Being a Gangle kin don't feel right

During the Pilot episode, I was like, "Oh yeah, I definitely kin Jax and/or Ragatha, although I'm not that malicious." I've usually got a carefree attitude and tend to bully my friends sometimes (lovingly, I mean). I also was the therapist friend, helping everyone through everything even though I myself crack under the pressure.

In the second episode, I sort of(?) kinned Pomni because I know what it's like to gain a friend who you get really close to and then they just disappear (or someone forces you to stay away from them).

In the third episode, I kinned Kinger (who's still my favorite) and Caine. Kinger, who helps Pomni face her fears and teaches her a few life lessons. Caine, who gets told he's not good at the one thing he excels at and freaks out.

Fourth episode. Wow. Gangle. She is literally the embodiment of crippling depression. Her "comedy mask" is like mine. I've been faking my smile since fourth grade. I'm in fucking high school now. Sometimes, my comedy mask would break, and I'd just fall apart. I'd shut down whenever my comedy mask broke because I didn't want people to see me suffer.

But that scene where she throws her new mask... Oh my god... No one can believe how much I kin that scene.

It's basically how I feel every single day now. My new comedy mask, though plastic, is broken and full of holes. I've thrown it out. I cry a lot, but I've always got a smile on my face whenever I am crying. It's how I feel with my depression. It's always either I'm super excited (not always happy) or super sad.

I guess the thing I'm excited for is the sweet release of death. I'm grateful that I only live one life, because there's no way I could do this again.

because the tiktok ban is supposedly true and is going to happen in like january(???dont quote me on that) im kinda worried that people who migrate to tumblr who have.. never had tumblr before.. will, for lack of better terms, tiktok-ify tumblr!!! esp in the nonhuman community because we all are aware of the tiktok therians and how some of them see stuff, so if/when they come on here, i fear they will be in for a shocking awakening!

Can we as creatures focus more on not destroying our planet? We are the ones dying from this shit, and we're not helping at all.

the whole debate on why alterhumans are not valid is so odd so i'm gonna debunk their "points"

"you're just mentally ill!" [or something that mentions mental illness] someone's identity can be caused by a mental illness but is that affecting you in any way? is that hurting you? no it isn't so mind your own business

"it doesn't make any sense! it's confusing! i don't understand it!" then learn, google is free

"they're still human!" to you, they're "human" but physically, spiritually, psychologically or any other reason, they're not human and humans are technically a species of animals, especially if you believe in evolution

"this is all just a phase!" so? what would happen if it was a phase? is that gonna change anything? it doesn't matter if it's a phase or not, let people be who they are, we're living on a floating rock

"you can't identify as nonhuman!" says who? is that a crime? are they hurting anyone? are they hurting YOU?

"if they're gonna identify as an animal then i'll treat them like an animal" by your logic, they can also act like an animal towards you, catkins can scratch you, caninekins can bite you, bearkins can maul you, etc.

"but they're putting litter boxes in schools for nonhumans !!" those are for service animals.

"a therian bit me." no they didn't and if they did, it's probably for a good reason

"therians are attracted to animals!" no we're not, that's called a zoophile and don't generalize a group of individuals like what you do with furries.

"this is all just new gen stuff" no it's not, there's a lot of older alterhumans

"isn't that just being a furry?" no, furries dress up in fursuits, draw anthropomorphic creatures, and/or have fursonas, yes, there's alterhumans who are also furries [i'm one of them] but they're completely different

our identities are personal so it doesn't affect anyone badly at all, sure, you may think it's "weird" but there's really nothing wrong with it :D /gen
