Well then this post is perfect for that little outer self of yours who needs a little guidance from your inner (real) self.

Hey my gorgeous upper east siders. This is going to be a gossip girl informational + comfort post (not much I haven’t told you already), consider this a post you’ll come back to every time you feel like you need internal guidance from yourself, and most importantly, a moment to breathe, and exhale.
Once upon a time, a wise woman asked “can I exhale for a minute?”, and that wise woman is named Sabrina Carpenter. This post is inspired by her song exhale. It’s a very calming song, that acknowledges how it feels to not be listened to, and mental health is very important. Yet it’s such an overlooked topic in the loa community, unfortunately. Especially when it comes to manifesting the things you want. Beating yourself up when another year goes by and you let yourself down, not acknowledging your power.
Sometimes you just find yourself asking “who put the world on my back and not in my hands?”
Well the truth is, that someone is you. We all know it. And this post is not about scolding you for it. It’s about knowing how to deal with that feeling and remembering where it comes from.
First of all, acknowledge that the outer self is the one who’s talking. The outer self is the one reacting that way. Reacting so negatively to the law of assumption. Realise that this outer self is not the one who holds the desired assumption. So why would what the outer self feels affect the desired assumption? It doesn’t.
You may wonder what the point of me telling you that was.
Well it’s because if there’s one thing I can promise you, it’s that your negative feelings towards manifestation come from the outer self. Those negative feelings are never coming from the inner self. I promise you that. And acknowledging that, is power.
Why? Because when you acknowledge that those negative feelings come from the outer you, your inner self cannot take accountability for it. And wait, wait, wait. I know what you’re thinking. Accountability? All I mean by that, is that your inner self (real you) cannot take accountability for those negative feelings, because the real you is not the one feeling them. Those feelings come from the one who sees nothing but limitations and therefore has reason to doubt.
This also applies to fulfillment. When you feel fulfilled, the inner self is the one who is accountable for that. Not the outer self.
So just know that every time “you’re” feeling low, it’s the outer self feeling low. The feeling indicates who you are identifying with. Use that feeling as a weapon. It’s letting you know how to get back on track and who you should be identifying with. It is everything.
Once you’ve understood that, I want you to take a deep breath. Just breathe. Feel the relief knowing that you cannot identify with those negative feelings, because they simply have nothing to do with you. Even if you wanted those negative feelings to be a part of you, they simply can’t. Because they will always come from the outer self, never the inner self.
You are not the one feeling stressed. You are not the one feeling doubtful. You are not the one feeling regretful. You are not the one feeling disappointed. You are not the one feeling hopeless. You are not the one feeling frustrated. You are not the one feeling jealous. You are not the one feeling doomed. You are not the one feeling out of control. You are not the one feeling off track.
The outer self is the only one with the capability to experience such negative feelings. But when you aren’t identifying with the outer self, it literally doesn’t matter. Because when you are identifying with the inner self, those negative feelings are non existent. And the point is, when the outer self is feeling those negative feelings, you start to feel as if you don’t have it and that you’ve “ruined progress”. But as I said before, the the outer self is not the one holding the desired assumption, so why would what the outer self feels affect the desired assumption? Say that i’m holding an apple in my hand, and you’re holding a different apple in your hand. If I take a bite out of my apple, it does not affect your apple, at all. And it’s ridiculous to believe that just because I took a bite out of my apple, that the bite mark would show up on yours.
All i’m saying here, is that when you’re feeling like sh*t, it’s just the outer self feeling that way. It’s not you (inner self) feeling that way. And therefore does not affect the inner self at all. The inner self is never affected by the outer self. The outer self is only affected by the inner self. That’s why you change self. You change self from outer self TO inner self. You are just changing who you are identifying with.
When you realise this, you realise that progress cannot be ruined. There is no progress to ruin because manifestation is not a process. There is only having it now. Know that there are no negative feelings to get in your way. Internal guidance is all you’ll ever need. The answer is always within you. No one else.

