Kamala would need to win Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin from the looks of it. So, where does that leave us? Who’s to say all three of these states are very volatile. There’s a high chance she loses Michigan ( I mena she fully fumbled it there so it depends on if the people choose to over look that), so that’s already bad news. Georgia would have been a good alternative but gerrymandering needed any chance of that.

7. What's something the fandom does when it comes to this character that you like?

❤️:I like a lot of the art that people make when it comes to Cayde (and Destiny in general).Some people are so,so talented.Drawings,cosplay,props,figures,blender renderings,what have you,I love it. The more love I see for one of my favorite characters,the better.Cayde deserves all of that love. I've also adored seeing New Lights get to meet Cayde for the first time in The Final Shape and fall in love with his character. It's something special.A whole new generation of Cayde fans.❤️

22. If you're a fic reader, what's something you like in fics when it comes to this character? Something you don't like?

♠️:I'm honestly not as big of a fanfic reader as I used to be.Although,I do like it when people send me fanfics they've written,and I do read those (and if anyone ever wants to recommend fics,feel free and I'll take a look.❤️)

Something I like: 

❤️:In the few fanfics I have read involving Cayde,I like it when he gets to go on a quick adventure outside of the Tower,getting into some shenanigans and gets back in one piece. I also enjoy it if any of the Hunter gang are involved (or at least referenced) in said shenanigans,or if it makes me feel something,a good story should always make you feel something. Whether it makes you laugh or tugs on your heartstrings.

Some things I don't like:

-When people write Cayde where he uses slang like "rizz","babygirl","sigma"or "skibbity" casually in a sentence (yes, I've seen people write him like this,"babygirl" in the romantic sense?Maybe,but in the slang sense,no.I can't see him saying that.),if he were human (and not a centuries old Guardian 😅),I'm fairly certain based on his personality in the game, he'd be somewhere between his mid/late 30's-mid forties (Also basing this a little on both of his V.As who are currently in their 50's,but during most of Cayde's screentime throughout the games,they were in their 40's), he'd have no idea what those words meant.Even if he spent time around younger Guardians,it'd be like your dad using slang to sound cool and failing miserably at it,not to mention literally none of the characters talk like that in the game,which makes it even harder to imagine. (I personally couldn't take a character seriously, if they did.)

-When people write him like he wouldn't know what any real life current pop culture would be.Yes,Destiny takes place hundreds of years in the future,but he literally makes a reference to watching Firefly,a show that came out in 2002,and was cancelled after one season.(Also one of my favorite shows btw.😘)Cayde references it because his V.A is Nathan Fillion,who played the main character,Malcom Reynolds,on the show. It's an Easter egg,but it's still canon. He references it in idle dialogue in D1.

So saying he wouldn't at least know what something more popular and super ingrained in our current culture, like Star Trek or Star Wars is, would be a little far fetched in my opinion. Not to mention the people at Bungie are a bunch of nerds and there are literally hundreds of pop culture references throughout the actual games. (This has nothing to do with Cayde,but just further proving my point,one of the ornaments for Malfeasance itself is a Firefly reference. "Aim to misbehave"? Yeah,that line is a direct reference to Firefly.I also kinda wanted an excuse to use one of my favorite gifs of Mal. 👀)

I also understand that not everyone is a massive kriffing nerd like I am,and the likelihood of that being common knowledge is slim,so I at least understand why some people might not know that,but it's just a preference of mine. (Also historically,in real life, we know a lot about events,customs,and trends from hundreds of years ago,so saying the same of the Destiny-verse,which takes place in the future, isn't a stretch. Even if all historical records were destroyed,there would still be word of mouth stories handed down through the centuries.)

Needless to say, people can write and interpret Cayde however they want,I couldn't give a cotton sock,I'm an adult and I'm just answering the question and giving my opinions and preferences.Take them with a grain of salt. 😄

i just finished trying to read and translate the story and if i interpreted it correctly, it's pretty much about how midori was anxious about letting his supportive fans down in his solo Feature Live because he doesn't want to disappoint them

matsuyo vs choromatsu: this one is interesting, personally i would think it would be funny and very ososan-esque if it ended in a tie. in the end the joke is on all of us, no one wins or loses. downside it would be a very anticlimactic ending for most people

matsuyo vs chibita: THIS would actually force people to vote for two prominent side characters that get written off by most watchers. it's very evenly matched. people won't give into favoritism bc a sextuplet isn't involved, and there's no widely liked one-off characters to compete with. they have personalities and their own stories to tell, even if the focus isn't always on them these days. unfortunately i don't think there will be as many voters :/ the hype would die down pretty quickly

