Picasso Tiles
Picasso Tiles is perfect to help kids with motor skill functions and other functions. They have all kinds of things to help your littles learn.
They have building blocks magnet tile play sets, race car sets, magnetic bricks (that kind of looks like legos but are not), Marble run tiles, puzzles, engineering and construction, and magnetic cubes, stem robot toys and so much more.
I highly suggest these for those that have autism like my son who enjoys block building and magnets. This can help them because they have different tiles that have different textures and can be a sensor for them.
There is all kinds of building toys to choose from and things like music and a drawing board that can potentially help them learn their abc in the long run. I wish I found this company whenever I was teaching my kids theirs because this would have come in handy. This is also perfect for those who are home schooling because they have so much.

Here’s some positivity for systems with body focused repetitive behaviors!
Body focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs) such as skin picking, hair pulling, and nail biting can make life difficult for many systems. It can be a struggle learning to live and cope with behaviors that are challenging to control which ultimately cause harm to the system’s body! We hope that every system with BFRBs can find hope, peace, and recovery in their futures. And this post is for you!
🌟 Shoutout to traumagenic systems whose BFRBs are rooted in the trauma which causes their system to develop!
🌿 Shoutout to systems who are getting help with their BFRBs, whether it be from a therapist, support network, or something else!
💠 Shoutout to systems who have formed alters or headmates whose role is to help manage their BFRBs!
☘️ Shoutout to systems who use stim toys to redirect their BFRBs in positive or healthy ways!
✨ Shoutout to systems who try to educate others and spread awareness about BFRBs!
🌱 Shoutout to systems whose BFRBs are caused by neurodiversity, be it OCD, ADHD, autism, anxiety, or another neurodivergence!
🦋 Shoutout to systems who have split a new member as a result of pain or trauma caused from their own BFRBs!
💚 Shoutout to systems who have been told that they are weird, gross, or off-putting by others due to the BFRBs which are outside of their control!
🌙 Shoutout to headmates who are symptom holders for their system’s BFRBs!
If you or a member of your system struggles with BFRBs, we want to let you know that we feel for you. We hope that learning to manage these behaviors gets easier for your system with time, and you are able to find peace and happiness in your futures. Know that you’re not wrong or bad for struggling with BFRBs! You’re still special and lovely just the way you are.
Please do your best to treat yourself and your system with gentleness and compassion today. Rest assured, you are loved and you are a cherished member of both your system and the plural community as a whole! Our spaces simply would not be the same without you here. We hope that you can take it easy and have a lovely day today!

(Credit to @tiny-tk for making this.)
1. I was 18.
2. A discord server I was in had started an agere channel, and I was curious what agere was, so I did some research, and the rest is history.
3. Kiddo, kid, small fry, sweetie, shorty, and tiny.
4. A little. I love mlp music and bubblegum pop music like E. T. by Toy-Box.
5. Dekomori from Love, Chunibyo, and Other Delusions, Filo from Rise of the Shield Hero, and Milim from That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime. I don't really relate to them when I'm not regressed.
6. Involuntarily. I've tried to force it. It does work as well.
7. Music and/or certain anime like Black Clover, Love, Chunibyo, and Other Delusions, and Madoka Magica. Other than that, it's kinda random.
8. I want a real caregiver so bad. Currently, all I have is fictional caregivers which is nice but I'd still love a real one.
9. Nothing official. I do have genuine reason to believe I have ADHD and Autism due to extensive research I've done on the topics to become more educated about them, but it's not official, so take that with a grain of salt.
10. Kinda. My brother and few friends know, I even have a best friend who age regresses. I'm definitely more open about it online tho.
11. Home. It's safe at home.
12. Spelling things incorrectly. I do have some minor spelling quirks when I'm regressed, but it's very different from what I see most age regressors do.
13. I become a bit more excitable when regressed but also more nervous when I'm alone in a public setting. I'm more outwardly happy when I'm little, unlike when I'm big, I'm more inwardly happy if that makes sense.
