. The future is plural is saying more plurals will live lives that they want to. The future is plural is saying that kids won't have to go through more trauma because doctors, or friends or family don't believe them, or force them to go through therapy/be on meds they don't want to be.

Jfc. It's a strawman to think we actually want kids to go through trauma. That's bullshit. We just want plurals to be happy, however that looks.
