new rules for my ed ౨ৎ

1.5 liters of water (diet coke and other 0 calorie drinks work as well)

try to get about 10g of fiber per day

probiotic gummy vitamin every day to hell with digestion

800 calories on weekdays and 1,200 for weekends

aim for 8k steps on weekdays and 4.5k on weekends

if you binge or go over your limit you have to purge all of it if possible, or cūt

Happy new year! I overate yesterday because i was on a date but it was on an empty stomach so i hope i won’t gain or anything. Also i drank a shit ton of wine (again) and i feel horrible so i might eat some soup to stop feeling horrible and idk what else

I’m trying to walk more btw! I walked almost 20k steps yesterday and i’ll be trying at least 8k today, i’m so inactive it’s stupid at this point

Also i saw the sun for the first time in days. I have good feeling about 2025

Got dressed for a run my dad just told said “wow ur skinny!” When he saw me in this fit. My whole family even extended family has a weight problem so they compliment me for the weight ive lost asking me how i did it.
