Understanding The Process and Benefits of Hair Transplant in Turkey
Hair transplant in Turkey has gained significant attention due to the impressive results it provides in the field of hair restoration. Individuals suffering from hair loss are now turning to this option for hair regrowth, seeking a solution that not only restores hair growth but also improves hair density.
Hair loss can be caused by a variety of factors such as male pattern baldness, female pattern baldness, hair thinning, alopecia, or other underlying hair loss causes. Understanding these causes can be the first step towards seeking the right treatment. However, the advances in medical technology have made it possible for individuals to treat these conditions and regain their natural hair.
A hair transplant is a procedure that involves moving hair follicles from one part of the body to another. It provides a solution for permanent hair growth, addressing the problem of baldness in both men and women. The process involves creating a new hairline, which is designed to match the natural growth pattern of the individual's hair.
The hair transplant procedure in Turkey has been praised for its ability to provide a natural look. This is achieved by ensuring the transplanted hair follicles mimic the natural hair growth pattern, leading to a hairline that blends seamlessly with the existing hair.
For individuals suffering from extensive hair loss, hair restoration through best hair transplant in Turkey can be an effective baldness treatment. It not only stimulates hair growth but also improves hair density, providing a fuller and healthier look.
One of the key benefits of the hair transplant procedure is the potential for hair regrowth. Unlike other hair loss treatments that may provide temporary results, a hair transplant provides a permanent solution. The transplanted hair follicles are resistant to DHT, the hormone responsible for hair thinning and loss, which means the results of the transplant are long-lasting.
In conclusion, hair transplant in Turkey offers a proven solution for those seeking to address their hair loss and baldness issues. It provides a natural look, stimulates hair regrowth, and improves hair density. Despite the cause of your hair loss, whether it's male pattern baldness, female pattern baldness or alopecia, this procedure can provide a lasting solution.
A Comprehensive Guide to Hair Transplant in Turkey: Quality, Success Rate, and Patient Satisfaction
Turkey has emerged as a popular destination for medical tourism. Known for its high-quality healthcare services, it attracts numerous international patients seeking various treatments, including hair transplants. This rise in medical travel to Turkey can be attributed to several factors, such as the country's impressive hair transplant success rate, its commitment to patient satisfaction, and the affordable hair transplant costs in Turkey offered.
When it comes to the quality of hair transplant procedures, Turkey has a reputation for offering excellent services. The country boasts an impressive success rate, with a significant number of patients reporting satisfactory outcomes. Various hair transplant reviews reflect this success, with patients praising the skill and professionalism of the medical teams involved.
The benefits of a hair transplant in Turkey are numerous. One of the primary advantages is the cost. Given the high costs of hair transplant procedures in many other countries, Turkey offers a more affordable alternative without compromising on quality or success rate. This factor alone has led many people to choose medical travel to Turkey for their hair transplant procedures.
Moreover, the level of patient satisfaction in Turkey is high. This satisfaction can be attributed to the professional and personalized care provided by the medical teams, as well as the country's commitment to maintaining high standards in healthcare.
However, like any medical procedure, hair transplants also come with their own drawbacks and alternatives. It's essential for anyone considering this treatment to conduct thorough research and understand the potential risks and maintenance requirements involved. For example, hair transplant maintenance can be a lengthy process that requires commitment from the patient to ensure the best results.
While hair transplant reviews generally paint a positive picture, some patients might find the recovery process challenging or might not achieve the desired results. Hence, exploring hair transplant alternatives can be a prudent step for those who might not be suitable candidates for the procedure or those who prefer a less invasive approach.
In conclusion, Turkey stands out in the field of medical tourism, offering quality hair transplant procedures at affordable costs. With its high success rate and patient satisfaction, it proves to be an excellent choice for those seeking overseas treatment for hair loss. However, it's crucial to consider the potential drawbacks and maintenance requirements associated with hair transplants, and explore alternatives if necessary, to ensure an informed decision.
Unveiling the Intricacies of Hair Transplant Procedures in Turkey
The hair transplant industry in Turkey has grown exponentially over the past decade, making it one of the top destinations worldwide for this sought-after procedure. Two of the most common methods utilized are Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) and Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT). Both transplant techniques have proven to be highly efficient, each with its unique advantages tailored to the patient's individual needs.
