(i saw an animatic of a clip from his stream where he wore his mcc christmas dress and he said sabrina carpenter stole his look)

and i think joel has a potential ABBA alter ego because honey song but im not sure…

I think at the end of season 9 there should be like. A week where they open the server up for the “and friends” part of Hermits and friends. Get skizz on there, get the empires guys on there, Martyn, all those folks. I wanna see skizz run decked out and I wanna see Martyn be a dramatic little shit in blood on the clocktower.

Gotta say, the hermits' musical sides have really fostered this Hermits & Friends! Band AU I have in my head.

Like hear me out:

Gem & The Scotts are already a rock band (say they get invited to join the HermitBand™ collective or smt)

Impulse and Joel at the drumms

Xisuma composes and plays the guitar

Etho on the note blocks (because Minecraft)

Zed on the creeper explosions (wait... what?)

Oli for a piano and vocals

Joe writes music and has his sister Quinn as a guest performer

Ren on the guitar too

Welsknight and Helsknight are the singing/rapping duo

The HermitBand™ had a big fight a few years ago but they resolved it with a disstrack (S6 Civil War "Hermit Gang")

I missed the beginning of the event so I’ve only now gone back to watch Martyn’s intro and…

I love that Martyn has like A Job; he’s doing tech and set up stuff, he’s reading the donos like a champ. Still a non-hermit hermit-friend but with Work Experience. Like someone was like ‘oh we need a dono reader,’ remembered Martyn has done it, and reached out.

Meanwhile. Jimmy is Just There.

It makes perfect sense! Don’t get me wrong! Once Grian and Martyn are in the same location there’s like a 99% chance he’ll be there too. Not to mention Ranchers, old Evo friends, and just the life series in general-

Can we take a second just to admire cc!Joel Smallishbeans. Like my guy is currently on two smp's, he keeps up with Hermitcraft, he is somewhat present on SOS. Also his base is incredibly detailed, its large, and he has gotten really good at armor stands out of nowhere. He updates an average of once a week, he took a vacation to Japan and still managed to keep up with Hermitcraft.

He can follow the bit and has an uncanny ability to stop himself from being the butt of the joke. Like for example the neck kisses thing was at first a kind of 'ha ha that's really weird Joel' then he leaned into it so hard that now Etho is the one obsessed with Joel's neck kisses and both of them are obsessed with each other and its not just Joel.

And the whole ieseki harem bit too?? Like he has half of the server around his finger cause of a bit.

Also he is actually kind of good at tricking people? Like bro convinced three (I think) people that Etho built the statues not him.

Hes funny as hell and also he is like really bold? Like my guy posted himself singing a Minecraft parody to 'Money Money Money' he makes Hollywood level intros in Minecraft. His intros are the best by the way always have been. They're more elaborate now and they are really funny but there was a charm to when his intros were him standing in front of a horse hilling machine with no acknowledgment of it.