14. No. I'm a Christian and don't believe in changing your name or pronouns (no hate to people who do, tho. I still love and respect you regardless)
15. Tumblr and sometimes youtube.
16. I don't know, honestly. Does watching Black Clover count?
17. Green! I love my plants (I really need to water them 😬)
18. Gon from HxH, Akko, and Diana from Little Witch Academia.
19. Fuyu from Blush Blush, Raph from Rottmnt, Sundrop from FNAF, Captain Yami from Black Clover, Kunikida from BSD, and Tfa Optimus Prime.
20. Idk. I was pretty well informed from the beginning.

…something been in draft for while:
idk how say this exactly but often like. use what look like binary clear cut dichotomy that have set definition this is this that is that. because oftentimes call “cake” “cake” instead of “flour milk egg baking powder salt etc etc” that kind language faster simplier and nuance can easily put word count 10k+. and. with language communication disabilities not always able translate all nuance into tangible word on paper/screen/type sometimes have to call something with imperfect blanket word. and then you find out other people not really hold as much nuance as you & still simplify your nuance into something binary this this that that
but reality rarely that binary— say on here that nonverbal mean not mouth speak at all all time & semiverbal is struggle all time but can mouth speak some & verbal but actually more nuanced than that like some severely apraxic people who mouth do say thing but not in their control not what they want say & they still call self nonspeaking because it not intentional meaningful speech; or someone labeled nonverbal who actually do commmunicate with mouth words just not full sentence & not full clear pronounce but still labeled nonverbal anyway as almost like microaggression of not recognize their single or two word mouth word phrase as valid enough communication worth listen to; or someone with echolalia that not mean anything with it (vs someone with echolalia that is use echolalia as communication (think gestalts, etc)); or some research showing even able say 1-2 words more ability than those with 0 word; or research debate about where minimally verbal end is it 20 words 30 words 50 words
when combat “go nonverbal” crowd often say there is clear cut about what nonverbal and what isn’t and yeah there is clear cut but also is there
many not ready for this level muddiness & nuance because some take bring nuance as invite to say like “i nonverbal but can still (intentionally) mouth speak” or gateway to claim nonverbality as if fun new identity collect instead of some complicated complex experience with mixed emotion but often some level of grief at some point that get lot targeted awful ableism & discrimination like denied education refuse accommodation like IEP or put in segregated classroom without even consider accommodation in general ed to isolate away from peers n not actual to help nonverbal person where they best thrive, or secluded or restrained, or denied healthcare, denied communication, which all still happen now btw it still common now it not rare obsolete it majority still
which make me feel like this image
[id: meme. left side is philosophers (school of athens painting) with caption “talking about nonverbal nonspeaking with other nonverbal people”. middle say “vs”. right side image is parent guiding infant to look play at toy and captioned “talking about nonverbal nonspeaking with not nonverbal people. end id]
because sometimes really is that but also even this is binary. thinking about how some motor nonspeaking people without intellectual disability who language okay say their mind intact that they not stupid thus deserve education and not deserve abuse and throw people with ID & language impairment. or how nonverbal nonspeaking from autism so different from (but so similar to) from motor apraxia from cerebral palsy from intellectual disability from genetic or chromosomal disorders from stroke from TBI from aphasia from vocal cord dysfunction from dementia from from from… how talking to someone nonspeaking from primarily motor reasons without cognitive intellectual language disabilities as someone nonverbal because high level autism cognitive language disabilities, we not guarantee understand eachother experience, same with talk someone from acquired things vs mine neurodevelopmental, how what i say about nonverbal here may not apply to someone who not speak not because autism etc
but “if words so meaningless if experiences so boundless let abolish all” not helpful because for all kind way be nonverbal there experiences that 100% not nonverbal there experiences so different from nonverbal “not able meaningfully intentionally speak all the time” for every meaningless there meaningful reason nonverbal people use nonverbal and deserve word “nonverbal” for ourselves and how this difference in experience is intracommunity issue issue within nonverbal nonspeaking community something we have to grapple with and not invitation for people outside to talk about how “if nonverbal so wide, drawing line at going nonverbal & say that isn’t nonverbal is ridiculous and gatekeep” because as much vast different experience there is reason why there community why there this word we all call ourselves and. not one. of the reason is we can slide in and out of not speak and speak daily or weekly or monthly or regularly. there still common theme to what we call nonverbal despite different
wide word isn’t “functionally useless” it just you not know how n when use it
& this conversation not just apply to nonverbal but many other words n other things as well

Romantic Velvette headcanon with a male autistic S/O if you can? (Can be either SFW or NSFW or both, but it’s up to you)
Velvette x Autistic Male!Reader
———————————————————————
A/N: Okay so I personally am not autistic, but I have a lot of friends who are. I tried to research to get more information so that I could make this accurate and not offend anyone. And huge thanks to @rdgart12345 for telling me a bit about autistic traits so I could better understand and write an autistic reader correctly! I hope that I didn’t offend anyone or spread misinformation. Otherwise please enjoy!