Follicular Unit Extraction is a meticulous method that involves harvesting individual hair follicles from the donor area and implanting them into the balding or thinning sections. On the other hand, Follicular Unit Transplantation involves removing a thin strip of hair-bearing skin from the back of the scalp, which is then divided into individual follicular units via microscopic dissection before being transplanted into the recipient area.
Anesthesia is a crucial part of the hair transplant procedure in Turkey, ensuring that patients experience minimal discomfort during the operation. The surgical team, equipped with state-of-the-art surgical instruments, prioritizes patient comfort and safety, making the procedure as painless as possible.
The advent of the robotic hair transplant has revolutionized the industry, enhancing precision and reducing the time taken for each transplant session. This advanced technology ensures that the patient's natural hair growth pattern is maintained, offering an undeniably realistic and satisfying result.
The transplant cost in Turkey varies depending on the complexity of the hair transplant surgery, the number of grafts required, and the specific technique employed. Despite these variables, Turkey remains a cost-effective choice for hair transplant procedures given the high standard of care and postoperative services offered.
To sum up, a hair transplant procedure in Turkey, whether FUE, FUT, or a robotic hair transplant, is a comprehensive process that involves a skilled surgical team, advanced surgical instruments, and a patient-centric approach. The focus is always on ensuring the best possible outcome for the patient, making Turkey a preferred destination for those seeking to address hair loss effectively and efficiently.
The Comprehensive Guide to Understanding Hair Transplant in Turkey
Hair transplant in Turkey has gained worldwide recognition for its high-quality services, affordable costs, and impressive results. One critical aspect of this procedure involves the use of donor hair, which is typically taken from a donor site at the back of the patient's head, where hair growth is most abundant. The donor hair is then transplanted to the recipient site, usually the balding or thinning areas on the scalp.
During the surgical procedure, a hair surgeon meticulously extracts hair grafts from the donor site and plants them onto the recipient site. The objective is to achieve a natural look that complements the patient's hair growth pattern. It's a delicate process that requires precision, expertise, and a deep understanding of aesthetic hair patterns.
Preparing for a hair transplant involves several steps. The hair transplant preparation phase generally includes a thorough consultation with a hair surgeon. During this time, the doctor will provide detailed hair transplant advice, discuss the patient's hair transplant expectations, and explain the entire process, including potential hair transplant side effects.
Once the procedure is complete, the patient's journey towards a fuller head of hair is not over. Post-surgical care, or hair transplant recovery, is a crucial phase of the process. The patient should follow a specific hair transplant follow up regimen to ensure optimal healing and growth. This may include taking prescribed medications, avoiding strenuous activities, and following a recommended hair care routine.
Seeing is believing, and nothing proves the effectiveness of hair transplant in Turkey better than hair transplant before and after pictures. These images showcase the remarkable transformation that patients can achieve with this procedure. However, it's important to remember that results may vary based on the individual's hair characteristics, the extent of their hair loss, and their adherence to post-surgical care guidelines.
The journey to reclaiming a full head of hair may seem daunting, but with the right advice and guidance, it becomes a journey worth embarking on. Hair transplant in Turkey offers individuals battling hair loss a chance to regain their confidence and enjoy a renewed sense of self.
Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery: Understanding Hair Transplant Safety and Efficiency in Turkey
The field of dermatology has seen significant advancements in recent years, particularly in the area of cosmetic surgery. One such procedure that has gained popularity worldwide is hair transplantation. In Turkey, this procedure has become a sought-after solution for many individuals suffering from hair loss. This piece aims to provide you with comprehensive hair transplant information, including pre-operative evaluation, post-operative care, and more vital aspects.
Hair transplantation is a healthcare service that requires careful consultation and planning. The process begins with a thorough pre-operative evaluation. During this phase, the patient's overall health is assessed, their hair loss pattern is evaluated, and a suitable treatment plan is crafted. A dermatologist or cosmetic surgeon specializing in hair transplant will guide the patient through this process.
