If Tonks had siblings, what kind of sister do you think she’d be?

An amazing one. There's no doubt in my mind Tonks would be a wonderful sister to any older or younger siblings. I see her as more of an older sibling, given how early she was born to her parents, so if she had a little sibling she'd be fiercely protective of them, would entertain them, and love them. Tonks is great with Ginny and Hermione in OOTP, doing all sorts of noses for them, and I imagine that Tonks would do the same for a younger sibling.

I've written Tonks as a big sister to Harry in my time traveling Tonks series. I wish Tonks had a sibling or two, but to my dismay, that can only be found in fanon.

Lol yes I'm writing one at the moment called Cariad. The 'prequel', Collide, is complete. Cariad's got 60/75 chapters done (so close to the end!).

Most of my fics are like this or will be like this: Someone Else's Life is a shorter AU, Moonlit Marriage is a longer in-progress AU, and I've got tons of one shots set postwar where Remus & Tonks live. See Victory, Easter, Photograph, and The Last Leg of the Journey. Those are just the SFW ones ;)

Those are the main ones. If you use the "Remus and Tonks Live" tag on ao3, you'll find less than 100 works in which it's explicit that R&T live. Some of them are more heartbreaking than others, in terms of who the author decided to kill instead.

(I have other AUs like my time traveling Tonks series and my Remus raises Harry series, oh, and my time traveling Teddy story where there are some happy endings for some characters but not all...)

Order of the Pheonix AU where almost everything is the same except the people in Grimmauld Place stay there the whole time because they're there for protection for various different reasons to be hidden from the wizarding world until everything's safe. And have to pretend to be one big happy family to fit in.

Oh, and no magic. Absolutely no magic otherwise they could be tracked down (no I don't know if magic works that way for the sake of the plot it does)

And the house is an absolute wreck, so now they're all having to clean it and renovate it with no magic and live there with each other 24/7.

The Weaselys are there because Arthur keeps offending the Ministry and they're worried the kids will be used against them. Hermione's there because she's also offended the Ministry by being too smart, somehow. Harry's there because his existence offends Voldemort. Remus is there because his existence offends the Ministry. Sirius is there because he's offended everyone. Tonks is there because she's also offended everyone. And Severus is there because he's offended Voldemort.

And so somehow they all need to work together and try cooperate while multiple people (Severus and Sirius) hate each others guts.

Also, while they're renovating, they're finding it ridiculously hard without magic or house elf help. All except Severus, who somehow does his assigned rooms twice as quickly. Naturally Harry and Ron think he's using magic while being forbidden to do so. They spy on him...

And it turns out, Snape's just really good at painting walls. Because "Not all of us had house-elves waiting on us hand and foot, Black. Some of us actually had to get things done on our own". Aka growing up poor in Cokeworth means learning to repair everything yourself

It’s Battle of the Blacks, they’re all alive, healthy, and in their magical prime. Who comes out on top?

Let's assume it's an organised battle, with rounds and stuff, and not just straight up chaos.

If it's straight up chaos, Bella wins.

But if organised, let's see:

First round:

Melania refuses to compete, she can't bear to cause harm to any family member.

Irma vs Hesper- they both get disqualified because they are nuts and take each other out anyway.

Andromeda vs Narcissa. Narcissa wins.

Bellatrix vs Walburga. Bellatrix wins.

Druella vs Cygnus- Druella wins, because she pulls out some unheard of crazy ritual that brings the whole house on their heads. It's a big 'oopsie moment' but she's left standing in the ring, so there it is.

Old Sirius vs Arcturus. Old Sirius wins. (RIP Arcturus, his dad destroys him)

Orion vs Pollux. Orion wins.

Sirius vs Regulus. Sirius wins.

Alphard has no one to match with, and he's drunk anyway, and distracted by a handsome audience member. Disqualified.

Second round (the unfair matches. Tessuth was tired when she arranged them):

Bellatrix vs Druella. Bella wins.

Narcissa vs old Sirius. Yikes!

Orion vs Sirius. Sirius wins (in part because he genuinely earned it, in part because Orion can't bring himself to hurt his son too much).

Final round:

Old Sirius vs Bella. Old Sirius wins, though he's impressed by the fight Bella put up! He always liked her the best (that is to say, he only bothered to get to know her from all the sisters).

Old Sirius vs Sirius. They fight in the ring, and in the skies. It's a tough one.

Old Sirius is crowned winner. He's handed the medal.

But because Sirius and Bella are extremely sore losers, they team up and fuck him up.

They rip the medal in two, and each wear one side around their necks; they're soulmates anyway, so they can also be medal-mates.

But perhaps the true winner is Regulus, because he predicted every single match outcome and placed bets on who will win. He predicted the final winner from the get go, but he also predicted the cheating shenanigans Bella and Sirius got into at the end. He cleans everyone of gold, and buys himself a manor far, far away where he can go have a drink in peace once in a while.