(Picture credits to GemSubArt on deviantart)
———————————————————————
Okay so when you two first started dating and you told her you were autistic she wouldent really know what it is
Once you explain it to her however she would start to understand
To better understand you she would do a bunch of research and ask a lot of questions
She would try to educate herself so much so that she can be a good partner to you (Plz I love her sm)
If you don’t like certain textures of food, or clothes or blankets she will try to find something else that you feel comfortable with
Like if you don’t like the feel of a certain food she will find something else for you to eat and won’t get mad
She just wants you to be comfortable eating and not get stressed out (she will try to memorize what textures your don’t like and will try to avoid them as best as she can)
If you tend to fidgit a lot or need something to keep you entertained she got you
If you ever ask her if she has anything you can do she has a bag full
Things like fidget toys, game recommendations for phones/iPads ect-, sketchbooks, coloring books, you name it
Will bring you to work with her if you don’t work or are just free and cuddle you in her lap if it’s just in her office (if your not okay with touching you two are just chilling together)
If you two are ever out at like a party or something and get overstimulated, or everything is just too loud and your overwhelmed she will notice (even if you don’t tell her)
Once she finds out she will take you somewhere quieter and give you things like noise cancelling headphones, or music to listen to, or fidgets from her bag
And if you want to be alone, I’m ngl she would be kind of hesitant to but would, or if you want her there she would just kind of cuddle you and stroke your hair
forhead kisses (not even just for autism it’s just her in general lol
will let you talk about your hyperfixations for hours
like if you wanna talk to someone about it just call her up and she will be like “You got it pretty boy, on my way now.”
she is very affectionate, like always holding your hand, hugging/kissing you, cuddles, you name it
if you are not very touchy she will try to not do it as much but it may be hard for her.
If anyone ever insults you she will fight them
Like if you don’t like loud sounds she will ask you to leave because she will SCREAM at them
Ms girl is very protective of you and loves you with all her heart, quirks and all
SHORT DRABBLE
———————————————————————
It’s a lazy Saturday, you and Velvette are sitting in the couch of her apartment just spending time together, cuddling and watching shows. She has recently been working a lot and so she’s been busy and you two haven’t been spending a lot of time together.
To make it up to you, she bought you a box of your favorite candy, a little goodie bag full of small trinkets of a thing your into(your choice on what it is), full of erasers, stickers, pencils, a little squishy and other stuff.
Your laying you head on her lap, she strokes your hair and listens as you rant about your recent obsession, listening intently with a smile on her face.
You look up at her for a moment, stopping talking. “Why are you looking at me like that?” You frown.
“What? Am I not allowed to smile at my boyfriend?” She teases, pinching your cheek, leaning back with a grin.
“Ow fuck that hurt!” You complain jokingly.
“Aw you want a kiss to make it feel better?” She says, kissing your cheek, pulling back with a satisfied grin.
You blush a bit and she laughs. “Not good enough.” You joke, poking her.
“Aw man! Hm.” She thinks. “Well to make it up to you, how about we go get some of your favorite food?” She asks, as you sit up.
“Oh yes please!” You smile, getting up from the couch.
She sits up, and grabs you hand, kissing it and walking with you out the door.