Post-operative care is crucial to the success and efficiency of the hair transplant. Patients are given post-transplant instructions that they must adhere to strictly. These may include guidelines on washing the scalp, taking prescribed medications, and avoiding certain activities that could jeopardize the results of the surgery.
The recovery time from a hair transplant can vary depending on several factors, including the patient's overall health and the extent of the transplant. However, it is essential for patients to understand that this is not an overnight process, and patience is needed to see the full results of the procedure.
While hair transplant risks and hair transplant complications are minimal, it is crucial to be aware of them. Some potential risks include infection, scarring, unnatural-looking hair, and the possibility of the transplanted hair not growing as expected. It is important to discuss these risks in detail with the surgeon during the consultation phase.
Hair transplant safety is of utmost importance. Precautions are taken to ensure the patient's well-being during and after the procedure. These may include sterilization of surgical instruments, use of local anesthesia, and close monitoring of the patient's vital signs throughout the procedure.
Lastly, the efficiency of hair transplant procedures in Turkey is noteworthy. Many individuals have seen significant improvement in their hair density and appearance post-procedure. However, it is worth mentioning that results may vary from person to person based on factors like their overall health, age, and the extent of hair loss.
In conclusion, understanding hair transplant procedures, from pre-operative evaluation to post-operative care, is crucial for anyone considering this option. The more informed you are, the better you can navigate your hair transplant journey in Turkey.

Moreover, there are several important hair transplant considerations to keep in mind. These include ensuring you have realistic expectations about the results, understanding the post-operative care requirements, and being prepared for the recovery period. You should also consider the need for potential additional sessions in the future.
Finally, achieving hair transplant excellence requires choosing the right professionals and the best possible care. Understanding the Process and Outcomes of Hair Transplant Surgery in Turkey
Hair transplant surgery has become a popular solution for people experiencing hair loss across the globe. Turkey, in particular, has become a go-to destination for this procedure due to its advanced medical techniques and experienced professionals. This article aims to provide you with a comprehensive guide on the hair transplant procedure in Turkey, from preparation to recovery and everything in between.
Before undergoing the hair transplant surgery, there's a series of steps involved in the hair transplant preparation. It is essential to have a thorough consultation with the experts to understand your hair condition and the expected outcomes. The preparation phase is crucial as it sets the ground for a successful surgical procedure and ensures that you know what to expect.
Hair transplant surgery itself involves carefully moving hair follicles from one part of the scalp (known as the 'donor site') to the balding or thinning areas (the 'recipient site'). The surgical procedure is meticulously done to ensure that the transplanted hair follicles will grow in the right direction and look as natural as possible.
Once the surgery is completed, the hair transplant recovery process begins. This phase is extremely important as it dictates the overall success of the surgery. Patients are given specific guidelines to follow to ensure that the transplanted hair follicles heal properly and start to grow. The recovery period may vary from person to person, but typically, visible growth can be observed after a few months.
Like any other medical procedure, there can be hair transplant side effects. Some common ones include swelling, numbness, itching, or infection. However, these are usually temporary and manageable with the right care and medications. It's important to remember that any medical procedure comes with potential risks and benefits, so a detailed discussion with the healthcare provider is essential prior to the procedure.
One of the most exciting parts of the entire process is seeing the hair transplant before and after results. These are often showcased to potential patients to give them an idea of what they can expect. It's important to note that results can vary depending on individual circumstances, and the full effects of the transplant may not be visible until a year after the procedure.
In conclusion, setting realistic hair transplant expectations is crucial. While this procedure can significantly improve one's appearance and confidence, it's important to consider all aspects - from preparation to recovery and potential side effects. Consulting with a professional and understanding the process thoroughly can help ensure a successful hair transplant experience in Turkey.
Post-Surgical Care and Alternatives: Essential Aspects of a Hair Transplant in Turkey
Hair transplant in Turkey has rapidly earned a reputation as a sought-after destination due to the high-quality services provided. But beyond the actual transplant procedure, there are several other factors that potential patients should consider. These factors include the hair transplant follow-up, post-surgical care, hair transplant advice, and the cost of hair transplant.
