Aldi has eggwhite wraps with 25 cals and they are giving me LIFE. My wrap with mixed greens and a slice of cheese with a drop of ranch and some sriracha for taste. With some black tea for caffeine. 10/10 recommend

cheese egg roll about 46cals each:]
ingredients- 1 egg white 18 cals , half a dairylea cheese slice 28 cal and any seasoning u would like to add i preferer salt , paprika , thyme and pepper on mine ,
how to make , put eggwhite on plate and salt (salt is optional ) mix egg till slightly fluffy on top then put in microwave for about 15 seconds check if the egg is cooked do that till it is cooked just before its fully cooked use something to get egg off plate so it dosent stick tho , then when u have done that add ur chesse rip it up and place around the the egg white evenly add sesoning then put back in microwave for another 5-10 seconds then roll it up so the chess in on the inside add salt if u want and seasoning on top then enjoy

Weigh in 180.0
It was a weird day bc I had my normal lunch eggwhite I just added some cottage cheese but later on I snacked on chips it wasnt alot so I wanted to workout and the heat today was up to 90's, and I ended up eating another plate but I don't really know what cals I was left with for the day
If anyones can give any thought or lmk how I can figure these net cals and stuff I'd appreciate it
Meanwhile ima just go to sleep today was ruff

breakfast: cauliflower rice 139g + 2 eggwhites lunch: 2 corn thins, 1 laughing cow, 33g deli ham dinner: 258g pitango chicken noodle soup snacks: jelly b pouch x 2, celery/carrot/chicken salad, red velvet fibre one bar

Under 21 cals things you can have if you’re bored from not eating and need to play pretend.
- diet drinks (i love trying different flavours of coke and energy drinks, but you can also check out all kinds of other things like 7up and such)
- water with fruit or flavoured water (I also like lemonwater with a spritz of sweetener)
- get creative with tea (I like peppermint and experienting with pastry flavours, and if you add 50ml oat milk to chai tea it’s delicious and still just 20cals)
- 20cal iced milkshake (blend 5g cocoa, 1-2 cups ice, 50ml unsweetened almond milk, sweetener)
- 20cal eggwhite whip (whip up an eggwhite with some sweetener, bake in a baking dish in the oven at 200 celcius until golden brown, it’s like eating clouds)
- 20cal: 65g frozen or fresh strawberries (they’re the lowest calorie fruit)

Anabolic frech toast super low cal.
~275-300cal.super filling
Eggwhites 220g(4-5 eggs) (110cal)
Cinnamon (1-3g) (5cal)
3 Drops of vanillaextrac
1 drop of almondeytract (optional)
2 slices of regulär ass bread (100-170cal)
2-4tbs stevia (5-10cal)
Seperate eggwhites from the yolk or use them out of the cartoon.
Mix cinnamon and vanilla and almond Extra t in the eggwhites and the stevia.
Soak the bread or toast in the eggwhites
Put spray Pan oil in the Pan (1sec =10cal) or olive oil( 3g=26cal)
Put the soaked bread in the Pan and let it cook.
You can sereve it with low cal. Sirup, fruit or eat it plain.

~ Easy French Toast Recipe ~
French toast is my favourite breakfast food, it reminds me so much of my childhood. Here is a perfect french toast recipe so you can continue to eat without feeling guilty! ♥
219 Calories | 20g Protein | 2.5g Fats | 29g Carbs
What you need:
~ 3 eggwhites
~ 2 low-cal toast
~ 2tbsp almond milk
~ 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
~ sweetener to your liking
How to:
1. Heat up a pan, spray with non-stick spray or use a tiny bit of oil.
2. Seperate the eggs and put the eggwhites in a deep plate, add milk, cinnamon and sweetener and whisk.
3. Put one toast at a time into the mix, make sure it has some time to really absorb it and gets enough on each side.
4. Put the toast in the pan and let it bake for 1-2 minutes per side each. You can cook the leftover eggmixture like normal scrambled egg.