———————————————————————
A/N: First time writing an autistic reader and a male reader, I hope I did okay. Im sorry if the Drabble is not the best I had a hard time thinking of ideas.I hope you enjoyed!

hii there ! you can call me ruru or toffuu, i am plural however generally no other will post on here apart from me, ruru. please read this through for more information about me 🤍
🎐 . about disabilities & disorders of mine
im a high-complex support needs autistic / level 3 autistic with an intelectual disability (low iq). this means i heavily struggle with expressing what i mean correctly and process language differently. also have continued late regression of skills.
i have many disabilities and disorders. please be mindful, respectful and patient with me. Moderate ADHD Combined type, Mild visual impairment, learning disabilities, on the shizophrenic spectrum and mentally ill.
hypermobile enhlers danlers syndrome, chronic fatigue syndrome, chronic joint pain, unexplained momentary paralysis of the legs, medically suspected arthritis.
semiverbal with speech impairment, late met speech milestone. generally part time aac device user.
mildly hard of hearing and future wheelchair user.

im an intersex nonbinary transgirl, im also transfemneu and transxenofem and cistrans. i use a lot of xenogenders and am a pansexual lesbian.
i use shi/hir, kid/kidself, pie/pieself, mew/mewself pronouns for the most part, if you struggle with abstract pronouns, you may just use my name or it/itself.

me rambling and silly posting, talking about my interests as well as my disabilities and my day.
continue below for further information on my beliefs and interests as well as tags.
🎐 . what are my stances / beliefs on things?
i support all types of queer folk and their identities and what they are, no matter if contradictory or not.
i support all plural folk no matter of origin or what labels they use, i wont exclude anyone or try to go at them because of how they believe their brain is wired.
i support educated and informed self diagnosis, however, intelectual disability is not self diagnosable.
lastly dont involve me in any discourse, may that be queer discourse, system discourse or ship discourse, i dont care and it's odd.
the misinformation and ignorance a lot of folk put onto the topic of the puzzle piece symbolism on autism is often ableist and should be worked on in the lower needs autism community.

Ringo X AuDHD!Reader
(another request fill!! I hope this one doesn't read as too generic as i spent a lot of time on it and did my research, and please note there may be overlaps with the previous post due to the nature of the prompt 💞 I do not have ADHD nor (diagnosed) autism so as always, please let me know if any of my writing comes off as insensitive or offensive !! please enjoy these headcanons + short drabble ✨️)
known for his kind and gentle demeanor, Ringo takes on a deep sense of understanding and patience within your relationship
he is curious and eager to learn, taking the time to educate himself and to become familiar with your unique needs and experiences
you enjoy learning from one another; Ringo gaining insights into your experiences with autism and ADHD, and you hearing about his life in the limelight
understanding the importance of routine, Ringo would be supportive and accommodating
he would enjoy establishing routines and schedules with you, trying his best to create a sense of stability in your lives despite his own struggles with ADHD
he tries to keep things structured and predictable to reduce your feelings of anxiety
however, this doesn't mean he won't understand the importance of flexibility
with his easygoing nature, Ringo is always happy to modify plans and apparently to the changing needs and rhythms of his partner, approaching these situations with patience and understanding
he finds joy in helping you plan your day-to-day activities, taking care to ensure transitions are smooth and anticipated
Ringo is very attentive to your sensory needs and sensitivities, taking steps to create a calming, sensory-friendly environment when you are together
he may adjust lighting, reduce noise levels, or provide sensory tools according to your preferences
he loves to gift you sensory toys he thinks you'd make use of, nearly unable to contain his excitement when he finds one that pertains to your special interests
Ringo learns and navigates your triggers and preferences regarding touch, sound, and environments, ensuring both outings and home settings provide you with a sense of security and comfort
he understands that you may prefer quieter, more intimate settings over crowded or noisy ones, respecting your feelings and planning accordingly
Ringo always makes it known that he respects your autonomy and boundaries
he recognizes when you need space or time alone to recharge, supporting your self-care routines and never taking any offense
he values clear and direct communication within your relationship
over time, Ringo learns to interpret your nonverbal cues and respects your desire for explicit communication, aiming to avoid misunderstandings
