MAKING YOUR PHONE TO BE INTENTIONAL
MAKE A VISION BOARD WALLPAPER. Create one that aligns with your goals and dream self, so that every time you pick your phone up, you’re reminded of your goals and future vision. Also, great for manifesting!
KNOW YOUR APP’S PURPOSE. For me, tumblr is a way I share advice and learn, YouTube I also learn from others, pinterest I get inspired, netflix is a way for me to unwind etc. If for any app, you cannot name a proper purpose/intent to use it daily or to help with your goals, delete it.
DECIDE WHICH TYPES OF APPS YOU WANT. If you have a new phone, or you want to completely reset your phone, write or type, the apps, that you want and those you don’t.
E.g I want to learn a language, practice mindfulness on the go, get some mental gratification that isn’t addicting, organise my life better and have a way to track my progress. I don’t want apps that support doom-scrolling, make me compare myself and are addictive.
BE MINDFUL OF WHAT YOU SIGN UP TO. Newsletters, social media, subscribing to YouTubers and so on, just think about your goals and vision and if they align with them, every time you think about signing up/subscribing.
HAVE NO PHONE TIME/ZONES. For me, my phone is not allowed to be used in bed. If I must use my phone, I have to get out of bed first. My phone is also not allowed during study time, so I put it in a separate room which makes it inconvenient.
REGULARLY DO A DIGITAL DECLUTTER. Delete any old contacts that you don’t talk to, unsubscribe from newsletters and YouTube channels, organise your socials etc. Removes space and helps us to see our phones with more clarity.
SET PURPOSEFUL WIDGETS. These can be anything, motivational quotes, your daily to-do list, reminders of your habits and so on. However, make sure you’re looking at them and they're not just taking up space.

My Honey Bunny
Mommy!Agatha Harkness x subby!fem!reader
Word count: 538
Warnings: All the fluff! Age gap relationship (A=45, R=25)
A/N: I couldn't sleep this morning so I wrote this little thing up
Agatha stood in the entryway, her eyes widening in delight at the transformed living room. The bee-themed decor, with its vibrant yellows and cute motifs, brought a fresh and cheerful atmosphere to the space. She couldn't help but smile at the thoughtfulness and creativity you brought into her home—now your shared home. She slipped off her shoes, set her keys in the bowl, and called out for you.
"Bunny?" she called, her voice filled with warmth and anticipation.
You popped up from the couch, a wide grin on your face as you rushed over to greet her. "Welcome home, Mommy!" you exclaimed, your excitement palpable.
Agatha's smile broadened as she took in the sight of you, her heart swelling with affection. She leaned down, pressing a tender kiss to your forehead, her fingers brushing against your cheek. "It's beautiful, Bunny. I love it."
Your cheeks flushed with happiness, and you wiggled in delight at her praise. "I'm so glad you like it, Mommy. I wanted to make our home feel even cozier."
Agatha chuckled softly, her hand moving to caress your hair. "You have a real talent for this. It makes coming home even more special."
You beamed up at her, your heart swelling with joy. "I just want you to feel happy and relaxed when you come home from work."
"And you accomplish that every day," Agatha said, her eyes filled with warmth. She pulled you into a gentle embrace, savoring the feeling of having you in her arms. "I appreciate everything you do for us, Bunny."
You nestled into her, feeling safe and loved. "Thank you, Mommy. That means a lot."
As you stood there, wrapped in each other's arms, you felt a deep sense of contentment. Agatha's home had become your home too, and together, you were building a life filled with love, warmth, and happiness.
Agatha took a moment to look around, admiring the bee-themed throw blankets, pillows, and new artwork on the walls. The cute motivational quotes added a personal touch that made the space feel even more inviting. She turned back to you, her eyes twinkling with admiration. "You really have an eye for this, Bunny. The whole living room looks amazing."
Your smile grew even wider, if that was possible. "Thank you, Mommy. I had so much fun picking everything out. I wanted it to be perfect for you."
Agatha's heart melted at your words. She had been new to dating women when she met you through that dating app, and every day since then had been a revelation. Her previous marriage to Ralph had been unfulfilling, and it wasn't until she met you that she truly understood what it meant to be happy and in love. You had moved in only a few months after you started dating, and every day since had been filled with joy and discovery.
"I love how you make this house feel like our home," Agatha said softly, her hands gently cupping your face. "You bring so much light and love into my life."
Tears of happiness welled up in your eyes. "I love you, Mommy. More than anything."
"I love you too, Bunny," Agatha whispered, pulling you into a deep, loving kiss. "Welcome home."

G/t recommendations:
Midori Days (Midori no hibi) 2005
The plot: Midori is a shy girl who wants to build up the courage to tell Seiji how she feels. Seiji is a delinquent with a heart of gold who just wants a girlfriend. Fate has a funny way of bringing the two together when they wake up to (a shrunken) Midori becoming Seiji's right hand!
G/t: Midori does remember what it was like to be human so she gets so excited to see food on a larger scale.
Midori’s size change isn’t really emphasized or acknowledged very much. Since Midori is attached to Seiji’s arm, you don't get the classic picking the tiny up to gain her trust scenes. But I love when Seiji holds/comforts her with his left hand.
I had mentioned this story to @racheyace and decided to make a whole “why the G/t community should watch Midori Days” post lol.
This anime is one of my favorite anime romance stories of all time, G/t aside!
youtube
The Manga vs the Anime: There are 13 episode in the anime and 8 volumes of the manga (85 chapters). (I have the 1st and 3rd DVD and Vol. 1-6 of the manga.)
I love the anime, it's freaking hilarious and high energy! I watched it first and it got me interested in the manga. I'd definitely recommend the manga more! The manga introduces more characters and has a more developed and believable relationship between Midori and Seiji. Not only are the relationships with the two leads more fleshed out, but most of the side characters too! Everyone has depth and motivations and it feels like their all decisions have meaning!
The time frame in the anime is just a couple of months I think, while in the manga Seiji and Midori are together for about a year. They become so close that the heart break and pain is believable by the end. I cried like a baby at the end of the manga and I felt much more satisfied with how it ended. They are both great, but if I had to recommend one, it would definitely be the Manga.
Queer Rep: The manga has a bit of queer representation! One of the characters, Kouta Shingyoji (male), develops a crush on the male lead Seiji! And Midori and Seiji help two lesbians accept each other's feelings. To quote directly from the manga: "Love surpasses sexual boundaries," this is said while showing a picture of Kouta.
Warnings: The anime is rated “13 and older” and the manga is rated “T+ for older teens.” There is some violence, adult themes, a lot of cursing, suggestive scenes, questionable scenarios, and (some) nud!ty (all bare chest nud!ty, but not always s3xualized). But I am honestly impressed, this story could have EASILY been a h3nti, but's a pretty wholesome story of young love, just with a BIZARE twist.
Where to watch/read: You can read the manga on whatever app you use, I use “Manga Geek.” I’ve seen it on a lot of manga websites too! Or find the physical copies from 2004. (If anyone has Vol. 7-8 pls let me know! I have been looking for them! 👀)
You can watch the entire anime dubbed on Youtube here:

There has been a lot of discourse surrounding rednote, but overall it's been a very humanity affirming experience for me. Am I getting super involved in the video/posting/following part of the app? No. Not in the slightest. I am not that kind of social media user.
But my inbox is an entirely different story.
I've been trading Lunar New Year recipes and discussing the pros and cons of Linkin Park with a slightly younger college woman, Jia Xuan. I'm especially hype to try her crispy sweet and sour pork recipe. We've discussed philosophy, the pros/cons of our different countries' religious practices, and compared our education styles. She's disappointed in the United States' gun violence but hugely curious about our ability to just say whatever we want online. And our work-life balance (not too different from theirs overall, but she was surprised at the different appearance of 'self motivation' between our cultures; as was I).
This is the kind of learning/socialization experience I was hoping for.
But yeah, I can also see how we both have some serious perspective shifts to make in the long run based on our preconceived understanding of each other’s culture. Are things as strict in China as the United States' education system leads us to believe? No. Are we so awfully dissimilar that we can't find common ground to critique our ways of life? No.
Are we both being overworked for our evil capitalistic overlords? Yeah, for sure.
And that's what a handful of billionaire assholes are terrified of, so keep at it. Keep making friends and discussing games, cosplay, food, and culture. Trade ideas and take notes about the ways we can support each other.
Because, to quote the ancient texts: "We didn't start the fire It was always burning, since the world's been turning We didn't start the fire No, we didn't light it, but we tried to fight it."

Could you write an angsty with happy ending Alan x reader imagine in which reader quotes a line from a movie in an interview and thar is used for a promo for the interview, but of course it’s used out of context to lure people in and Alan sees it and it causes a fight between you guys
Title: Reel Lies, Real Love
Summary: When a viral video threatens to destroy their relationship, Alan and his partner must navigate betrayal, insecurity, and forgiveness to find their way back to each other.
Warnings: Angst
Pairing: Alan Rickman × fem! Reader
Author's Notes: Merry Christmas! 🥰
Also read on Ao3
Alan settled onto the plush couch in his London flat, his iPad perched precariously on his knees. He squinted at the screen, his hazel eyes narrowing in concentration as he navigated the icons. Technology had never been his strong suit, but he was nothing if not determined. His godson had given him a crash course on this "social media" craze, a concept Alan found both fascinating and perplexing. Still, the idea of being able to watch your latest interview from across the Atlantic had motivated him to wrestle with this confounding device.