EMPHASIS ON THE EYES ;
use warm neutrals and shimmering eyeshadows to define ur eyes. for example a champagne shade on the lids paired with a soft brown in the crease is perfection. subtle winged eyeliner with fluffy lashes is the way to go. to achieve the fluffy lashes use a volumizing mascara or use falsies.
BOMBSHELL HAIR ;
bombshell hair is big and bouncy and voluminous! and utterly glamorous. when styling ur hair emphasize volume in ur hair by applying hairspray upside down (a trick i learnt) or using a root-lifting spray. curl ur hair in big sections and shake out your curls and run your fingers through them for that “effortless” finish.

scrapbooking
great way to look back on memories and lets you get rlly creative with it
journaling
my personal favorite ♡. so many different ways to go about it. you can have a bullet journal, book journal, cooking journal, movie journal. or, simply a diary to write about your thoughts and days. you can decorate your spreads with stickers and washi tape or keep it simple.
crocheting
there are so many things you could make, from tops to plushies. there are a lot of cute tutorials and free designs available online!
baking
this one may or may not be as easy as the other ones I’ve mentioned depending on the recipe but learning how to cook or bake makes for a great New Year’s resolution!
puzzles
there are a ton of different puzzles out there ranging from different skill level, so you can challenge your brain as much as you’d like!
sewing
whether you want to learn how to hand sew or use a sewing machine, to tailor clothes you already have or make your own pieces, sewing can be a fun and impressive skill to have.
playing an instrument
guitar, violin, piano, clarinet, drums— there are a ton of options for you to choose from and plenty of online resources :)
reading
reading can be a great way to learn more or be a better form of entertainment compared to social media and television. whether you want to educate yourself on different topics, discover a new genre of novels, or are interested in comics— reading is one of those hobbies where there’s something in it for everyone, regardless of what they’re looking for.
jewelry making
bracelets or necklaces, whatever it is you want to make the materials are easy to find, as well as tutorials and references.
bicycling
having an outside hobby is very important imo, and bicycling is one of those hobbies that lets you be as relaxed or intense as you’d like.
yoga
I think this is a great one, with yoga the focus doesn’t have to be looking a certain way or going super hard— it’s just about relaxing. there’s no pressure.

2025: #10 take care of your mind
your brain is the most powerful tool you will ever own. YOUR BRAIN IS MORE POWERFUL THAN UR PHONE, LAPTOP ... . Yet how many of us actually take care of it? How many of us think twice about what we feed it, how we use it, or how we let it rest? u don’t rise to the level of your dreams you fall to the level of your mind. And if your mind isn’t sharp, disciplined, and protected, you’re setting yourself up for failure.
✒️..You’re probably wondering: “What does it mean to take care of my brain?” It’s simple but not easy. First, let’s talk about what you’re consuming EEEEVRY single thing you watch, listen to or read is planting seeds in your mind. Are you planting weeds or flowers? Scroll endlessly on social media, filling your brain with nonsense, comparison, and negativity—guess what? You’re planting weeds, and they will grow. Your thoughts become your beliefs, and your beliefs become your actions.
THE TRUTH IS you are what you allow into your mind. If you keep surrounding yourself with negativity, if you keep replaying the same self-doubt, if you keep absorbing content that doesn’t serve you don’t be surprised when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or anxious. You’re not broken you’re just fueling yourself with the wrong things.
"So, what do you do?"
1. Detox your mind. Cut out the noise. Start filtering what you consume. Unfollow accounts that drain your energy. Stop watching content that makes you feel small. And for the love of everything pookie stop engaging in drama—it’s not worth the space it takes up in your head.
2. Feed your brain the right fuel. Read books that challenge you. Listen to podcasts that inspire you. Surround yourself with people who uplift you. And no, this isn’t just some feel-good advice it’s about wiring ur brain for growth. The more you surround yourself with knowledge, positivity, and action-oriented energy, the more your brain starts working for you instead of against you.
3. Train your focus. Your brain is a muscle. If you don’t train it, it gets lazy. Meditation isn’t just for monks it’s for anyone who wants to build laser-like focus. Start small—two minutes a day. Sit down, breathe, and let your mind rest. Because a rested brain is a powerful brain.
4. Protect your energy it mean it’s about who you let into your space. People can either fuel your fire or extinguish it. If someone in your life constantly drags you down, you need to set boundaries. Your mental energy is sacred. Guard it fiercely.