he does not, has never, and will never judge you for stimming or performing self-soothing behaviors, instead finding them endearing and cute
despite his fondness for your self-regulating rituals, he never infantilizes you or talks down to you, recognizing (like any rational person with critical thinking skills should) that you are your own grown, unique individual
Ringo will always take time out of his busy days to listen to you infodump and ramble about your latest hyperfixations, asking curious questions and showing genuine interest in everything you share with him
he finds great joy in diving deep into these topics with you, creating a strong connection through mutual passion
Ringo provides consistent and unconditional support, understanding that managing your ADHD and navigating your autism can sometimes be emotionally draining
he listens actively, offers reassurance, and learns how best to comfort you during challenging or overwhelming moments
he recognizes the effort and perseverance it may take for you to navigate daily life and expresses genuine pride in each and every one of your accomplishments
Ringo uses his platform wisely to promote and bolster understanding, supporting organizations and initiatives that foster awareness and acceptance
above all, your relationship is built on love, acceptance, and mutual respect
you celebrate one another's unique traits and way of seeing the world, using these qualities to deepen and strengthen your bond
Ringo envisions a future with you full of love and understanding
the two of you talk freely about your dreams, aspirations, and what you can do to support each other in achieving your goals while embracing your neurodiverse identities
☆☆☆
(IF YOU ARE MUSICALLY INCLINED/INTERESTED)
Ringo watched with intrigue as you entered the bustling studio, your movements quick and purposeful
the way you meticulously arranged your notes and adjusted your headphones caught his attention, a smile forming on his lips
Hey there he greeted warmly, setting down his drumsticks.
What's on your mind today, love?
you looked up, your eyes bright with excitement as you launched into a detailed explanation of a new rhythm you'd been experimenting with
Ringo listened intently, nodding along as you described the intricate patterns and variations
That's brilliant! he exclaimed, his admiration clear
You've got a knack for rhythm that's just extraordinary
you grinned back, feeling a rush of validation
with Ringo, you didn't have to explain or apologize for your intense focus or sudden shifts in topic
he embraced your enthusiasm, encouraging you to explore and create without constraints
as you continued to discuss music and share ideas, Ringo marveled at your unique perspective, finding inspiration in your boundless creativity and passion
☆☆☆
(IF YOU'RE NOT PARTICULARLY MUSICALLY INCLINED/INTERESTED)
Ringo glanced up from his drum kit as you entered the studio, a smile spreading across his face
he noticed the way you moved with a rhythm uniquely your own, your attention shifting from one detail to another with an intensity that fascinated him
Hey there, love Ringo called out, setting his drumsticks aside
How was your morning?
you shuffled closer, your eyes bright with excitement as you shared your latest discovery
Ringo listened intently, captivated by your enthusiasm and the way your words painted vivid pictures in his mind
You always find the coolest things he mused, reaching out to gently squeeze your hand
You make every day an adventure, you know that?
you beamed at him, feeling a warmth spread through your chest
your thoughts lingered on how Ringo understood you in a way few others did, cherishing and embracing every aspect of your unique perspective

About Me
Hihi! I'm Alex! I've been an age regressor since I was 14, and I'm 20 years old now! I'm autistic and have BPD (borderline personality disorder) and a few other things. Learning about mental health stuff (including age regression) is my special interest! I prefer to interact with adults only, so please do not dm me if you're under 18. I run a sfw 18+ Agere server on discord so DM me if you want the link! I also have a partner/cg so please don't flirt with me or be a creep otherwise I'm gonna block you! I'm very excited to be able to teach others about age regression and hope I can help some people :D
What is age regression?
Age regression is a sfw coping mechanism used to cope with past trauma, or to heal your inner child. Regression can be voluntary or involuntary. It can also just be used for fun or as a way to relax. People who age regress mentally regress to the age of a child. This can be to any age but for a lot of people it will typically be from the ages of 1-6 years old. Age regression can present itself in many forms such as baby talk, playing with toys, watching cartoons, doing kid-like activities, being more vulnerable, using pacis, bottles, and sippy cups, dressing in a childlike manner, difficulty regulating emotions and more!