"Right," he muttered, his baritone voice carrying a hint of exasperation. "Where is this bloody YouTube button?"
After several minutes of poking at random icons, he finally stumbled upon the app. Alan allowed himself a triumphant grin, the corners of his mouth lifting in quiet satisfaction. "Brilliant," he murmured, tapping the icon and watching as the screen flickered to life. "Not bad for an old dog, eh?"
"All right, here we go," he muttered to himself, his fingers flying across the keyboard as he typed your name into the YouTube search bar. A plethora of videos populated the screen almost instantly—clips of interviews, red-carpet appearances, and even behind-the-scenes snippets. Alan couldn’t help but smile; your charm practically radiated through every thumbnail.
He scrolled carefully, his hazel eyes scanning for the most recent interview. Finally, one title jumped out at him, standing apart from the rest. It read:
“[Your Name] Shocks Fans: ‘I Would Never Marry Him!’”
Alan’s heart skipped a beat. The bluntness of the statement hit him like a slap, the words lodging uncomfortably in his chest. For a moment, he hesitated, his thumb hovering over the play button. Logic whispered that it could be a misquote, a clickbait title meant to draw attention. But curiosity—and a flicker of unease—pushed him to tap on it.
The video began with a cheerful introduction from a well-dressed interviewer, and Alan leaned forward slightly, his breath catching when you appeared on screen. You looked radiant, as always, your smile lighting up the room. He couldn’t help but feel a swell of pride, even as a knot of anxiety tightened in his stomach.
The interviewer started with light questions about the film, your co-stars, and your experiences on set. Alan’s lips quirked into a small smile as he listened to your eloquent responses, your humor and intelligence shining through. But then, the conversation took a turn.
Alan’s breath hitched as the video transitioned from light-hearted banter to a pointed question from the interviewer. The screen focused on the interviewer, who leaned in with a conspiratorial smile.
“You’ve been in a relationship with Alan for two years now,” the interviewer said casually, his tone laced with curiosity. “Do you have any plans to marry him?”
Alan’s brow furrowed, his hazel eyes fixed intently on the screen. A flicker of anticipation danced in his chest, quickly snuffed out by the sound of your laughter. The video cut to you, seated comfortably in your chair, a radiant smile lighting up your face. But it wasn’t the smile Alan had grown to adore—it was laughter, unguarded and light, as if the question had caught you off guard.
“Marry him?” you repeated, still laughing. “Oh no, not even if I were crazy. Never.”
The words struck like a blow, his chest tightening as he replayed them in his head. Never. His hooked nose flared as he inhaled sharply, his knuckles whitening as he clutched the iPad. The interview continued, the interviewer chuckling along with you, but Alan didn’t hear the rest.
He set the device down with deliberate care, his hands trembling slightly. The echo of your words reverberated in his mind, each repetition like a twist of the knife. He ran a hand through his silvered hair, his hazel eyes staring at the wall as he tried to make sense of what he’d heard.
“Two years,” he muttered under his breath, his baritone voice thick with disbelief. “Two bloody years.”
He wanted to dismiss it, to tell himself there must have been a misunderstanding. But the way you had laughed, the ease with which you dismissed the very idea of marrying him—it felt too real. It gnawed at insecurities he thought he had buried long ago, whispering that perhaps he was too old, too unworthy of the love you so freely gave on screen but apparently withheld in reality.
Alan stood abruptly, pacing the length of his living room. The plush rug muffled his footsteps, but the turmoil in his chest was deafening. Every laugh, every word in that interview played on repeat in his mind. He picked up his phone, his finger hovering over your contact name before he dropped it back onto the table. Confronting you now would only make him look desperate, wouldn’t it?
The hours dragged by, and Alan finally sank into his armchair, exhaustion overtaking the restless pacing. He stared out the window at the London skyline, the city lights twinkling faintly against the darkening sky. His heart ached with a familiar, dull weight—a longing for clarity, for reassurance, for you.
Meanwhile, across the Atlantic, you sat in your hotel room scrolling through social media when you saw the headline:
“[Your Name] Slams Marriage Rumors with Alan Rickman: ‘Not Even If I Were Crazy!’”
Your stomach dropped. Clicking the link, you watched in disbelief as the video unfolded. It was a butchered version of the interview you had done just days ago. Your laughter and the line about “never marrying him” were shown out of context, manipulated to make it appear as if you were speaking about Alan when, in fact, you had been referring to your character’s reluctant relationship with a villainous love interest in the film.
“No,” you whispered, your voice trembling as you watched the fabricated exchange. The interviewer’s voice had clearly been re-recorded and spliced into the footage after you had left the studio. Your responses were genuine, but they were answers to entirely different questions, framed in a way that distorted their meaning.
Your hands shook as you dialed Alan’s number, the line ringing endlessly before going to voicemail. “Alan, please, call me back,” you said, your voice cracking. “You have to believe me. That video—it’s not real. They’ve edited it to twist my words. I’d never say something like that about you. Please, just… call me.”
You hung up, your mind racing. Alan was intelligent, discerning—surely, he would realize the video was a sham. But deep down, you knew how much it would have hurt him to see it. The way his self-deprecating humor sometimes masked lingering insecurities. And now, the idea that you’d laughed at the prospect of marrying him…
The hours passed in agonizing silence, your calls going unanswered. You paced the room, anxiety gnawing at your insides. Finally, unable to bear the distance, you booked a flight back to London for the following morning. If Alan wouldn’t answer your calls, you’d confront him in person.
The next morning, you stood outside Alan's door, heart pounding as your knuckles rapped against the heavy wood. It was early, the London air brisk and damp, and you hadn’t slept a wink after your red-eye flight. Every second of silence on the other side of the door stretched into eternity, your mind racing with every possible reaction Alan might have. Finally, the door opened, and there he was, dressed in his usual crisp shirt and slacks, his white hair slightly disheveled but his hazel eyes sharp and guarded.
You smiled, attempting to close the distance and kiss him as you usually did, but Alan turned his head, avoiding your lips entirely. The rejection stung, a cold ache blooming in your chest. He leaned against the doorframe, his expression unreadable.
“What do you want?” he asked, his baritone voice low but devoid of its usual warmth.
You blinked, stunned by the bluntness of his tone. “Alan, can I come in?” you asked softly, trying to steady your voice.
He exhaled through his nose, stepping aside and gesturing for you to enter with a stiff wave of his hand. “Make it quick,” he muttered. “I’m due on set soon.”
You walked in, the familiar comfort of his flat feeling suddenly foreign. He closed the door behind you and strode into the kitchen without a glance in your direction. The bitterness in his tone cut deep, but you forced yourself to push through it, following him as he poured himself a cup of coffee. He stood with his back to you, every movement deliberate, as if he was purposefully avoiding looking at you.
“Alan,” you began, your voice trembling slightly. “That video—it’s not what it looks like. The interview was manipulated. I wasn’t talking about you.”
He didn’t respond, only lifting his mug to his lips and taking a slow sip. His silence was deafening, his refusal to even turn around twisting the knife in your chest.
“I flew all the way from New York to tell you this,” you said, desperation creeping into your voice. “I wouldn’t have done that if I didn’t care about you—if I didn’t want to fix this.”
Finally, Alan set the mug down on the counter, his fingers gripping the edge tightly. For a moment, you thought he might turn to face you, but instead, he let out a bitter chuckle, shaking his head.
“Fix it,” he repeated, his baritone voice laced with sarcasm. “And how exactly do you plan to do that?”
You swallowed hard, trying to ignore the lump forming in your throat. “I spoke to my agent,” you said carefully. “He suggested we make a public statement together. It would clear everything up, and—”
“Ah,” Alan interrupted, his voice cutting through yours like a blade. He finally turned to face you, his hazel eyes cold and distant. “So that’s it, then. This isn’t about me, is it? It’s about you. About salvaging your precious image after this little scandal didn’t go down the way you hoped.”
Your stomach dropped, his words hitting like a punch to the gut. “Alan, no,” you said quickly, shaking your head. “That’s not what this is about. I—”
“Don’t lie to me,” he snapped, his hooked nose flaring as his voice rose. “You didn’t come here for me. You came here because you’re worried about your bloody reputation. Don’t pretend this is some grand gesture of love.”
Tears pricked at the corners of your eyes, but you refused to let them fall. “That’s not true,” you said, your voice breaking. “I came here because I love you. Because I wanted to make things right.”
Alan laughed bitterly, the sound sharp and mocking. “Love?” he said, shaking his head. “If this is love, then I want no part of it. You’ve always been a problem, haven’t you? A bloody headache from the start. And for what? You’re not worth it.”
The words struck like a hammer, shattering whatever hope you had left. Your breath hitched, the tears you’d been holding back spilling over as you stared at him, your heart breaking into pieces.
“Alan,” you whispered, your voice trembling. “How can you say that? After everything we’ve been through…”
“Because it’s the truth,” he said coldly, his hazel eyes hard. “And here’s another truth for you: even if that video was a lie, it wouldn’t matter. Because I wouldn’t marry you either.”
You staggered back as if he’d physically struck you, your hand flying to your mouth to stifle a sob. The room felt suffocating, the weight of his words pressing down on you like a vice. “You don’t mean that,” you said weakly, your voice barely audible.
