I was so tired of shifttok freaking out about other shifters being 100+ years of age mentally, like no Allison I do not have all the answers to your questions just because I'm over 400 years old, and I said this too but nobody gaf about that💀, and the fact 400 and more isn't even "old", that's just because you're so used to the fact people "normally" live till their 70-90, 400 and up is NOT THAT BIG OF A DEAL, this is also why I lied about my mental age being 29 for so long, shifttok thinks: age=All the knowledge in the multiverse..

I love Five and this aesthetic and wanted to make something for it 😸 I really think he'd be amazing as a caregiver! Especially in season 4 when he's so calm and at peace 🩷 (I'll make a headcanon list about this soon), but I also think he'd grow strawberries; just so you two can pick them together 😭

Summary: Castiel was the most trusted Alpha courtesan in the royal court. Shifter!Au thoughts...

Graves who's been stuck with Shepherd his whole life. Graves who's never had a healthy family to look up to. Graves who had to grow up too quickly. Graves who age regresses. Graves who found that in 141 and Los Vaqueros. Graves who was torn between listening to the man who raised him, or keeping the men who've treated him so well safe. Graves who ended up listening to Shepherd because it was all he's known his whole life.

Grey Fox!Graves who, when Ghost Team confronted him, went into little space, and shifted.

Black Panther!Ghost who's maternal instincts kick in and he's immediately laying next to Graves, trying to comfort the small boy.

Red Fox!Soap who calls this into Price, because it's not fair.

Price agrees that they'll need to talk to Graves when he's out of little space, but for now, they're taking care of this kit.

3 tips for all my adhd shifters trying to learn how to meditate <3

1. Listen. To. Music. And it doesn't have to be calming instrumental music (that almost always has the opposite effect on me). Make it loud and as brash as you want- give your brain something to gnaw on - and bonus points if it includes a beat drop because you can time it to coincide with your exhaling.

2. Speaking of exhaling, do 4,7,8 breathing to the beat of the first couple of songs (I'd reccomend these songs to be more reminiscient of what you would listen to in your dr than songs that remind you of the process of shifting.) This is the perfect concentration game for those of us who need something to focus hard on in order to relax. As you progress in the song your breathing will be out of sync with the downbeat forcing yourself to concentrate hard on counting. I find this super satisfying, especially when your exhale eventually converges again with the downbeat after a couple rounds of breathing. After doing this for as long as I like, I move onto songs more 'shifting coded' - ie end of beginning by djo - and freestyle my breathing, inhaling, holding and exhaling when I want to. (I like to exhale on shifting coded lyrics.)

3. The most crucial point of all: do all this sat up. I enjoy sitting cross legged on my bed with my arms on my knees, lotus style. You can lean against something if it's more comfortable for you but I find the ever so slight discomfort of trying to sit up straight gives me something more to focus on. Plus that moment when you relieve the slight ache by eventually lying down is so bone deep relaxing. I really struggle with lying still on my back when I'm not relaxed because I don't get enough feedback from my body and I imagine other ADHDers may relate (and hopefully benefit from this advice.) Sitting this way and doing this deep breathing makes me feel super light and floaty and my eyes naturally roll up into my head, all indicators of deep relaxation (and hopefully a precursor to the void!)

Well that's just my thoughts after my first time succesfully meditating for longer than 5 minutes, all because I chose to sit up and listen to some music. I hope it helps someone :)

Hey therian tumblr!

I posted about this on my main blog, @interstellar-cluster and I’m gonna post it here too! So, I want to make a Discord server for a bunch of sort of niche communities that I’m part of! I like to think a lot of them overlap so I want to make one big community!

Therianthropy and alterhumanity in general will be included, and it’s open to every kind of alterhumanity, including fxctionkin, physical alterhumans and more!

There will also be spaces for furries, plural folks, age and pet regressors, witches, pagans and other spiritual things, shifters, and neurodivergent and lgbt people!

I already posted a poll on my first post about this, and I want to spread my audience more by posting here as well.