Should you take action when manifesting..? (and my stance on taking action.)
I've seen the term "take action" fly around the LOA community a lot. However, I've also noticed people have been overthinking on the whole "take action" thing.
I made a post about it at the start of 2024 voicing my opinions about it. You do NOT need to take action when manifesting. However, there may be times where you can 100% take action which is what I wanted to speak about. However, I'm going to preface this post by saying, action is NOT needed. You don't need to move a single muscle to manifest anything, you simply acknowledge it as done because it is.
Now, when is it good to take action? The only time I would say it's good to take action is if it's how you wanted your manifestation. For example, let's say you're manifesting a job and you want to still apply for that job and get it like that. Then suddenly your desired job becomes available, that's when you can take action. No, you don't need to apply for a job if you don't want to, you can still manifest it without, again, taking action.
What I'm trying to say here is, you don't need to take action unless you want to take action. At the end of the day however, no matter what you choose, it should still be done. You should still acknowledge your manifestation as done and not as something that will come soon.

things im doing to improve myself ! 𐙚
hi besties!! so today im going to list down the things im doing to improve myself(to motivate me to keep going!!) 🎀🧣

#1 EXERCISE:
when i was younger, i always used to LOVE working out, and probably tried most fitness type workouts( HIIT, gymnastics, yoga, etc) but never really settled with one. but mid of last year, i decided to start doing pilates, and i absolutely FELL in love! i loved that it combined all the things i loved from other type of workouts. im also a longtime swimmer, so 3 days of a week im in the swimming pool. i also prioritize stretching daily!! & try to run/sprint a couple of miles every day, or just getting 10k steps!
#2 LEAVING TOXIC FRIENDSHIPS:
2 years ago, i had a pretty messed up friendship w a new girl, i felt bad for her so i decided to be nice to her even tho she was an extremely negative person. around nov of last year, i ended our friendship as she was getting really toxic to me and my other friends. i dropped our friendship and moved on, it was obviously hard, but now that i think of it im glad i did it. it made me notice how badly she made me think of myself & others. so if u have a friendship that makes u feel bad about yourself or other people, drop them !!
#3 BEING PROUD OF MYSELF:
last year, i used to get upset if i didnt get the highest grade on an exam or test, & it literally used to make me sad if i got a 14.5/15. so, this year i have decided to grow and be proud of my accomplishments, even if they’re small.
#4 CONSISTENT MORNING & NIGHT ROUTINE:
by consistent i mean a sort of planned morning & night routine. i would pick a perfect routine that makes me feel productive and energized throughout the day. this also means that i would do the same thing every morning & night, & i can already see so many changes in my behavior just by doing the same thing for days(that sounds boring, but it really is so helpful to make you more productive).
pro tip: if you dont know how to figure out your morning or night routine, i recommend writing down the things you want to incorporate into your productive routine and slowly introduce those habits into your mornings or nights.
#5 GOALS EVERY MONTH:
now ive only tried this for a month, but it just makes me feel accomplished that ive done the things i wanted to do beginning of the month. i also like to include an affirmation into my goals page in my journal, so whenever i open it i can repeat that specific affirmation over and over. \

MY ATTEMPTS ENTERING THE VOID STATE.
——— I have been trying to enter the void for three days straight now. but I've fallen asleep on each three attempts. but that's okay, that doesn't mean anything. I'm learning so much with being a "mastermind" as a recovering phone addict lmao, and have never been motivated to jump start 2025 and make routines for my own brain health.
MY VOID EXPERIENCE
— I fell asleep on purpose before even starting the void state on two attempts because my cousins were over and made creepyily loud noises baking late in the kitchen and another time, I was so exhausted with doomscrolling for like 2 hours that I just knocked out. this time though, I felt so weird and so closeclose. not really close like other people, but something just clicked in my head.
— I went to bed early at 8:30PM (I usually sleep at 9:30-10:00) and was zoning out for a while because my mind was still overactive. I ended up falling asleep but woke up at 3:13AM naturally and tried to enter the void state with the distraction method. I was trying to count from 12 to 0 trying to focus and immediately started zoning out right after but with the intention of "mind awake, body asleep."
— my legs were completely numb that it was uncomfortable, my body was tingling and went completely boneless! I was a master at zoning out lmao so I remember I'd just forget and lose awareness of everything and would see nothing but pitch black. I even felt random waves of me "dropping" into my bed? like just ripples in my body.
— my mistake? I kept coming back to the 3D awareness because I paid so much attention to how my body was feeling and also would tap back in to my surroundings because I'd have to wake up at 5AM for school. once I got up, I went on tumblr to read somethings. apparently, you HAVE to detach from 3D which is literally the only thing it's about.