Can age regression be NSFW?
No! Age regression is strictly SFW and should be kept as such. The reason being is people who regress are in the mental state of a child, and children CANNOT consent. Anyone who makes it NSFW is taking advantage of the regressed person because again, they cannot consent to NSFW activities.
Why do some people have the misconception that it's NSFW?
When people think of age regression as NSFW, they're actually thinking about something called ag3 play. Ag3 play is a k1nk where someone roleplays being a child while their "daddy/mommy/d0m" (i do understand that lots of regressors use daddy/mommy in a sfw way tho!) interacts with them in an NSFW way. Ag3 play is borderline p3dophilic as someone is "getting off" to someone who dresses/acts like a child, and it's morally wrong. (If you support ag3 play, DDLG, DDLB, MDLB, MDLG, or ABDL YOU ARE NOT WELCOME HERE!! 🙂)The difference between age regression and ag3 play is that age regression is actually mentally reverting to the mindset of a child, ag3 play is only roleplay. If you're making your "regression" s3xual, you're not actually regressing. It's just a k1nk and roleplay.
Is there a wrong way to age regress?
Absolutely not! Age regression comes in many different forms and the way you regress isn't wrong or bad! There's not a wrong way to dress, play, talk, or interact with other regressors (just remember to be kind!). Just because you don't fit the stereotype of pastels, pink, teddy bears and hello kitty doesn't mean you're any less valid as a regressor! You can even like scary stuff while regressed and that's perfectly okay! You don't have to be picture perfect to be able to regress. You can be messy and loud and anything you want! Just do what makes you feel most comfortable!
Do you have to have a caregiver to be a regressor?
Nope! Not all age regressors have, need or want a caregiver! Caregivers are completely optional to have as a regressor and some people feel more comfortable regressing alone!
What's the difference between a good and bad caregiver?
Here are some tips for weeding out good vs bad caregivers!
Good caregivers
Speaks in a gentle tone and doesn't yell or raise their voice to get their point across
Respects their littles boundaries
Doesn't use physical punishments (hitting, spanking, etc.)
Is understanding, patient and kind
Rewards their little for good behavior
Comforts their little when they are upset
Finds other ways of communication when their little is nonverbal/semi-verbal
Bad "caregivers"
Punishes their little for "not obeying" them
Hits or spanks their little
Yells or raises their voice
Is manipulative (ex: saying if their little doesn't do something they'll be punished)
Involved in any k1nk communities such as ddlg, mdlb, abdl, etc.
Doesn't try to get to know the big side of their regressor only talks to them when they're little
Calling their little mean names
Tries to make their little touch them inappropriately/touches their little inappropriately
Downplays their littles feelings
Keep in mind that every caregiver/regressor dynamic is different but these are some green vs red flags to watch out for when finding a caregiver. I'll add more to this list later!
What are some common disorders that cause age regression?
Age regression is very common in those with (c) PTSD, Borderline personality disorder (BPD), schizophrenia, major depressive disorder (MDD), and dissociative disorders.
This post is a wip and more will be added later! Thank you for reading! :)

Okay so that post about confession to the guys that you’re autistic was really heartwarming to read as an autistic individuel. Perhaps you could write something with how the guys would react to you having a shutdown after a concert during touring? (I personally get non-verbal so if it’s possible for you to include that it’d be amazing, but no pressure🩷)
Love the same 🎀boo as from @saucyjothoughts
Hello, 🎀boo!
I'll be completely honest I'm quite scared to make this ask, considering I myself am neurotypical and despite knowing two people with autism, we're not close enough for me to see (or in the meantime to learn how to deal with) a shutdown. I've done a bit of looking around and reading a bit (STAYED AWAY FROM AUTISM SEAKS!!) and I still don't feel fully eligible to answer this so take this ask with a whole jar of salt, if you will. Regardless, I hope it finds you well and I hope you don't mind me screwing up (if I do).