The hair transplant follow-up process is a crucial factor that often goes unnoticed. Once the procedure is completed, it's important to have a consistent follow-up schedule with your surgeon. This ensures that the healing process is going smoothly, and any potential issues can be swiftly addressed. Most patients are keen on viewing hair transplant reviews to get a sense of what the follow-up process looks like, and to gauge the level of post-surgical care provided.
Post-surgical care after a hair transplant is another significant aspect that potential patients must understand. This involves understanding how to take care of the transplanted area to avoid infection and ensure optimal growth of the transplanted hair. It's advisable to seek hair transplant advice from professionals to gain a comprehensive understanding of the post-surgical care process.
While hair transplant reviews provide an insight into the experiences of previous patients, they also offer a glimpse into the procedure's effectiveness. The reviews can help potential patients make an informed decision by considering the experiences of others who have undergone the same process.
As much as hair transplants are popular, there are also hair transplant alternatives that individuals can consider. These alternatives may include medications, low-level laser therapy, or even lifestyle changes. It's important to explore these alternatives, discuss them with professionals, and consider their pros and cons before deciding on a hair transplant.
Hair transplant maintenance is also a key aspect to keep in mind when considering this procedure. This involves routine care of the transplanted hair to maintain its health and appearance. Regular washing, avoiding harsh chemical treatments, and maintaining a healthy diet are all part of this maintenance process.
Lastly, the hair transplant costs are a significant factor for most individuals considering this procedure. Turkey is known for providing high-quality services at competitive prices. However, it’s important to factor in all the costs involved, from the procedure to post-surgical care and follow-up visits.
In conclusion, while a hair transplant in Turkey may seem like an attractive option, it's essential to consider all these factors before making a decision. Knowledge about the procedure, post-surgical care, maintenance, and cost can help individuals make an informed decision that suits their needs and expectations.
The Pros and Cons of Undergoing Hair Transplant in Turkey: Suitability, Quality, and Expertise
Hair transplant in Turkey has gained considerable acclaim worldwide due to its high-quality services and expertise in the field. The continuous advancements and innovations have made it a popular choice among individuals seeking solutions for baldness or hair thinning issues.
One of the significant hair transplant benefits in Turkey is the superior quality offered. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology and highly skilled professionals, Turkey has been able to deliver remarkable results consistently. A successful hair transplant can provide a natural-looking, fuller hairline, significantly improving one's appearance and boosting self-confidence.
Another advantage of hair transplant in Turkey lies in its suitability for a wide range of individuals. Regardless of the cause or degree of hair loss, there are various procedures available that cater to different needs and expectations. The hair transplant expertise in Turkey is reflected in their ability to assess each case accurately and recommend the most appropriate treatment plan.
Despite the many hair transplant advantages, it's essential to be aware of the potential drawbacks as well. One of the hair transplant disadvantages might be the cost. Although it is more affordable compared to many other countries, the procedure may still be a significant investment for some individuals.
Another downside to consider is the recovery time. After a hair transplant, the recovery period can last for a couple of weeks, during which certain activities might need to be limited. It's important to factor in this downtime when considering a hair transplant.
Lastly, while the hair transplant quality in Turkey is generally high, results can vary depending on individual factors such as the extent of hair loss and overall health. Therefore, it's vital to have realistic expectations and understand that while hair transplants can significantly improve hair volume and appearance, they may not fully restore the hair to its original density.
In summary, while there are many hair transplant benefits to anticipate, it's equally important to consider the possible drawbacks. A thorough understanding of the hair transplant advantages and disadvantages will help individuals make an informed decision. The suitability of the procedure, the quality of service, and the level of expertise in Turkey make it a strong contender for those contemplating a hair transplant.
Essential Considerations for a Successful Hair Transplant in Turkey
Hair transplant in Turkey has gained worldwide recognition for its excellence in providing natural-looking results. However, just like any other medical procedure, it comes with its own set of considerations and requirements. This article aims to shed light on some of the key aspects of the hair transplant experience, tips to ensure a successful procedure, and potential complications to be cautious of.
Firstly, it's crucial to understand the requirements for a hair transplant. These primarily revolve around the health and age of the potential candidate. It's necessary to have a comprehensive health check-up to ensure that the body is capable of undergoing such a procedure. It's also crucial to have realistic expectations from the surgery, as the results largely depend on the individual's hair type, hair color, and skin color.