ryan was one of the founding members of the band (iirc the original lineup was ryan ross on guitar and as lyricist, brendon urie on vocals, brent wilson (later replaced by jon walker) on bass, and spencer smith on drums). panic at the disco got their big break as a band after ross and urie sent their first demos to pete wentz of fall out boy (who himself was a friend of ross), leading to pete signing the band to his label, decaydance records. ross and walker left in 2009 after the release of their second album because of like. creative differences and stuff (mostly between ross and urie) and there was a huge blowout with their record label that ended up with urie and smith remaining signed to decaydance/fueled by ramen under the panic at the disco name and ross and walker getting burned pretty badly with regard to a lot of their music that ross wrote in the first place. it’s all just kind of depressing in a unique way because it was a band of childhood friends that totally cannibalized itself over the course of two decades

but ok in all honesty, it depends how you read the book – if you think your love for the ro's outweighs your potential qualms with the actual plot/writing/etc, then you should go for it! i think that there's a lot of enjoyment to be found in this book, but it depends what way you're willing (or able) to read it if that makes sense

whats like your process for writing i have ideas but ive just never like started writing ive tried planning but i get so bogged down and idk youre a writer so im just wondering what you do to like get started and stay motivated i guess (dont post if off anon btw thank you…)

For me, I either plan out so much and then write and then go back and plan more, or I do freewriting of an idea and just go back and edit and revise it until I like it!

For the first one, I suggest separating your planning into sections that you can switch between, instead of trying to tackle a whole story at once!

For example, my onenote sections are summary of the story (the blurb that would be on the back of a book or the description on wattpad) -> setting (time period, place, general history of the area) -> characters (work from main characters first, then add other characters as you write about them) -> outline (timeline of events and who is involved, climax, main story points) -> prologue -> chapters. This is how I'm working through my main story. It makes it so you can go back and easily edit information about your story as you get new ideas, and switching between each section once you get bored or overwhelmed with one is easy peasy.

For the second one I do, I just write down whatever! Incomplete sentences, random plot points unconnected, bits of dialog! And once I get the idea out of my head, I go back and edit it. And then I edit it again.......and then I add more......and then I edit that too!

I get a lot of story ideas in my head that turn out to be nothing, but it's hard to determine whether or not you can complete a thought when it's bouncing around in your brain. So I definitely suggest freewriting!

And for your last bit about staying motivated, I don't :) don't try to force yourself to write if you are struggling! Step back for a few hours, days, weeks, or months if you have to! Start a new story, look up writing prompts to do, practice certain aspects like dialog or scene descriptions by writing out what people in a painting are doing!! But don't ever force yourself to write because you will go back in editing and realize that it suuuucks bad.

that's another thing though, isn't it? because i can go on and on about how he's dating someone who's been a fan of him for years and how fucked up that is and no one will listen but we (meaning the human collective) have just barely learned that some relationship dynamics are fucked up despite the ages of the participants. when one of those vine sauce boys was just having one night stands with his fans people were uproariously angry... and that's not AS bad for various reasons but still bad in a way that is now being ignored. it is never okay to take advantage of your status as a content creator to enter into any type of relation/situationship with someone, especially when you're as popular as He is. however, i'm aware relationships have certain contexts and, as an outsider, you can't and *shouldn't* try to come up with that context that you'll never know for sure... BUT, as i've said a billion times in the last year or so, knowing that someone has been watching you and a fan of you for a majority of your career should AT THE VERY LEAST make you step back and question whether or not to pursue a relationship with them. if at all.

Absolutely! That's why it's so important to me that I warn people about what it's like to have a pet bird. They are loud, they are messy, they are needy, they are expensive, and they are delicate. They're also often incredibly long-lived!

I specifically talk more about parrots because those are the birds that my brain likes the most, but just about every species of pet bird fits into one or more of those categories. I've wanted a pet bird since i knew it was possible to have one, but I know that, as of right now, I am not capable of properly caring for a pet bird of any kind!

Parrots are absolutely incredible and I love them so, so much; that's why it's so important to me that people understand their needs and the unique challenges that they present.

Someday I will have my own home with a separate room for all my candles and incense and maybe cbd cigarettes, and someday I will have my own income and the space to house a bird. Someday, I will be ready, but I have to recognize that today is absolutely not that day.

And that's okay.