Kris: Generally confused when it first happens but tries to do what he does when he feels like he needs a reset. He'll gently approach and try talking to you (a bit anxious when he figures out you've gone nonverbal, but will deal) so he ends up getting you some water and some comfort items that you've left at his place. He finds a generally quiet and calm area, turns off the big bright lights in a room, and sits with you until you're calmer. In case you need to leave for the bus/hotel, he tries to gently coax you from the couch or floor.
Bojan: He notices that things have been slowly piling up on you, so he has the conversation on what you'd like him to do in case of a shutdown beforehand. He makes people leave the room since he doesn't want you to move much. He has a safe food and a comfort item prepared, hums to you if it relaxes you, and sits on the floor in front of you to constantly check up on you and how you're doing. Is aware that the shutdowns last from minutes to hours, but still hopes it's over soon because he's nervous he'd overwhelm you with questions that you'd find hard to answer.
Jan: Generally quiet so him being overbearing isn't an issue, but does get nervous that he's overstepping. Has noise cancelling headphones for you as well as a fidget toy you like because it helps you ground yourself. He knows you prefer darker spots when it happens and that after you tend to get extremely exhausted and that you enjoy laying on his chest to listen to the rumble of his voice and his heartbeat.
Jure: Nervous father mode. Tells everyone to get out and gets you your waterbottle, safe food, and a blanket. Acts like a protective momma bear and lets no one near. Speaks like a douche to everyone but you (gives you gentle reassurance and tries to see if you're with him). Sits near you but is jittery and wants to reach out all the time but stops himself in case you don't want to be touched. Explains that he's a bit nervous when it happens so you two end up talking about what all he can do to help you.
Nace: Seems like he'd know what to do. Has everything pre-prepped including safe foods, a weighted blanket, something to fidget with, noise-canceling headphones, and obviously himself. He's three as a gentle presence but usually matches your energy when it happens. Is for the most part educated on all your needs, but notes down any changes or new things that happen during a shutdown.

Heartbreak high is so good could you do some quinn age reg headcannons:)
Little Quinni Gallagher-Jones headcanons
♡ you can find flip quinni headcanons posted here
warnings: !!season 2 spoilers!!, talk of canon typical things, darren & amerie being distant from quinni, talk of the zoo scenes, sasha redemption <3, caregiver!sasha & little!harper
after her falling out with darren & amerie she starts regressing a lot more
when quinni goes home from the zoo that day of her fight with her friends she had called sasha during a meltdown/while involuntary regressing which kickstarted her & sasha fixing their relationship
her & sasha sort out their past differences and sasha educates herself on autism and age regression to better understand quinni
it means a lot to quinni that sasha takes the time to learn about her regression
they start hanging out more and sasha becomes an unofficial caregiver to quinni
part of quinni unmasking is her becoming more comfortable in her regression
it’s all a bit chaotic at first but being able to unmask is so freeing for quinni and makes her little side very happy
she starts to do a lot on her own after her falling out with her friends which includes taking care of herself more while regressed
it may just be watching movies in bed and coloring but it still counts!!
quinni treats herself to a new set of toys after she has her fight with her friends, just to cheer herself up, and so she doesn’t automatically think about her friends when she goes to play with something
sasha spoils her with new toys & dress up clothes & candy when they go out shopping together
quinni tries not to regress at school anyways but especially after she has her falling out with darren & amerie, the first time it happens she ends up with malakai watching over her
they sit in the library and read books together until malakai’s able to text sasha and have her meet them there
thankfully every other time it happens it’s towards the end of the day and quinni’s able to float through the last classes before having sasha watch her after schools over
eventually when her & her friends patch things up she does regress around them all again but not as frequently
she likes taking care of herself or hanging out with sasha while small so she chooses to do that instead a lot of the time
cash starts helping darren look after quinni more often when she does call them for help
her & harper go shopping together for little gear when quinni finds out harper’s a little
sasha & cash will watch over quinni & harper while they have play dates when regressed and the four of them have sooo much fun with it
quinni also likes hanging out with missy when she’s small
they play dress up quite a bit and quinni has a makeup kit that’s reserved for when she’s small that she does missy’s makeup with