“I do,” he said firmly, his baritone voice like ice. “And I think it’s time you left.”
For a moment, you could only stand there, staring at him in disbelief as the weight of his cruel words hung in the air. The room felt unbearably small, suffocating, the walls pressing in on you as his hazel eyes—those eyes you once found so full of warmth—now bore into you with cold indifference. Then, something inside you snapped. Anger surged through your veins, igniting like wildfire, burning away the sadness and leaving only fury in its wake.
“An idiot,” you hissed, shoving him hard in the chest. “That’s what you are, Alan. A fucking idiot.”
Alan staggered back slightly, his expression shifting to one of shock and fury. “Don’t touch me,” he barked, his baritone voice sharp enough to cut glass. “I swear to God, if you lay another finger on me, I’ll get a restraining order so fast it’ll make your head spin.”
“Oh, brilliant,” you spat, your voice dripping with sarcasm. “Go ahead, Alan. Get your precious restraining order. Add it to the list of ways you can further tarnish my ‘beautiful reputation.’ You know, the one you think I care so much about.”
Alan’s lips curled into a bitter sneer. “Don’t tempt me,” he growled. “You’ve done a bloody good job of ruining it yourself. What’s next? Another fabricated scandal to boost your career?”
You stepped closer, refusing to back down, your fists clenched at your sides. “That’s rich coming from you,” you snapped. “You think I care about any of this more than I care about you? Do you have any idea how much it hurt to see that video, knowing how it could hurt you? I flew across the fucking ocean to fix this!”
“Fix it?” Alan repeated, his hooked nose flaring as he glared at you. “You didn’t come here to fix anything. You came here to save your own skin, to play the innocent little actress trying to save face. Don’t insult me by pretending otherwise.”
You laughed bitterly, the sound raw and harsh. “Oh, don’t flatter yourself, Alan. You think I’d go through all this trouble just for my image? You’re not as clever as you think you are. If you had half the brains you claim to have, you’d know I’m here because I love you. Because I thought you were worth fighting for.”
Alan took a step forward, his presence looming over you. “You don’t love me,” he said coldly. “You love the idea of me. The actor, the director, the man who can hold his own in your world of lights and cameras. But me? The real me? You’ve never loved that.”
You felt your breath hitch, your anger momentarily faltering as his words struck a nerve. “How dare you,” you whispered, your voice trembling. “How dare you tell me what I feel? You’re so bloody self-absorbed, so stuck in your own insecurities, you can’t see what’s right in front of you.”
“And what’s that?” Alan shot back, his voice rising. “A woman who laughs at the idea of marrying me? Who humiliates me in front of the world? You think I’d ever want to marry someone like you?”
Your hand flew to your chest, as if to shield yourself from the impact of his words. “You bastard,” you said, your voice shaking with a mix of fury and heartbreak. “You’re nothing but a coward, Alan. A scared little man hiding behind his wit and charm, too afraid to admit that he’s just as human as the rest of us.”
Alan’s eyes narrowed, his jaw tightening as he stepped even closer, his face inches from yours. “Careful,” he said, his voice low and dangerous. “You don’t want to say something you can’t take back.”
You let out a bitter laugh, tears streaming down your cheeks. “Take back? Oh, don’t worry, Alan. I’ve got nothing to take back. I’ve been nothing but honest with you, but you? You’d rather burn it all down than admit you’re scared of being vulnerable.”
“Vulnerable?” he barked, his voice dripping with disdain. “I’m not the one who flew across the world for a bloody PR stunt.”
“That’s it,” you snapped, shoving him again, harder this time. “You’re impossible, Alan. You’re so afraid of being hurt, you’d rather destroy everything good in your life before anyone else gets the chance.”
“And you’re a goddamn fool,” he shot back, his voice shaking with rage. “A naïve little girl who thinks love is some fairy tale where everything works out in the end.”
“Fuck you,” you spat, your voice breaking. “You don’t deserve me.”
“And you don’t deserve anyone,” Alan snarled, his hazel eyes blazing. “No wonder every man you’ve ever been with has left you.”
The words hung in the air, a deafening silence following in their wake. You stared at him, your heart shattered into a million pieces, before turning on your heel and walking toward the door.
“Goodbye, Alan,” you said quietly, your voice hollow. “I hope you’re happy with the mess you’ve made.”
You didn’t look back as you slammed the door behind you, the sound echoing in the empty hallway. But as you walked away, the tears fell harder, and you wondered if you’d ever be able to piece yourself back together.
Alan stood there, staring at the door as it slammed shut, the sound echoing in his empty flat. His chest heaved, his heart pounding against his ribs. His hazel eyes burned, filled with rage and anguish as your parting words replayed in his mind. You still say you love him, you liar. The thought ripped through him, venomous and relentless, eroding what little control he had left.
With a guttural roar, Alan grabbed his coffee cup from the counter and hurled it against the wall. The porcelain shattered on impact, shards scattering across the floor. “Bloody hell!” he cursed, his baritone voice raw and trembling. His fingers raked through his silvered hair, tugging at the roots as he struggled to regain his composure. But the ache in his chest only grew stronger, an unrelenting pressure threatening to crush him.
He forced himself to take a deep breath, his knuckles white as they gripped the edge of the counter. “Calm down, Rickman,” he muttered to himself, his voice low and shaky. “She’s gone. Let her go.”
But as he turned, his hazel eyes landed on your coat, draped carelessly over the back of the armchair. His jaw tightened, his hooked nose flaring in irritation. She can’t even remember her bloody coat, he thought bitterly, the anger bubbling up once more. I don’t want anything from her. Absolutely nothing.
Grabbing the coat with trembling hands, Alan stormed toward the door, determined to rid himself of even this small reminder of you. His strides were long and purposeful as he descended the stairs of his building, his heart hammering with each step. The chill of the London air hit him as he stepped onto the street, but he barely noticed, his hazel eyes scanning the crowd for any sign of you.
It didn’t take long to spot you. You were walking briskly, your arms wrapped around yourself for warmth, your shoulders hunched against the cold. Alan’s anger flared again, hot and sharp. She doesn’t even know where she’s going, the idiot.
“[Your Name]!” he called out, his baritone voice cutting through the noise of the street. But you didn’t hear him, your focus fixed straight ahead as you moved toward the crosswalk.
Alan quickened his pace, the coat clutched tightly in his hand. “[Your Name]!” he called again, louder this time, his voice laced with frustration. Still, you didn’t turn around. His heart began to pound for a different reason as he saw you step off the curb, the light still green for oncoming traffic.
“Stop!” he yelled, panic creeping into his voice as his eyes caught the glint of an approaching car. The vehicle sped toward you, its headlights cutting through the early morning gloom. Alan’s breath caught in his throat, his anger dissolving into sheer terror.
“[Your Name]!” he bellowed, his voice breaking as he broke into a sprint. But it was too late.
The car’s tires screeched as the driver slammed on the brakes, but the impact was unavoidable. The sound of metal meeting flesh and bone was sickening, reverberating through the street. You were thrown backward, your body crumpling onto the pavement like a discarded doll.
“No!” Alan’s scream tore from his throat as he reached you, dropping to his knees beside your lifeless form. His hands trembled as they hovered over you, afraid to touch, to confirm the worst. Your eyes were closed, your face pale, and blood pooled beneath your head, staining the asphalt.
“[Your Name],” he choked out, his voice barely a whisper. “No, no, no. Please, God, no.”
His hazel eyes searched your face desperately, looking for any sign of life. He pressed his fingers to your neck, his own pulse pounding in his ears as he prayed for even the faintest flutter beneath his touch. “Don’t do this,” he pleaded, his voice breaking. “Don’t you dare leave me. Not like this.”
The driver of the car had gotten out, shouting frantically for help, but Alan barely registered the commotion around him. His world had narrowed to the space between the two of you, his heart shattering as he cradled your head in his hands.
“Wake up,” he begged, his baritone voice cracking. “Please, [Your Name]. I can’t… I can’t do this without you. I’m sorry. I’m so bloody sorry.”
Tears streamed down his face as he leaned over you, his hooked nose brushing against your temple. “I love you,” he whispered, his voice trembling. “I’ve always loved you. And I’d marry you in a heartbeat, you stubborn, infuriating woman. Just… just come back to me. Please.”
The sound of sirens grew louder in the distance, but Alan barely heard them. His hands trembled as he stroked your hair, his tears falling onto your face as he whispered your name over and over like a prayer.
And as the paramedics descended upon the scene, Alan clung to you, refusing to let go, his heart breaking with every passing second of silence.
Alan sat hunched in the sterile hospital waiting room, his face pale and drawn, his hands gripping your coat like it was a lifeline. The fabric was soft and smelled faintly of you—lavender and the subtle spice of your perfume—a cruel reminder of the argument that had sent you storming out in the first place. Time seemed to stretch endlessly, the tick of the clock on the wall amplifying the deafening silence. His hazel eyes, rimmed red, flicked anxiously to the hallway every time a nurse or doctor passed, his breath hitching with hope, only for it to deflate when they didn’t approach him.
Beside him sat Sarah, your agent, her usually sharp, polished demeanor softened by worry. She glanced at Alan, who looked like a man on the brink of collapse. His fingers were white with the force of his grip on your coat, and his silvered hair fell messily over his forehead.
