This is my new Scrapbook! My first entry is of the Witch diet by @honeysugarfree (all of their diets are amazing)
I have encoded all the text, here’s what it says without the code:
Header: Witch Diet
Text in the heart:
Text on the left: Rumours tell of a witch living in the cottage in the deep forest. They whisper of a skeletal hand and its expert control over the occult. Some whisper in fear, others with reverence. None know the very witch is living among them.
Text in the heart: Add small positivity charms when you cook or bake. Eat mostly herbs and Plants, Stew, Soup, Pie and Potatoes.
Text in the middle: Break your fast with a single magical berry. Your meal ought to be as well crafted as your practise: charted meticulously and exactly.
Text on the bottom right: Most Important: Don’t get caught! If they catch you, you will burn at the stake. In order to contain the energy needed for spells, you must abstain from consuming external Energy. It is natural and mediative this way.
All the credits for the text go to honey, i’ve changed a couple of things up to better fit the spacing though.

my workout routine!!
i noticed visible results after doing parts of this a couple times a week, I'm now doing it every day except Sunday and I'm losing a LOTI'm a beginner and I could do it but it still pushed me so it's good for any level <3
20 lunges
10 crunches
15 jumping jacks
10 crunches
30 squats
REST + WATER
10 lunges
10 crunches
25 squats
15 jumping jacks
REST + WATER
20 lunges
30 sec plank
45 sec wall sit
10 crunches
20 squats
10 crunches
ideally 2x a day this really worked for me hope it helps u too 🩷🩷🩷

vitamins & supplements i take as someone with a restrictive ed
i find that eating less and putting my body through certain stress affects a lot of mental and physical factors —like hair loss and brain fog— and studies show its usually because of vitamin deficiencies…
so this is what vitamins i take daily to make everyday life a little easier and to keep up with my health :)
morning/first meal of the day
vitamin C: immune system + skin elasticity
collagen: skin elasticity + hair + nails + muscle mass
biotin: self care^ + nervous system (only a few times a week because i find it causes my pores to grow larger if taken too frequently)
vitamin B complex: cell health + energy levels + digestion & appetite + brain function
vitamin D3: bone and muscle health + immune system
iron: red blood & cell health + energy levels + brain function
omega-3: brain function + cancer & other disease prevention
evening/before bed
magnesium: improved sleep + mood + energy levels
taking vitamins wont counteract or necessarily fix any serious damage being done to one’s body, but it is still very important to keep maintenance with one’s bodily needs!
