ׂ╰┈➤ Clear out your wardrobe! Find your desired style and get some cute key pieces that go well with anything. Donate old clothes that you aren't wearing anymore!
ׂ╰┈➤ Of course, looks ARE NOT everything in life, but you should try to look as put together as possible in every situation. Use clothes and hairstyles that fit you well, wear perfume, jewelery and accessories, try to have well maintained nails and skin
ׂ╰┈➤ Become well organised by always preparing for a situation ahead of time
ׂ╰┈➤ Always experiment with cooking or baking, with your make up/hairstyle, and try out new places or hobbies too!
ׂ╰┈➤ Stop worrying about other people and their opinions. Cut out all the negativity in your life, they might be ruining your progress!
ׂ╰┈➤ Try to become more confident each day, being confident makes the biggest difference in your life of them all!

tea, or other hot liquids
those really sugary fake sugar drink packets (I'm not sure what the technically name is for them, I call them crystal light, but like, screw brand loyalty)
violently cleaning the house (specifically sweeping, and wiping down counters)
going on a aggressive walk while listening to music
crying
really hot showers, in the dark and music is a nice touch
20 minutes on The App
really long big vent rant to a friend (cursing required)
listening to rap beats and trying to freestyle over them (being bad required)
taking ten long breaths and realizing you have worked yourself into a tizzy over things that tizzies do not help with (least fun, most effective)

i think the reason izzy can be so blasé about his relationship with ed is not because hes taken to blaming a shark instead, but because hes actually already done a lot of the processing in the previous episode.
hes mourned his leg, hes had his drunk crying rants. hes gone through the five stages of grief. and then? the crew reaches out to him, offers him their support. they make him a new leg, they nominate him their new figurehead. when he stands there on the prow of the ship, leg on, letter in hand, thats his acceptance, thats his moving on.

Daily check in – Day 50!!

Workouts:
Walked in the parkk again
20 minutes dumbell arm workout by growingannanas
Steps: 18 071
Eating:
breakfast: a carrot, an orange (such a juicy one too sjsksj), pb and jam toast
lunch: my usual breakfast - yogurt bowl with chia and pumpkin seeds and cinnamon apple, some coconut, a slice of biscuit cake, a slice of tiramisu!!
dinner: red celery salad, 2 cabbage rolls with greek yogurt, some leftover noodles, a boiled egg, half of a caramel protein pudding
Water intake: 2 liters
Sleep: 8.5 hours
Studying:
spent like 8 hours on forest unironically
started AND finished my math tutoring homework
finished so many exercises and papers for eng tutoring
did 2 hours of math tutoring
I don't usually put this here but did my Duolingo for like an hour today hahah
read 110 pages (reading: Little women!!)
Screen time: didn't even have the time or the need to check my notifications or touch my phone today
Self care:
Cleaned up my messy environment and just did so many things overall tbh
face mask + watching ice age because i really needed a laugh today
Emotion of the day:
I'VE NEVER BEEN THIS PRODUCTIVE IN MY WHOLE LIFE.
I'm so glad I ate better and felt better and did so much work without getting too tired today!!
Thoughts for tomorrow:
This was the busiest day in my life istg I really want to wind down tomorrow and read and take things so much easier

Chia Water Appreciate Post ✨
Wow y’all .. let me tell you, chia water has kept the nommies away for 6 hours now. Not even an urge to eat. So ima post you a recipe below for it-
Chia Water - 1 Serving
1 tbs Chia Seeds - 30
1 Glass of Water
1/2 tbs Lemon Juice - 5
1 tbs of no calorie sweetener - 0
(Although I use agave nectar, adds about 30 cals)
Directions:
Mix chia seeds in water but use a jar with a lid (or if you don’t have a lid, a tall glass that you can crazily stir with a whisk something) it’s important to shake it on and off for about 10 minutes to let the seeds spread out in the water
After ten minutes, add your lemon juice and sweetener.
Serve and Enjoy!
Literally a life saver, helps you go #2 (which I know y’all need help), and super filling. Kinda taste like healthy bubble tea 😍

I feel like a horrible person, but I must confess my best friend of 10 years, lost her dad a year ago that triggered her ed, and now she lost so much weight, I can’t help being so jealous bcs she succeeded at it and I didn’t.
That’s how messed up my ed brain can be.