“Alan,” Sarah began gently, leaning toward him. “You’ve been sitting like this for hours. You need to—”
“I need to wait,” Alan interrupted, his baritone voice raw and thick with emotion. “I need to be here when they tell me something. Anything.”
Sarah sighed, her eyes darting toward the hallway. “She’s strong, Alan. She’ll pull through.”
But Alan shook his head, his jaw tight. “This is my fault,” he said, his voice breaking. “If I hadn’t been such a goddamn idiot, she wouldn’t have been out there. She wouldn’t have—” His words faltered, his hands shaking as he buried his face in your coat. “It’s because of me. All of it.”
“Alan—” Sarah started, but he cut her off, his voice rising, trembling with anguish.
“I fought with her over that bloody interview,” he admitted, his hazel eyes glassy as he lifted his head to meet Sarah’s gaze. “The one where she supposedly laughed about marrying me. I saw it, and I—I didn’t even give her a chance to explain. I lashed out like a fool. So what if she didn’t want to marry me? She wouldn’t want to marry a fucking idiot like me either, would she?” His laugh was bitter, hollow. “I drove her away, Sarah. And now she’s—” He couldn’t finish the sentence, his voice breaking into a harsh whisper.
Sarah’s eyes narrowed, her lips pressing into a thin line. “That’s enough,” she snapped, her tone cutting through his self-loathing like a whip. “You think wallowing in guilt is going to help her? Grow the hell up, Alan. She loves you, you idiot. She wouldn’t have flown across the goddamn ocean to fix things if she didn’t.”
Alan stared at her, stunned into silence. But before he could respond, Sarah’s phone buzzed on the chair beside her. She snatched it up, her expression shifting as she read the screen. “Well, isn’t this interesting,” she muttered, her tone laced with venom.
“What?” Alan asked hoarsely, his gaze locked on her.
Sarah stood, her heels clicking sharply against the tile floor as she paced. “I got access to the real footage of her interview earlier today. The one those bastards butchered to make it look like she was talking about you.” She turned, her hazel eyes blazing with anger. “You want to see how wrong you’ve been, Alan?”
Without waiting for a response, she pulled up the video and handed her phone to him. Alan’s fingers trembled as he took it, his heart pounding as the video began to play. There you were, sitting gracefully in your chair, the radiant smile on your face one he knew so well. The interviewer’s voice was calm, asking about the romantic dynamics of your character in the film.
“Marry him?” you had repeated with a laugh, referring to the villainous character in the movie. “Oh no, not even if I were crazy. Never.”
Alan’s breath hitched as the context became clear. You weren’t talking about him at all. The manipulated video had spliced your words with a fabricated question to create a scandal where there was none. The guilt that had been gnawing at him now felt like a vice tightening around his chest.
“It’s not real,” he whispered, his voice barely audible. “She wasn’t talking about me.”
“No, she bloody wasn’t,” Sarah snapped, snatching her phone back. “But you didn’t think to ask her, did you? You just assumed the worst and tore into her like an insecure, selfish prick.”
Alan flinched at her words but didn’t argue. She was right. He had been a selfish prick. The realization hit him like a freight train, and his knees buckled as he sank back into the chair. He buried his face in his hands, his breath coming in shallow gasps.
“What do I do now?” he murmured, his voice muffled and broken. “How do I fix this?”
Sarah’s gaze softened, but her tone remained firm. “You start by being there when she wakes up. You apologize, and I mean really apologize, Alan. None of that clever, self-deprecating crap you like to hide behind. You tell her the truth—about everything. And for God’s sake, stop sabotaging yourself.”
Alan nodded slowly, his hands still trembling. The weight of his mistakes pressed heavily on him, but beneath it was a glimmer of hope. If he could just make it right, if you would let him, he’d do whatever it took.
For now, though, all he could do was wait—and pray that when you woke up, you’d still want to hear him out.
The sound of footsteps snapped both their heads toward the hallway, and a doctor in scrubs appeared, his face calm but serious. Alan and Sarah bolted to their feet, the tension between them palpable as they moved to meet the man.
“How is she?” Alan asked, his baritone voice rough with worry.
The doctor gave a reassuring smile. “She’s stable. She has a few broken ribs and a mild concussion, but there’s no permanent damage. She’s under strong painkillers right now and likely won’t wake up until tomorrow.”
Alan exhaled sharply, the relief almost knocking him off his feet. He slumped back into the chair, his head falling into his hands as the weight of his fear slowly began to lift. “Thank God,” he murmured, his voice trembling.
Sarah placed a hand on his shoulder, her expression softening. “She’s tough, Alan. She’ll be fine.”
“I’ll stay with her,” Alan said firmly, his voice brooking no argument as he straightened in his chair.
Sarah raised an eyebrow, crossing her arms. “Are you sure? Don’t you have filming for Gambit tomorrow?”
Alan’s hazel eyes narrowed, a spark of irritation flaring in them. “To hell with filming,” he snapped, his hooked nose flaring slightly. “She’s more important.”
Sarah blinked in surprise before letting out a small sigh. “Fine. But I’ll call your agent. Someone has to smooth things over.”
Alan waved her off, his attention already shifting back to the door leading to your room. “Do whatever you like,” he muttered, his focus solely on you.
Sarah shook her head, muttering something about stubborn men as she left. Alan didn’t care. All that mattered was staying by your side.
The hours dragged on, the sterile hospital room quiet except for the rhythmic beeping of the monitors. Alan sat in the uncomfortable chair beside your bed, his fingers intertwined with yours. The soft glow of morning sunlight filtered through the blinds, casting long shadows across the room. Balloons and roses from friends filled the small space, their cheerful colors stark against the clinical white walls.
He hadn’t moved all night, his hazel eyes fixed on your face, searching for any sign of movement. The steady rise and fall of your chest was the only thing keeping him sane.
When you finally stirred, it was almost 2 PM. Alan straightened in his chair, his heart leaping as your eyes fluttered open. For a moment, you blinked groggily, your gaze unfocused as you adjusted to the light. Then your eyes found his, and he froze, his breath catching in his throat.
“Who… who are you?” you asked weakly, your voice hoarse but teasingly innocent.
Alan’s heart stopped. His face paled, his hazel eyes widening in panic. “What?” he croaked, his baritone voice trembling. “You—you don’t recognize me?”
You stared at him for a moment, your expression unreadable. Then, a slow, mischievous smile spread across your lips. “Relax, Alan,” you rasped. “Of course I know who you are. How could I forget a man who growls my name like he’s narrating a bloody BBC documentary?”
The relief that washed over Alan was almost overwhelming. He let out a shaky laugh, his hand covering his face as he shook his head. “You absolute minx,” he muttered, his voice a mix of exasperation and affection. “Don’t scare me like that.”
The teasing smile on your lips faded slightly as you shifted, trying to sit up. Alan’s hands were on you immediately, firm but gentle, pressing you back down against the hospital bed.
“Stop,” he said, his baritone voice both commanding and soft. “You’re not going anywhere. Just calm down.”
You arched an eyebrow at him, trying to ignore the ache radiating through your body. “Alan, I’m fine,” you protested weakly, your voice still hoarse. “I can—”
“You can stay put,” he interrupted, his hazel eyes narrowing. “For once, listen to me. You need to rest.”
Your expression softened, and you gave a small nod, though the worry in his eyes made your chest tighten. “What happened?” you asked quietly, your fingers brushing against his where they rested on your arm. “I remember fighting with you, then going out into the street, and… nothing after that.”
Alan inhaled sharply, his hooked nose flaring slightly as he glanced away for a moment, as if to steady himself. When he met your gaze again, his hazel eyes were filled with guilt and pain. “You were hit by a car,” he said, his voice low but steady. “After you left my apartment.”
You blinked at him, processing his words, before a faint, teasing smile tugged at your lips. “A car?” you said lightly. “Are you sure it wasn’t a train? Because it bloody feels like it.”
Alan’s expression darkened instantly, his jaw tightening. “Don’t joke about that,” he snapped, his voice sharper than he intended. “Do you have any idea how close I came to losing you?”
The sincerity in his words and the tremor in his voice made your teasing demeanor fade. You reached for his hand, your fingers intertwining with his. “I’m sorry,” you said softly, your voice earnest. “I didn’t mean to make light of it. I just… didn’t want to see you upset.”
Alan exhaled slowly, his grip on your hand tightening slightly as he shook his head. “You don’t need to apologize for that,” he said. “I’m the one who should be apologizing. For everything.”
You frowned slightly, trying to sit up again despite his earlier protests. “Alan—”
“No,” he interrupted, his voice firm but gentle. “Let me finish.” He leaned forward, his elbows resting on the edge of the bed as he held your hand tightly. “I was an idiot. No, worse—I was a selfish, insecure prat. I saw that interview and—well, I let my own pain blind me. Instead of listening to you or even giving you a chance to explain, I lashed out. Like a bloody child.”
You opened your mouth to speak, but he shook his head, stopping you. “And then Sarah showed me the real footage,” he continued, his hazel eyes filled with self-loathing. “It was all fake. The entire thing was manipulated to make it look like you were talking about me. But you weren’t. You never were.”
His voice cracked slightly, and he closed his eyes, taking a deep breath. “I should have believed you,” he said, his tone raw. “But instead, I hurt you. I wanted to hurt you because I felt humiliated, and that’s… unforgivable.”
