Little update💗
So I just had a video call with the lady who kinda runs the eating disorder clinic and I guess it is going to be 6 days a week, like 9:30am-6:30pm I’ll go in, they’ll do group therapy, I have to eat there and stuff and they don’t want me to gain weight just maintain which I guess it’s not the worst but honestly kinda makes me upset that I haven’t even gotten sick enough for them to worry about my weight. I’m not underweight or anything I’m at a completely normal bmi, even on the high end of regular.
I’m scared I don’t want to stop losing weight and I don’t want to be forced to eat what they give me but I kinda have no choice, if I don’t go ill get kicked out so I guess we will see.
Ill try to update you guys(my very few loyal post interacters lol). So far the next step will be going to get a physical, like my EKG and stuff done and then I will probably start April 29 at the earliest, and the second week of May at the latest.

I think I made an @n@ fri3nd at work by accident. She got really sick recently and hasn't been able to eat solid foods and we've been talking about how we know it isn't healthy but she's so excited to be losing so much weight. I recently started talking about my food restrictions under the "I'm on a diet" train and she mentioned that staying under 1200 calories will help you lose weight. Today I told her my goal is to only eat 800 cals or less and stay under 1000 and she didn't even bat an eye. She's excited for me lol
I'm sad we both think this way, but it's nice to have someone to talk to, even if we aren't addressing it outright.

Don't let anyone dictate how you approach your own disorder.
You wanna eat 3 low calorie meals a day? Good for you!
You wanna eat 1 higher calorie meal a day? Good for you!
You wanna eat every 2 days? Good for you!
You wanna live off of rice cakes and fruit? Good for you!
You wanna omad and entire pizza? Good for you!
Eating disorders aren't a one-size-fits-all illness. Everyone is going to handle them differently, and no one should be shamed because of that. And just because someone eats more than you/exercises less/doesn't eat exclusively healthy food, doesn't make you better than them. We're all fucked up, and we know it. We don't need to project any feelings of superiority into this community, because when it comes down to it, we're all just as bad as each other.
Let people go at their own pace, and deal with their disorder their own way.
