I think the problem with Vivzie is that she seems to fanservice a lot in her series both hazbin and helluva

Like, there is NOTHING wrong with fan-servicing as long as it actually works/make sense.

To me, Vivzie trying to make Stolitz canon feels like a horrible attempt at fan service and I don't need to explain why because if ya know ya know.

And those keychains feature Glitz and Glam groping each other feels like fan service for a different.......crowd if ya get what I'm saying. Same with the Marthaberry ship that is apparently canon in the series despite Martha being the one who caused Mayberry to snap and kill her husband, attempted to kill Martha then herself :/ I'm guessing this suppose to be an attempt at toxic yuri???? I do want to give a benefit of a doubt that maybe Viv didn't know or misunderstood and thought that Raphielle was a victim of sa.

However, at the same time, it is hard to do so. Because how come Viv didn't double-check to make sure what she was saying was true?

And if Raphielle was really a victim of sa, Viv shouldn't have brought that up without their permission. Imagine going on Twitter and seeing your boss saying you were a victim of sa to prove a point in a petty fight.

I had a rewrite idea for the court scene

Remember when this was a relatively huge plot point for season 1 but was ultimately abandoned because the writer’s theme decided to make all of humanity detarded?

Let’s change Andre’s plan here. He would plan to make Stolas look incompetent and undeserving of his title as a prince. Instead of accusing Blitzø, he would directly attack Stolas using Blitzø to prove a point.

Do you remember what happened when I.M.P. went to Earth without disguises?

Have it so C.H.E.R.U.B. is one of the many responses of Heaven to Hell’s activities on Earth. While it wasn’t explained, I can assume Hell sends demons to make people sin. So Heaven will send angels to encourage good behavior.

The main issues will lie in D.H.O.R.K.S., which has now tangible proof that demons exist. And now that C.H.E.R.U.B. is actively working with the government, humanity can actively study demons since they are working with the people who know of their weaknesses.

Can I remind you of what happened?

All of this bullshit happened because Stolas gave a very dangerous artifact to a imp that didn't know what he was doing without even taking care of teaching him the proper protocols of interacting with the upper world. You can make it so DHORKS is the one selling these things or making these kinds of shows about being protected by demons.

Hell, you can even make a joke about how the most vulnerable part of the population are the monsterfuckers because they are thirty for everything that is not humans.

Stolas loses his power shit happens, except that now I.M.P. will have to pay for their wrongdoing and will have to kill D.H.O.R.K.S.’s important members setting up the plot for season 3. You can introduce human disguises for the cast and be crazy with the killing sprees: maybe they’ll have to kill a government official, maybe they won’t have to kill anybody but destroy important documents and/or compromising footage. They end up burning a building to do so, but they ultimately get caught and have to escape. You can make a show about a killing business interesting so long as you are creative with each mission.

The biggest problem with Stolas is thinking loving someone absolves them of ever hurting him. And with Stolas he really does so many times hurts the ones he supposedly love. And for Blitzo it comes off if he really does love him and is more like a fantasy because when you think about it he doesn't even know much about him because he was surprised in Sinsmas about his horse obsession when in the instagram account he used to know it and didn't think much of it. If you actually love someone and want a relationship with each other then how can you not know the basic stuff about them? And it's the fact that it comes across more of a lust object than love because he mostly focuses on the physical side of things rather than actually Blitzo does as a person.

Also it's funny you say that he should toss his daughter aside because she's apart of his doomed family. So you guys are treating her like chopped liver because you see her as the manifestation of a toxic marriage rather than his child. Seriously, she isn't a toy to be tossed aside but someone who really wants her father and he keeps on failing her. It would be understandable if he text her saying he was going to do something for someone. But the fact he justifies he can't live without Blitzo really shows how much he devalues his own daughter if he isn't willing to at least live for her. If Stolas really loves her then he should have considered this would be devastating for her and he's selfishly putting her in harm's way by leaving her with her mother.

Also don't use his status as a victim to cover up the fact that he's a hypocrite who then uses his privilege to abuse Blitzo and never apologizes for it. He might say he loves him, but in the past he's treated him like trash and never been held accountable. He just cries crocodile tears and the narrative treats it as Blitzo being mean instead of rightfully calling out someone who expects a reward for ending a shitty deal he made in the first place. Dude, people hate him because the narrative is hypocritical about him being abuser and using his status as an abuse victim as a get out jail card.

I need some of you anti-Stolas critics to think for a minute

Just saw someone criticise Stolas for his infidelity and him “actively choosing” to destroy his family by stepping in to save Blitz in Mastermind.

First of all lemme tackle the Mastermind bit. You guys do realise that Stolas genuinely does love Blitzo, right? (Doesn’t matter if you don’t think their relationship is healthy because this isn’t the question at hand) If you see your loved one about to literally DIE in front of you, are you going to just automatically do nothing because you don’t want to doom your already doomed family? Actually it’s really telling that you’re antagonising Stolas for being forced to make a decision between his loved one dying and his daughter hating him even more, and not the fucking people who put him in that situation in the first place. (Cough cough Stella, cough cough Andy. You can complain about how badly written they are as much as you like, it doesn’t change the fact that they are canonically horrible people).

As for the cheating. You guys tend to forget this but:

Stolas was FORCED to marry and have a child with Stella

Stella was (and is) actively abusive to Stolas throughout their entire marriage

Stolas divorced Stella immediately after he cheated on her

Via does NOT have the full story on what’s going on in her family

I’m not going to pretend that cheating isn’t a bad thing, or that Stolas cheating wasn’t the trigger cause to his relationship with Octavia declining, or that Via doesn’t have the right to hate both of her parents because all these statements are true. I’m not entirely fond of the idea of Via becoming part of Blitz’s family because she shouldn’t have to forgive her father for being neglectful (plus the writing team are gonna handle it shitty for sure!). It would be a more powerful story if it was instead about Stolas accepting that he fucked up and he’s never getting his daughter back, and he should live with those consequences, even if it hurts.

BUT that doesn’t mean that Via doesn’t deserve to know the truth, or that Stolas is not also a victim. If you’re gonna hate on him, you could TRY to not reduce him to a one-dimensional villain who always hated his family or wanted to hurt Octavia on purpose? Or blame him for things that aren’t his fault?

Oh wait, sorry. You guys just want to shit on him as much as possible in your little circle-jerk whilst calling anyone who disagrees even SLIGHTLY with your opinion a Vivzie dick-rider or abuse apologist. Yeah, you guys are not critics. You’re antis and haters marauding as critics so that your opinions can be “protected”.

Taking The Fall For Someone Isn't Taking Responsibility

I think a lot of stans say that Stolas saving Blitzo is taking responsibility for his actions, but it's not. He just taking the fall for him and never really fessed up to the shit he'd done. He talks about some mastermind bs, but honesty they still don't know he was letting him use his book to go murder people in the living world. Which again would have been still interesting to focus on because that would mean potentially getting heaven's attention and stuff, but nope. Getting back to the main topic, the biggest problem here is that the narrative still doesn't think Stolas should have to properly say sorry or make up for the shit he did to him. They think one big unrelated gesture will fix it but it's not because it's just easy to make people forget the shit he did before. Stolas really should still properly understand the crap he pulled on Blitzo, but we know it won't.