Tears pricked at the corners of your eyes as you shook your head, your voice trembling. “Alan, it’s not unforgivable. I said things too—things I didn’t mean. I was angry, and—”
“I don’t care,” he cut in, his baritone voice softening. “Whatever you said, I deserved it. All of it. But I don’t deserve you.”
Your heart ached at the vulnerability in his voice, and you reached up to cup his face, your thumb brushing gently along the line of his jaw. “Don’t say that,” you whispered. “Don’t you dare say that. I love you, Alan. And yes, you can be a stubborn idiot sometimes, but so can I. We’re human.”
He leaned into your touch, his eyes closing briefly before opening to meet yours. “You’re too good for me,” he murmured, his voice thick with emotion.
“And you’re too dramatic,” you teased gently, a soft smile playing on your lips. “But that’s why we work.”
A faint laugh escaped him, the tension in his shoulders easing slightly. “God help me, I do love you,” he said, his hazel eyes shining with both amusement and adoration.
You smiled, your hand slipping down to rest over his. “Good,” you replied, your voice soft. “Because I’m not going anywhere. Not now, not ever.”
Alan’s lips twitched into a small, self-deprecating smile as he leaned closer, pressing a tender kiss to your forehead. “I’ll hold you to that,” he murmured, his baritone voice warm and steady.
“And for the record,” you added, your smile turning mischievous, “I would marry you. Even if you’re a stubborn idiot.”
Alan chuckled, the sound deep and genuine. “Careful,” he said, his hazel eyes twinkling. “I might hold you to that too.”

You are so productive and living your best life I admire it so much! I don't understand how you do it... do you have any advice for forcing yourself to do the things you know are good for you even when you are feeling sad and not up to it? Have a lovely day ❣️❣️❣️
Plan your day hour by hour. This actually revolutionized my life. Plan when you’ll wake up, plan what you’ll do every hour of the day, and make it as realistic as possible to stick to your goals. Start with simple things and gradually ramp it up. Don’t overwhelm your day with 60 different goals. I’d pair one passive goal (be on your phone less, for example) with one active goal (study more, take more walks, read more) and go from there. It’s better to start small and be consistent than to start big and quit one day in.
Lower the resistance necessary to accomplish tasks. If you have somewhere to be early tomorrow, plan your outfit the night before. If you have studying to do, have your textbooks/notebooks/notes on your desk by the time you wake up. If you have an overwhelming task, break it into smaller subtasks and focus on them one at a time. If you don’t want to be on your phone in the morning, charge it somewhere you won’t be able to see the moment you open your eyes. I’m trying to overcome the phone issue right now, so instead of setting an alarm on my phone I just bought a digital alarm clock bc I know I’m way less likely to get on my phone that way. I’m lowering the effort needed to actually get started on a task.
Have motivational things handy for when you’re down!! I’m a highly visual person, so it actually really helps me to make moodboards. I have moodboards for things I wanna accomplish, moodboards for things I’ve already accomplished, a Pinterest board for affirmations etc etc. I have a list on my notes app for all the reasons why it’s important to me to accomplish my goals. I have another notes app page dedicated to pasting all the motivational quotes that help me whenever I’m in a funk. You could even print them and hang them up on your wall if you want. In times where instant gratification overshadows getting things done, make it very accessible to remember why they’re important to you to begin with.
Romanticize your tasks. I make silly to-do lists, I make sure I’m always in cute outfits when I’m running errands, I put on perfume and mascara and lip gloss even if I’m literally all on my own in my bedroom about to do a 3 hour study session. I love getting manicures bc there’s nothing more satisfying than studying with pretty dark red fall nails. This may sound extra but I go through my notes pretending I’m Elle Woods or something bc it makes it so much fun. A huge part of why I’m consistent with going to the gym is bc I buy pretty workout fits that just make me feel good. I wear lingerie under my clothes wherever I am bc it makes me feel like a bad bitch even if no one sees it. I don’t start a task with the thought in mind that I want to get it done already—I try to make the act of doing it in and of itself as engaging as possible.
To piggyback off that point, switch your environment if your current one isn’t serving you. Don’t just default to quitting if one approach isn’t working. If studying in your bedroom isn’t doing it, go to the nearest coffee shop. If the coffee shop isn’t working, do the library. Study indoors. Study outdoors. Study in nature. Hell study at a beach if you want to. It doesn’t matter where you are if you’re getting things done. Exhaust all your alternatives before calling it quits.
Set firm boundaries with yourself. This is so big. Self-care is absolutely treating yourself, but it’s also being your own parent and disciplining yourself if you feel like you’re not putting your all into something. In a world where it’s very easy to go “just a few more minutes on my phone” “I’ll do it tomorrow” “I can skip working out today” it’s really important to be able to parent yourself and exercise some tough love and do some things even if you don’t feel like you want to. I really struggle with this as a gen z girl bc this is THE era of instant gratification. But my goals are just more important to me than momentary comfort.
No zero days. Just bc you’re not being your 100% on one day doesn’t mean you should just lie down and do nothing. Being at 50% performance is better than being at 0%. I try to make sure I get some light tasks done on days where I don’t feel like going all in. It helps me not feel like I’ve just derailed my whole life, which consequently helps me move on from my ruts faster.
Look ahead. Can not emphasize this enough. Death motivates me like nothing else. You do not have an infinite time on this earth. You don’t want to be at the same place you’ve been at a year from now. Resist the “I’ll do it tomorrow” mentality as much as possible. Change happens in small increments & there’s no better time for it than the present. What may seem like little things you can skip out on now can quickly snowball into the very things that are preventing you from being where you want to be.
Acknowledge your limits. Someone with two full-time jobs and school should not be comparing themself to the progress of someone with one part-time job and like nothing else. I’m currently studying full-time and also trying to maintain a consistent workout routine, so I don’t expect myself to recreationally read more than 30 minutes a day, even if ideally I’d like that time to be way higher. I know it’s pointless to compare myself to someone who reads 70 books a month but has much less workload than I do. Comparison is inherently flawed bc no one else has been the dealt the cards you’ve been dealt. Tailor your schedule to your own unique situation. Make a list of your priorities and assign them to your hours accordingly.
Listen to your needs!! Mental health is the most important thing. You need to be in tune with yourself to know when you could be pushing yourself a little harder, and when it’s necessary to give yourself time off. If I’m in an actual burnout, I go out with friends. I go see a movie. I give myself the grace of being human and step back for a little bit. It’s completely okay to have those days, and acknowledging them helps you recover quicker. Take care of yourself <3
#i hope this helps <33 a girl rly loves her bullet point lists#also thank u for this ask bc now I get to look back at these whenever I’m in a funk 😈#ask#study tips

What's on your D.D.D.? || Brothers Edition
~ What I think would be on their D.D.D.s ~
LUCIFER
His D.D.D. would be absolutely filled with documents. All the saved student council minutes of the meetings are there. All the projects, files, program flows, everything.
His email app would always have pending and/or unread notices. Emails he would frequently get are usually from RAD officials, Mammon's debt reminders, and other miscellaneous emails. And his emails would always have that 99+ bubble notification on the app. And no, it isn't spam-
Keeps notes for each of his brothers and Diavolo. Mammon's note has the most content, rivaling the amount of stuff that's on his to-do list note.
A MILLION alarms. He keeps the alarms as his reminders just in case his memory fails him. Which was rarely, but he still wanted to make sure. His alarms would be mainly his wake up call, feeding Cerberus, feeding Beel (or making sure he isn't about to go on a rampage), an alarm to leave the house, an alarm for the late bell, and one that is unnamed but is secretly to check on you.
His calendar app is PACKED. He always has meetings or things to do, deadlines, submissions, the whole burnout recipe.
His camera roll would sometimes be FILLED with random photos and photos of Belphie and Satan giving him the finger because they managed to get their hands on his D.D.D. Otherwise, it's usually filled with pictures of art like paintings and stuff.
Would have pictures of you and his brothers. He'd also save any pictures that are sent in his chats if it proved to be memorable or of importance to him. Also has a secret private safe where he stores all the photos that he gets sentimental over. That safe is locked tight with a password that changes every hour of the day, fingerprint required, and face recognition. If the app senses that you are not Lucifer, it will set off the curse he had conjured, take a picture of the intruder, and shut down the entire device (I bet he has his brothers' baby pictures in there). The only willing selfies he takes out of his own initiative is with Cerberus.
Normally he wouldn't have game apps on his D.D.D. but he had to download one because Luke and Levi influenced Diavolo into playing a multiplayer game and Diavolo asked him to join so that he could get more friends in the game because he needed to unlock an achievement. He did want to download the copy emoji expression game after he played it on Mammon's phone but he didn't wanna risk another incident.
Phone wallpaper would range from photos of artworks he finds good, and inspirational, motivational banners/quotes from artists he admired.
His music would be composed of vintage records, probably podcasts, and deep focus classics.
Has broken his D.D.D. because he tried texting his brothers while he was furious.
His storage is full most of the time.
MAMMON
This boy has accounts on any and ALL the banks of the Devildom. So he'd have a dedicated folder where he collates all those bank apps.
He's part of the student council so he has at least SOME files for that. He keeps it to a minimum though. His email and social media accounts are more cluttered than Lucifer's because he's often too lazy to keep it in check.
His notes app contains all his debts — and something of a ledger too. He keeps track of them not with the intention of paying them off, but to remember who to avoid.