Let 2025 be your year of NO
I was watching an interview recently with Yara Shahidi, where she talked about having a year of No and a year of Yes. This got me thinking about how many times I’ve said yes to things when really I wanted to say no.
Don’t want to go out to a club or a party. Say no. Don’t have the energy to hangout. Say no. Only have a budget to spend money on your meal and no one else’s. Say no. Someone wants to take you out, but you’re not interested. Politely decline and say no. People offer you more to eat and you are already full. Say no. Feel like the job you are being offered isn’t giving you your worth. Say no. Don’t want to be around people you don’t care for. Say no. No longer taking less than you deserve. Walk away and say no.
Some of these examples may seem ridiculous but people pleasing happens on minor levels. Stop the habit of saying YES when you want to say NO. Try it with something small. At first you might feel a little strange but once you get in the habit of it, you start to feel like you are standing up for yourself. You don’t have to say no to everything, but understand your time and worth is precious. Everything and everyone does not deserve your energy.
This is a form of self love. You have to be able to put yourself first.

hmm, I can't share everything but I am happy to provide some. I have a couple of posts around that but off the top of my head, here are a few:
• appearance change like I got my desired face, body hair loss, clear skin, bigger eyes, longer lashes and fuller brows, different facial structure, fuller lips, faster muscle growth, symmetrical face & body, etc.
• money!!
• full ride scholarship + desired uni
• gifts, just the other day I randomly got a smart watch just because
• dream wardrobe
• massive opportunities that I always wanted to have
• certain situations playing out exactly how I wanted, desired life plot ig?
• people in and out my life — I don't manifest sps & relationships directly but ig working on sc makes you attractive to the people you like + makes things go how you want without you consciously manifesting it
• desired friendships
• desired contact with some influencers
• changing my parents & home situation
• perfect gpa (even tho I don't really study or work hard in my classes) & natural intellect
• popularity within my major
• huge confidence in public!
• princess treatment
• being productive and healthy
• my friend's leg not being broken after being in an accident
• becoming more talented in singing, drawing, writing, and other hobbies without even practicing
• driving licence (even tho I was scared shitless of driving)
• new car on my bday (not for me tho cos I don't like driving lol)
• a fun, exciting & also peaceful life!!
• desired bday
• pretty sure I quantum jumped / shifted a few times cos people look at me crazy when I remember things being different around here lol
• just for fun I did the purple car challenge and it worked + I did the same for lime cars (cos I needed more confirmation lol) in one of my bus trips and I saw one (I still see both lime and purple cars to this day) + recently saw a lime & purple car in the uni so yeah, the law is real 100%
• mental peace — my mindset around life has drastically shifted (no longer in what felt like a rat race) + my mind is a safe space for me now <3
• and a high sc ofc

Amazing but for ONCE I did not take a nap after coming home from work. I usually only do chores and then take a long nap.
This time, I did not take a nap. I did my chores, took a break but I remained productive. I studied a little bit, and I worked on some projects !

skincare routine !
my overall advices for you is
Cleanse your face twice daily using a gentle, oil-free cleanser to remove excess oil and dirt without over-drying your skin. ( Because I have rough acne I use CeraVe acne control cleanser)
Apply an alcohol-free toner to balance your skin's pH level and reduce the appearance of pores. ( I recommend toners with rice water )
Use a lightweight, oil-free moisturizer to hydrate your skin without adding extra oil or clogging pores. (I didn't buy one yet but I recommend la Roche Posay moisturizers )
Exfoliate 1-2 times a week with a gentle exfoliant to remove dead skin cells and prevent clogged pores.
Incorporate a clay mask into your skincare routine once a week to help draw out impurities and absorb excess oil. ( I use green clay cuz it suit oily skin)
Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated, which can help regulate oil production and improve your skin's overall health. (I'm not lying)
Choose oil-free makeup products and opt for a mattifying primer to control shine and keep your skin looking fresh throughout the day.

Hello, I really need some help, throughout Christmas break I am trying so hard to lock in manifesting and to live my dream life in my imagination while dealing with my bad circumstances, I am still working hard to deal with my 3D but today everything in the 3D just shattered I just can't deal with this anymore, everything is telling me how bad my 3D is, is there any advices?
Alright, let me break down your message for you.
"I am trying so hard to lock in"
"I am still working hard to deal with my 3D"
"Everything is telling me how bad my 3D is."
Everything is you! The external world, the inner world, it's all you! You need to stop identifying with the external world, because it is just a mirror of your inner world. Does this mean to ignore it? No! It means to not let it change your assumption. It's only hard when you say it's hard.
The external world does not lag, therefore it's you who is doing something to cause it to either have a lag or not happen at all and I'm going to tell you. You're waiting to change your external world and you aren't accepting that your inner world/self is the one that changes your external world. The moment you are aware of something (in this case your dream life) it has to exist because everything in the external world consists of your awareness.
I'd suggest watching Conjured Realm and Taylor Tookes to understand manifesting more clearly.
