It's been on my mind since you reblogged that post about 30+ year old characters- how old do you headcanon sorbet & gelato to be? Risotto is the head of La Squadra and he's 28, so I often wonder how old the rest of L.S. is (they give me the vibe that they're young adults but Sorbet & Gelato are more ambiguous to me)

as of now, i headcanon them both as 37 (in 1999) - but i have been considering making them a bit older? though only by a few years, probably. despite the fact that i've taken a liking to middle aged characters, i can't really picture anyone in la squadra being older than 40. probably because everyone in golden wind is so young, and i doubt araki intended any of them to be older than like... early 30s at the very most. sorbet and gelato certainly look older than the others though, unsure whether that was on purpose or not.

Il s’appelle Camille. Elle aussi. Et les deux autres aussi, qui les suivent en essayant de ne pas se faire distancer. Tout comme celle qui attend au volant de la camionnette. C’est presque une comptine. Cinq Camilles qui vont au marché. Un marché pas cher du tout.

Que voulez-vous, quand le chat n’est pas là, les souris dansent. Et c’est un gros matou qui est de sorti ce soir.

Les Camilles aiment beaucoup cet endroit. La Zone est une terre sauvage, un lieu de vie et de nature, un endroit précieux que l’avidité humaine n’a pas encore salopé. Les Camilles n’apprécient pas du tout le projet de construction en cours. Pas du tout du tout.

Alors ce soir, tandis que le promoteur du projet est en train de vendre sa version en pleurant sur un plateau télé quelconque – le pauvre chou, victime de toutes les vilaines Camilles du pays – les Camilles sont de sortie sur le chantier. Et font leur petit marché.

Ils passent par derrière, loin des gardes, et sautent les palissades assemblées à la va-vite. Ils agissent vite et bien. Ils attrapent les chaines, les pinces, tous les outils qui leur tombe sous la main…

Mais les Camilles ne sont pas des voleurs. Ils rendent très, très vite ce qu’ils ont pris. En choisissant soigneusement quoi en faire.

Et lorsque les Camilles repartent, ils laissent derrière eux un chantier nettement plus en chantier – outils enchainés, moteurs sabotés, le tout décoré d’un message soigneusement graffé : « Ne Touchez Pas A Notre Zone »

Il faut bien ça pour que le message arrive à destination.

Police in the Turkish city of Adana detained 11 suspects, five Israeli and two Syrian, on allegations of organ trafficking, the Daily Sabah reported on 5 May. The Provincial Directorate of Security's Anti-Smuggling and Border Gates Branch began investigating after examining the passports of seven individuals who arrived in Adana from Israel about a month ago by plane for the purpose of health tourism. The two Syrian nationals, ages 20 and 21, were found to have fake passports. Further investigation revealed that Syrian nationals had each agreed to sell one of their own kidneys to two of the Israeli nationals, ages 68 and 28, for kidney transplants in Adana. During searches at the suspects' residences, $65,000 and numerous fake passports were seized. Israel has long been at the center of what Bloomberg described in 2011 as a “sprawling global black market in organs where brokers use deception, violence, and coercion to buy kidneys from impoverished people, mainly in underdeveloped countries, and then sell them to critically ill patients in more-affluent nations.” The financial newspaper added, “Many of the black-market kidneys harvested by these gangs are destined for people who live in Israel.” The organ-trafficking network extends from former Soviet Republics such as Azerbaijan, Belarus, Ukraine, and Moldova to Brazil, the Philippines, South Africa, and beyond, the Bloomberg investigation showed. Accusations of Israeli involvement in organ trafficking also apply to the occupied Palestinian territories. In 2009, Sweden's largest daily newspaper, Aftonbladet, reported testimony that the Israeli army was kidnapping and murdering Palestinians to harvest their organs. The report quotes Palestinian claims that young men from the occupied West Bank and Gaza Strip had been seized by the Israeli army, and their bodies returned to the families with missing organs. "'Our sons are used as involuntary organ donors,' relatives of Khaled from Nablus said to me, as did the mother of Raed from Jenin as well as the uncles of Machmod and Nafes from Gaza, who all had disappeared for a few days and returned by night, dead and autopsied," wrote Donald Bostrom, the author of the report.Bostrom also cites an incident of alleged organ theft during the the first Palestinian intifada in 1992. He says that the Israeli army abducted a young man known for throwing stones at Israeli troops in the Nablus area. The young man was shot in the chest, both legs, and the stomach before being taken to a military helicopter, which transported him to an unknown location. Five nights later, Bostrom said, the young man's body was returned, wrapped in green hospital sheets. Israel’s Channel 2 TV reported that in the 1990s, specialists at Abu Kabir Forensic Medicine Institute harvested skin, corneas, heart valves, and bones from the bodies of Israeli soldiers, Israeli citizens, Palestinians, and foreign workers without permission from relatives. The Israeli military confirmed that the practice took place, but claimed, "This activity ended a decade ago and does not happen any longer." Israel’s assault on Gaza since 7 October has provided further opportunities for the theft and harvesting of Palestinians’ organs. On 30 January, WAFA news agency reported that the Israeli army returned the bodies of 100 Palestinian civilians it had stolen from hospitals and cemeteries in various areas in Gaza. According to medical sources, inspection of some of the bodies showed that organs were missing from some of them. how much exercise should you do per week for maximum health benefits?

note: while getting enough of different types of exercise is important, as different types of exercise bring different primary benefits, the most important thing is that you are moving your body! don’t feel pressured to do a strict amount of cardio per week if you don’t like cardio, especially if you are new to exercise. this goes for any other type of exercise. it’s totally okay to do the exercise you enjoy doing, as long as you are doing it!

how much cardio should you be doing?

while this may differ according to your personal health, conditions you may have, your goals, etc. (as with any other form of exercise), the general advice given by professionals and the American Heart Association is at least 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity or 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity per week. if we are going with 150 minutes per week, this would mean at least 21 minutes per day, or 30 minutes 5x per week. this schedule may vary depending on your schedule, but the overall goal is 75 or 150 minutes per week!

how much strength/weight training should you be doing?

while different professional sources have varying opinions on this, the most common advice is 60-90 minutes per week. if we are using 90 minutes per week, this would equal to 13 minutes per day, 18 minutes 5x per week, or 30 minutes 3x per week.

how much yoga/stretching should you be doing?

it is important to at least include a short cool down stretch after your workout to prevent injury and reduce soreness, but when it comes to yoga, it is recommended that you include at least a 1 hour session 3x per week, although doing a bit each day is considered ideal. using the guide of 3 hours per week, this would equal 26 minutes per day, 36 minutes 5x per week, or 60 minutes 3x per week.

how much pilates should you be doing?

while many do not include pilates in their routine or do not consider it necessary, i and many others find it incredibly beneficial due to its ability to work the smaller muscle groups that weight training usually does not. it is generally recommended that you do a 45 minute session 3-4x per week. this would also equal 19 minutes daily if you prefer to split it that way.

Venus in Aqua/Venus at 11° 23° degrees can have a chance to meet their partners online! That doesn't mean accepting all the requests on Tinder!!

The moon sign in your moon persona chart will tell more about your soul! Is a very emotional journey discovering as well! Make a combo of your tropical moon sign and moon persona's moon sign

Having 5H planets in your SR (solar return) can indicate getting into romantic relationships, especially Mars/Venus