He sets alarms to wake himself up in the morning so Lucifer doesn't beat him to consciousness, but he always manages to hit the snooze unconsciously before he wakes up. So he's extremely thankful if you're the one he wakes up to and not an angry Lucifer about to kill him, or a pissed off Levi who was ordered to wake him up.
Has some event reminders in his calendar app just so he doesn't forget to go to his part time jobs and his magazine shoots. Other events would include everyone's birthdays. (Like he'd actually forget your birthday, but he likes the look of it there anyway)
The guy's camera roll has TONS of pictures of the latest watch models, jewelry, expensive brands of clothing. Would also have pictures of his brothers doing goofy things. Has lots of party pics too.
He doesn't bother putting his brothers' pictures in his private safe. Instead, he keeps them in sorted albums — one for each brother. He keeps his blackmail folder, however, in the private safe.
His private safe would have pictures of you obviously. Your selfies together, the pictures he takes of you, with your knowledge of course, and maybe some candid shots of you sleeping and walking around or doing school work too. Besides that though, there are also images of things he wants to get you in there, like matching outfits, things he think that you'd like, clothes he thinks would look great on you, and all that. He can't risk you finding out before he actually gets it for you, he wants it to be a surprise!
Has FPS games on his phone and some multiplayer games too because he thinks that single player games are boring. Also because sometimes, it's the only way he can stay connected with Levi when he locks himself up in his room.
Lock screen wallpaper would be the best #bestfriendgoals selfie of the two of you and his home screen wallpaper would be the cutest picture of you two being all cuddly.
His music playlists would be composed of heavy metal music, pop music he likes to dance to, slow dance songs he imagines dancing with you in, rap music, and sweet love songs he has yet to gather the courage to send you.
The only one of the brothers who hasn't lost his D.D.D. Mainly because he doesn't want to even think about the price he has to pay for a new one.
LEVIATHAN
He only keeps a few school related things on his phone, neatly organized into one folder just in case he really needs it.
His email rarely has any back logs, mostly because of the fact that he regularly reads his mail to stay updated with news about any of his anime subscriptions.
Despite claiming that he's a shut-in otaku who has no social life, his social media — both personal and all his fan accounts — get a lot of notifications per day.
Notes app would be filled with his personal otaku errands, what merch he needs to get his hands on, games list, and school schedule.
He sets alarms to wake him up in the morning because he knows he can't rely on his broken sleep schedule to get him up on time. Most times though, he stays up to hear the alarm without a wink of sleep, then proceed to sleep after turning it off.
His alarms are also scheduled every thirty minutes before his anime shows are coming up.
This boy's calendar is almost as packed as Lucifer's but in an entirely different genre. Anime events, comic cons, cosplay events, merch release, anime releases, birthdays of his favorite anime characters and their voice actors, and the birthdays of his brothers', Henry's, and yours of course.
Camera roll would be filled with mostly anime pictures obviously, and cosplay outfits he likes. Some of them are of his brothers and Henry. And a good portion would also contain merchandise screenshots and photos.
Private safe? PFT as if he has a private safe... — he does but denies it because it's filled with selfies of you two and pictures he's saved of you from group chats and private chats he has. He also keeps pictures of him cosplaying in there. He'd die if anyone saw what was in the private safe, but would somehow be excited by the fact that someone had guessed his password, because only TRUE Ruri-chan fans would be able to know it!
His D.D.D.'s storage space has been long gone and is running on a single megabyte because of all the games he's had installed on it. He has a hard time choosing which game to delete whenever a new one catches his interest. It takes him HOURS to decide.
He thinks that having IRL photos as his phone wallpaper is breaking the otaku code and a total normie thing. So he has an anime lock screen and home screen.
Has anime playlists and soundtracks for DECADES. This was another sole contributor to the murder of his D.D.D. storage. (I'm convinced he likes to dance to the rhythm of "kiss kiss fall in love!").
His D.D.D. has been dropped in the toilet more times than he's willing to admit.
SATAN
A fair amount of his D.D.D. contained school related files. He was the student council secretary after all, so he has almost all the documents that Lucifer has on his D.D.D.
Unlike the first born however, Satan likes to keep his email tidy and rid of clutter no matter how stressful it was to handle all of RAD's emails.
He doesn't use social media often, even Levi's on it more than he was. But that doesn't falsify the fact that he gets a lot of fan mail and love messages. He's blocked a lot of them already, but somehow they still keep coming and don't ever seem to run out.
All his pranks and plots are stored in a safe folder of his notes app and regularly updates it, noting down which ones failed, which ones succeeded, and makes sure to also take note of how to further improve them.
He has a list of books to read in his notes app too. And a brief to-do list. Also secretly notes down things he think would be fun to do with you.
Has a short set of alarms. One for the morning, one for the night, and one for when it's time to feed the kittens at RAD.
His calendar would only be filled with the most important events like his brothers' birthdays, yes — even Lucifer's, your birthday, and events at RAD.
On the contrary, his camera roll would have a variety of contents ranging from every cat in the Devildom, pages of books he fancies, blackmail, embarrassing photos of Lucifer, you, and aesthetic library pics that he's sent you.
However sad it might be, he keeps a private safe so that he can keep the pictures of his brothers from the Celestial realm having a great time before he existed as himself. It's also where he keeps pictures of any memorable moments he genuinely finds comforting when he's frustrated. He'd rather die than have any of his brothers find out about it.
Doesn't have games on his D.D.D. BUT does have photo editors for entertainment purposes. His usual subject being Lucifer.
Lock screen wallpaper is of a bundle of cats on the sidewalk of some alleyway of the Devildom. Home screen wallpaper would be a picture of your soft smile. Makes him smile whenever he unlocks his phone to you.
He has classical music and podcasts on his D.D.D. Anger management podcasts mostly.
Misplaced his D.D.D. once and found it weeks later under a pile of books in his room. The screen was cracked.
ASMODEUS
He doesn't have space on his D.D.D. for anything school related unless it's a screenshot or picture of homework or projects he needs to submit.
It doesn't matter what app it is, social media, email, messaging app, it's always full. His inboxes never seem to be empty. No surprise there. He spends his time scanning them to give him an ego boost when he's bored.
Notes he takes are mostly the must have beauty products he needs, different self-care routines, and make-up, skin care, and moisturizing tips. Also takes note of the outfits he has to get his hands on, and ideas for his new product lines/ideas.
His alarms wouldn't be as hectic as some of his brothers' were. Just one for every essential. He's more of a timer kind of guy. He has a gazillion timers saved for 15 minutes, 30, and so on, to keep track how long he's been doing things. Being stunning requires self-control and discipline too you know!
He doesn't save birthdays on his calendar because he believes that if someone meant that much to you then you'd 100% remember their birthday without having to note it down on your calendar despite your busy schedule.
He does however, keep track of all the fashion events on his calendar. When the new season's wardrobe comes out and whatnot.
OBVIOUSLY, his camera is filled with selfies and self portraits of himself. He absolutely loves scrolling through them. He also has selfies with you in them. He takes selfies with everyone he likes so there's one photo album for that too. And one for all the miscellaneous pictures of clothes, make up, and cute color palettes.
Honestly doesn't have a private safe. His sentimental pictures are out in the open and he isn't afraid to flaunt them.
He has about one or two games on his D.D.D. He isn't good at them but he doesn't like getting left out when you play them with his brothers and the others at school.
His phone doesn't have a picture background. It has one of those aesthetically pleasing phone themes he likes having so that his apps are cutely designed as well.
He likes to listen to pop music, breakup songs, and love songs. But he also keeps party music on his phone too, along with some soothing background music to fill in the silence when he's taking some "me" time, which was often.
Don't ask him how his D.D.D. got stolen five times. He'll throw a fit and rant til the devildom freezes over.
BEELZEBUB
Just in case anyone needed it, Beel keeps student council stuff on his D.D.D. It wasn't as organized as Lucifer's or Satan's was though.
It wasn't as if he neglects his email or the messages he gets from random people, but it looked like he did because he's got piles of fan mail and school emails. He actually tries his best to answer all the heartfelt messages he gets when he has the time.
His notes were simple. Whenever he wanted to eat but couldn't, he'd type down whatever food came to his mind and was sure to have it later on. This way, he was fixated on the feeling of excitement rather than his hunger.
Also takes note of the food he wants to share with you and Belphie.
He doesn't have an alarm to wake him up because Belphie's alarm clocks have that covered. He has alarms for practice and classes though.
He takes note of all the big games he has upcoming on his calendar. Saves every important birthday and every important RAD event on it too.
His camera roll would strictly be anti-food because it's only torture for him. It does have pictures of his brothers, you, the purgatory hall residents, the demon lord's castle residents, and his game team.
His private safe has any picture with Lilith in it.
Like Asmo has games he knows you and his brothers play because he likes to spend time with you guys too.
Phone wallpaper would be a picture of the whole family, and a gym quote for the lock screen.
Workout music took the majority of his playlists.
Because he's tasted a D.D.D. before, his only comment was that it needed a bit more seasoning and hellfire mushrooms.
BELPHEGOR
The only school related files he has on his phone are homework and some student council documents that Lucifer requires him to have.
Like most of his brothers, his social media, email, and messaging apps are overflowing because he rarely checks on them and is too lazy to go through them when he actually looks at it.
"Notes? You guys keep notes?". He only takes notes of errands in case he forgets and the random date ideas he plans to take you on.
Alarms don't work on him but he keeps a ton of them anyway. One for every class, one for the morning, one for every single action he only absolutely HAS to do for the day. His brothers are starting to get annoyed because they were the ones being disturbed and needed to wake him up to shut it up because he made it so that only he could turn it off.
Calendar app is a ghost town. It only had the occasional birthday events and some important dates he wanted to remember, nothing important. He's too lazy to commit to organizing something as tedious as that.
Camera roll has pictures of him sleeping because his brothers often like to take his picture when he sleeps and has the audacity to tell him to send it to them afterwards.
He has one dedicated folder for his brothers, one for you, and one for others. He likes to take pictures of the stars so it's mixed in with pictures of the purgatory hall residents in the "others" folder.
He keeps any photo of Lilith in his private safe too. He also keeps the pictures of his brothers being sweet to him in there. He'd die of embarrassment if any of it got out.
Has any game that any of his brothers tells him to get — except Levi because he can't process anything he says when he talks about games. He'll try anything once. He often forgets to delete them though so most times he complains why his phone acts up, until Levi tells him about his storage being full.
Constellation, galaxy, starry D.D.D. background.
He saves any loud music he can find. He uses it to stay awake and plays it on full volume through his earphones when he's studying.
His D.D.D. has endured many falls from various heights. One time it fell from one of the top floor balconies of RAD because he fell asleep using it.

Channeled message: 12/26/24
Mop your floors, sweep dirt out, practice both physical and spiritual hygiene at this time, this is a good time for self care rituals, extractions, exfoliation routines, dental and oral care, face masks. Good time to redo nails or toes for women as well. Do laundry, wash bed sheets, purge, detox, release. Revelations coming to you soon about blockages, delays, doors that have been closed in your life or memories and situations or karmic cycles that have played out in your life consistently or for a long time. Spiritual light bulb moments or ideas and breakthroughs coming soon as well. A karmic lesson or cycle that was long term finally being learned or you undergoing quantum leap or shifts into a higher consciousness permanently after doing the inner work. A shift in lifestyle, a shift in salary, a shift in your ambitions, motivations or intentions. Preparation for 2025, or coming into the most prosperous and aligned year of your life. Full release from spiritual poverty or release of karmic generational cycles regarding religion or spirituality or ones connection to divinity and ignorance to it. The pinky finger is significant, the ring finger, and the feet. Candles as well.
The water is significant, water signs (Pisces, cancer, scorpio) a Pisces especially or water sign dominant people coming back into your life either permanently or as a reminder of a karmic cycle and why we need space or to step out of such karmic cycles or both (in the sense that the person reminds you of a karmic cycle or why you don’t participate in certain behaviors by remaining permanently or creating stability in your life) connection to water deities or the Oannes especially for people of color (of all shades, hues and origins, scroll through my page and see some of the messages in which I reference the Divine Mother and the Oannes).
Large groups of diviners, light workers, prophets and prophetesses and priest and priestesses (especially the divine feminine as this is her time for awakening, just heard this quote I saw today and a couple of different times “in tarot we don’t call her a baddie we call her the high priestess”) within this collective or coming into God consciousness. There may be people around you who are giving you push back or that you’re picking up on bad or stagnant energy from it’s because you’re triggering them, causing cognitive dissonance or have essentially have outgrown their energy and place in their life and they yours. You’ve been warned about people rejecting you or being upset because they don’t recognize you or having a hard time connecting with or understanding you following your ascension or rise into your higher self or highest form of alignment. You’ve been having visions or picking up on energetic vibrations from people that you don’t like or depict separations between you and people who are in your life at the moment.
Keep in mind that if these people see you, are observing you, or are aware of these shifts or your energy and power at this time they are energetically placing themselves to some extent in opposition of it let that be telling, accept people for who they are.
The implementation of routines or intentional practices and lifestyles are going to be significant for you in this upcoming season. I was going to stay that sleep and bedtimes or time blocking and times in the day are incredibly significant and you should build your schedule or routines in alignment with spirituality or spiritual intention. Just for a notification from my mantra app about bedtimes with an affirmation.
There may be more of this message, or more messages in general, stay tuned or keep up with my on Instagram threads as well as I’m on there pretty consistently as well.

im the south american anon, thanks for your kind words, i love your account so much ♡. just wondering if you have a guide on how to prepare for a new school year or for 2024, have a wonderful morning/night 💗
GO BACK TO SCHOOL AS HER
ACADEMICS
Try to recreate your ideal study routine before. Study any subject you want using that specific study routine that you can when school opens. This gives you enough time before school starts to make any adjustments needed.
Get a head start. If you do have access to your curriculum or syllabus, read or actively study content on those topics. If you don’t, you can usually search up your class and your state which shows what you’ll be learning.
Experiment with study methods + note-taking. For study methods, search up different ways to effectively study, and pick at least three that appeal to you. Then pick any topic you want, and use those methods to study that topic. See which one worked the best for you and which wasn’t.
For note-taking, search for some ways to take notes, and choose at least 3 that appeal to you. Then watch a video/lecture on any topic, and use those methods to take notes on it. See which ones that worked the best for you.
Create a planner or diary. Use it to keep track of your assessments, assignments due dates, events at school or any after-school activities. This planner would be just purely for school-related things.
I think a digital planner would work best with most students, but some traditional ones are equally as good. It’s up to you to choose how you want to plan your school life, but you need to have at least one planner.
Find a good study website/app. There are so many academic websites/apps out there that can aid you while studying, which are just at your fingertips.
I recommend Duolingo, Quizlet and Khan Academy. Of course, there are so many more out there so I encourage you to explore your options. Some websites are just dedicated to one subject.
Set SMART goals. Set academic goals that are achievable and realistic. Wanting all A’s or 100’s all the time is just way too unrealistic, and the pressure of wanting to reach the standard you set for yourself is just going to stress you out.
Wanting a certain award, or A’s in certain subjects allows you to allocate your focus properly and is within reach. While you should definitely strive for good grades, avoid getting caught up in the mind trap of trying to achieve ‘perfect’ grades.
Create a study place and ritual. Before school starts, choose a place anywhere in which you study regularly. Avoid having more than one, because having just one allows you to settle in and focus better.
If this place is in your house, ensure that the space around it is clean and free of anything that wouldn’t serve you while studying. Plus, you can put up some cute motivational quotes.
A study ritual is habits that you do before studying, that help you while studying. You can create your own of whatever things that help you to be more productive and focused.
HEALTH
Establish a sleep routine early. A week before school preferably, start waking up at the time you’d have to go to school and sleeping at your desired time. This is so that when school starts, you’re not feeling groggy while getting ready because you’ve already adjusted to the time.
Talking about sleep, ensure that you practice good sleep hygiene as quality sleep enhances brain performance and improves energy levels throughout the day.
Plan your meals at school. For us who have canteens or cafes near our schools, we tend to just eat whatever and we forget to nourish our bodies. You still can buy from them, but the night before, try to think about what you can eat for lunch the next day instead of impulsively buying.
Carrying small containers of fruits or vegetables to go with my canteen lunch is my favourite combination.
Carry a water bottle. I used to always forget to stay hydrated during school, so instead of drinking from fountains, I now prefer to carry around my water bottle from class to class.
Wear SPF.
Just having it sitting on my desk while I’m working, reminds me in my mind to drink water. Water also boosts brain performance!
Create a stress management plan. There are going to be times when you feel stressed, but we want to avoid stress impacting our academic performance and mental health.
Before school starts, plan what to do if you feel heavily stressed. This could be like a menu of things you can choose from or a step-by-step guide that you follow through. This plan should contain things that relax you, make you happy and distract you from stress.
Practice good posture. Once school starts, we sit at a desk all day, and most of us forget the proper way to sit while studying/working in class. This can lead to slumping or hunching on a chair, which encourages bad posture.
Remember throughout the day to practice good posture, if you can, put a little reminder on your device. Posture stretches before the school days also help.
Try to incorporate exercise into your schedule. Exercise is frequently neglected when we just have so much studying to do and we’re busy with other activities, but exercise is essential to leading a healthy lifestyle.
The good thing, is you don’t have to do it every day. Doing it 2-3x a week should be enough. Going on walks during lunch/recess, cycling to school or participating in gym are easy ways to incorporate during the school season.
Keep your bag lightweight. Carry the absolute essentials to school, having such a heavy bag can do a number on your back and also affect your posture. If you do have one, try to keep most things in your locker instead of bringing them to and from school.
Engage in social media mindfully. There are so many toxic studying accounts out there that encourage unrealistic expectations or offer harsh ‘motivation’ to students.
Please don’t interact with these types of accounts, even if they provide motivation to you, it is not sustainable at all.
SELF CARE
Choose your favourite way to take a break. Not just once a week, but always take breaks every day. If you want these breaks to be somewhat productive like reading a productivity book or exercising, then go ahead.
However, your breaks can also be ‘unproductive’. Play some games, go online shopping or just take a nap. One break is not better than the other, I just encourage you to take any kind of breaks you want daily.
Plan to engage in hobbies regularly. It is easy to neglect our passions and what brings us happiness when we’re focused on school. If you can, have a chunk of the day just purely for doing hobbies. It can be for 1 hour, 30 minutes or 10.
Or, join an afterschool club that focuses on that specific passion or hobby. Not only is it time for you to engage in the things you enjoy, you meet like-minded people who also enjoy it.
Try to plan things with friends and family. Before school, meet up with your friends or family and do things with them. Once school reopens, opportunities to hang out with your loved ones are scarce. So, do it now.
Create a no-hard productivity day. Plan a day in which you are doing the most minimal amount of productivity that you can. While you can include a few productive things, nothing that is mentally or physically exhausting is allowed on this day.
If you are way too much of a productive or goal-oriented person to spend one day of no hard productivity, create a catch-up day. Choose one day of the week that you focus on completing or doing anything that you didn’t do all the other days.
Keep a journal on you. Sometimes things happen during the school year, and it does cause conflicting or upsetting emotions within us. Creating the practice of journaling before school reopens is a good way for us to process our emotions and situations.
Carry a book you like in your bag or locker. When you finish all of your work in class, or you just want to take a break, you can read a good book. This is also a good alternative to spending your lunches and recesses when you’re not in a sociable mood.
Create a reward system. For example, if I study for x minutes, I can do x for myself. Or I can x grade, and I’ll get x. These don’t have to be big or extravagant rewards, but something simple like one episode of your favourite show can do.
MINDSET CHANGES
Practice a growth mindset. You are going to experience failure at least once (if not more) during your school career. You mustn’t take these experiences to heart, and instead, use them as lessons to encourage self-growth within you.
Practice this mindset now, so that when school reopens, you won’t have a problem with extracting lessons from failures.
Use comparison as a source of inspiration or motivation. It is easy to compare ourselves with our peers, as we are similar ages, but their skills can exceed ours. Instead of using up all of your energy to be envious of the, channel that energy into bettering yourself. Not to beat them, but to beat yourself.
View studying as a time to develop your skills. While yes, we do study to get good grades, studying can help us to grow our other skills as well. We build our discipline, focus and critical thinking as well.
So when you don’t get the best grade from an assessment or assignment, don’t beat yourself up and think all that studying was for nothing. You were building those skills, so next time, you can apply them when you have to study again.
Set firm boundaries with others and yourself. There are times when you just have to say, I have to study. Not just to others, but to yourself. Practice these boundaries before school when it comes to more general productivity.
There is no rejection, just redirection. Change your mindset that rejection is nonexistent, and there is only redirection. Incorporate it in your daily life like;
‘there’s no more stock left of my favourite product, there’s probably something better out there.’
That being said, I’m not saying that if there is a barrier to your goal, you just move on. However, you should not be chasing things that are not meant for you and shift your focus when necessary.
Detach when needed. Stop attaching your value or worth to things that are external and can easily be gone. This doesn’t have to apply to just grades, but also other situations.
Try to start reading or researching about detachment before school reopens.
Time is your most valuable resource, use it to invest wisely. Your teen years are going to be the most suitable time in your life to start investing in yourself.
You have fewer things to worry about(aside from grades) and you have a lot of opportunities now to explore the things that you want. Please, don't spend this time doomscrolling or any other time-wasting activity.

become an academic weapon 📚🔫✨
hi all !!
with my GCSEs this year, and only a few weeks before back to school, I decided to really lock in yesterday 🫣
so I thought I'd take all the info I've come across while scrolling through studytok and put it into a little post for everyone looking to improve in their studies (& for my benefit as well 🙈)
motivation
this is probably the biggest factor when it comes to locking into your studies, motivation can quite literally make or break your academic achievements (😦)
so, its very important you motivate yourself, and moreover, stay motivated 😭
i've made it sound daunting but motivating yourself is lowkey easier than you think, here's a few ways to do it:
picturing yourself in 10 years, where all your studying and hard work has paid off - you can't be that person without doing the work that they did 😬
you can also do the opposite of the above - imagine how disappointed you'll be if you didn't work as hard as you could have and failed
"revenge studying" - the most toxic yet probably the most widely effective technique - working hard so you can beat than the people who are better than you
make studying aesthetic - create pinterest boards, look at quotes and tiktoks, make success your greatest desire
make it an addiction - if you're bored? study. had a bad day? nothing like setting yourself up for the best future. having a great day? go make it better by making yourself smarter.
get a motivational study app - i LOVE 'Study Bunny' I've been using it for two days now and it genuinely motivates me to be more productive to keep my bunny happy 🙃
resources
obviously, you need some help where you can get it despite all the controversies surrounding studying and the use of the internet, there are some amazing online resources you can use that will actively help you 📚
Quizlet/Anki - both of these flashcard platforms are incredibly useful - Quizlet is a fun platform and you can search for flashcards made by other people - Anki, in my opinion, is better than Quizlet for memorising, and you can import flashcards from Quizlet.
Mindnote - A mindmap making software online, a user-friendly interface + is quick and easy to make them - Great for visual learners
YouTube - the teachers on YouTube are incredibly helpful and can explain any topics you're confused about very quickly and very thoroughly
Spark Notes - great for English literature, with in-depth analysis of your texts and modern translations
Physics & Maths Tutor - free past papers and topic questions for core subjects and a few others, great for active recall
Study Bunny/Flora - helps keep track of your progress and keeps you motivated, I recommend Study Bunny because I can see how much work I've done of each subject and tick off things on my checklist
these are just a few out of many other resources so go do some of your own research, especially if there are websites that help with a specific subject
techniques
different study techniques work best for different people, no technique is a one-size-fits-all, some people are visual learners, others perform best by memorising & etc.
active recall - the only one-size-fits-all method - is a cognitive function that you carry out to remember things in tests, so practising this is a must -> the best way to do this is by completing topic questions and past papers using minimal amounts of notes. basically just testing yourself before the actual test
Spaced-out revision - one of the best ways to make sure things stick in your mind, revise a topic/subject and revisit it every few days, eg. 1, 3, 5, 9, 15, 30; and by the 30-day mark it should be stuck in your mind because your brain believes its something that you need to know in the long run and stores it in your long term memory
Flashcards - great to memorise content for the test, especially subjects that are tested with orals
Scribble method - scribbling on a piece of paper while revising the content in any form, reading, listening, etc. helps your brain store the information you're consuming more effectively
Feynman method - basically just explaining the topic you're revising to someone, this helps you develop your understanding and catches out any areas you're unsure about to revise later
making mindmaps - this is great for visual learners, especially if you use different colours for each section of the map so that you can associate each concept with each colour and recall them easily
again, those are just a few that come to mind. do your own research and find out what works best for you 😇
while studying
knowing how to study effectively is also a crucial aspect of success (obviously) 🤭
here are a few tips:
don't listen to music with lyrics, instead you can listen to lofi tracks, cafe/library asmr, brown noise, jazz music (my favourite)
set yourself a study slot, like 2 hours every day at a specific time & set a focus filter on your phone for the duration of your study time
make an aesthetic/cute study space so you can enjoy your time in that space and it doesn't feel like a chore
get a whiteboard to make learning more interactive & fun
light a specific candle whenever you're studying so your brain knows to associate the scent with working
have regular breaks eg. every half hour for 5-10 mins
reward yourself afterwards, so you associate studying with a good experience
consistency is key, the more you study the easier & more fun it becomes 🙃 the more you study the more you are likely to succeed and fulfil your dreams ✨
remember though, academics is not everyone's thing:
"you cannot judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree"
everyone is good at something, and it doesn't make anyone lesser or greater 🫶
if you try your best, that is all that matters 🫠

Feeling like I should write these down cause eventually I'm gonna post a screenshot of my Word docs and y'all are gonna see all my weird formatting, so let's get ahead of it! Writing tips with me! I hope some of these help folks, this is just what helps me. I've produced like 500k words of relatively edited work in two months using these, so. I shouldn't horde them in case they can help more folks. There aren't a lot, but I hope they help.
Reformat your doc to the page size you'd want to print the work in if you're working in a word processor that can do that. Even if it's fanfic! Figure out the size you'd want to hold the book at and work from there. I promise you, it feels way more motivating to get work done on a 6x9 doc than 8.5x11.
Another format tip, reformat your work in a font and font size that makes it easy to read. I write in Comic Sans myself! Writing already takes up a huge amount of brain power thinking of words, don't add to the challenge by adding hoops to rereading them for edits. You can always reformat after.
Get some kind of notes app. World Anvil, Campfire, I recommend Obsidian, which is free! World bible docs are great, but nested wikis are way easier to sift through.
If you prefer writing linearly, like I do, make sure you have a doc to write down other scenes when you think of them. This has saved me so much heartbreak, even just having an outline of ideas and quote ideas.
If you're going to write a series, pick how many books are in it by overcount, not undercount. It is typically more noticeable that a series has been stretched than it has been shortened.
Try the other side of plotter/pantser just a little. I used to be a hardcore pantser, but my writing improved scores when I started doing even just a little more plotter work. I still do mostly outlines, and I have presaved templates in Obsidian to help make notetaking easier on thin notes, but I promise it helps.
Don't compare yourself to others! I know I led with the 500k figure (because it is impressive) but everyone writes at different paces. Mine is influenced in no small part by autistic hyperfocus on my story at the moment. In amount of writing is still creating and still holds value.
Make a habit, and set it low. I tell myself I need to get a sentence done in a day. Convincing myself that getting something, even low, has pushed me more to get back to work than setting incredibly high word counts ever did. It's ok to have low inspiration days.