One of the most significant hair transplant considerations is choosing the right procedure. There are various methods available, each with their own pros and cons. It's essential to do thorough research and consult with a medical professional who can provide the best advice based on your specific needs and circumstances.
Next, let's talk about the hair transplant experience itself. The process can be quite lengthy, requiring several hours to even a day, depending on the number of hair grafts being transplanted. You can expect some degree of discomfort during the process, but most patients report that the procedure is less painful than they anticipated.
Moving forward, let's delve into some hair transplant tips that can enhance the overall success of your procedure. One crucial tip is to follow all pre and post-operative instructions diligently. This includes avoiding certain medications before surgery, not smoking or drinking alcohol for a certain period, and following a specific hair care routine after the procedure.
Despite the excellence of hair transplant procedures in Turkey, potential complications cannot be completely ruled out. These can include infection, scarring, unnatural-looking hair, and in some cases, the transplanted hair not growing as expected. However, these complications can be significantly reduced by taking the necessary hair transplant precautions, such as choosing a reputable clinic and following all post-operative care instructions.
Lastly, it's important to remember that a hair transplant, while effective, is not a cure for hair loss. It can significantly improve the appearance, but underlying conditions causing hair loss need to be addressed separately.
In conclusion, while embarking on the journey of a hair transplant in Turkey, it's essential to keep these considerations in mind. This will not only help to ensure a successful procedure but also minimize any potential complications.

No matter how much your routine is practiced and the necessary precautions taken, you are constantly taken by surprise at how much pleasure your Minotaur lover grants to you. Arriving home from the office, he barely tugs loose his tie and releases his suspenders with the snap of each band before you are taken into his arms and roughly placed against the nearest surface.
In this case, that meant the floor.
Back splayed on the wooden floorboards, hair damp and sticking against your forehead with beads of dewy sweat, legs thrust over his muscular shoulders, he drives his muzzle against your core and consumes your desire like a starved animal. Each lap of his long, purple tongue expertly seeks out and stimulates the deep recesses of your glistening cunt and savors each gush of your slick against his palate. Your hands grasp his broad horns to anchor you to the earth as he propels you to unexplored horizons of bliss and yearning.
Mewling and crying out for him, he does nothing but huff and pant against you as he senses your release band in your abdomen and coil tightly. He draws up his fuzzed hands and holds your hips flush with the floor as your back arches.
Continuing to grind at your clit and forcing you to lay trapped and take the pleasure he was granting you, the band finally snaps and erupts over his snout as his eyes roll back in his head.
Heaving and crying for him, he growls against you and continues lapping each wave of contracting desire washing against his lips. Weakly attempting to push him away from your core by the horns, he continues to consume your lust into waves of overstimulation until you are a babbling mess beneath him.
Each flick of his tongue over your sensitive slit and up to your clit has you unintentionally holding your breath and arching your back as he claimed your pleasure over his lips and rolled it in his tongue. A particular high-pitched call of his name has him smiling against you, his dark eyes staring up at you and greedily taking on your form in the thralls of pleasure.
“Breathe, baby,” he commanded you with a low growl, “Just breathe and let me have this.” You had no choice but to nod, your entire body ignited by the waves of lust. Each follicle of your hair was raised, your nipples in stiff peaks beneath what was left of your shirt.
He continued to consume you, snapping each coil expertly, hastily and greedily as they approached. Gushes of arousal poured from your core against his face as he dove into you. His cock throbbing beneath his gray dress pants and leaking precum against the material.
He would ignore his needs for now. His desires to release the stress of his workday by claiming your cum against his lips was far more satisfying than simply driving his giant cock into your much smaller body. Each time he did this when arriving home from work, he felt his stress roll away in waves from his shoulders. He adored you, the little cries you whimpered for him, and the unbridled mewls you would keen out with each eruption of bliss.
Having you like this was his favorite thing, and he was not willing to let up until he was satisfied you had nothing more to give. He knew you inside and out, intimately knowing your limits and willing to test them each time just a little further.
As you rode through your sixth orgasm on his face, tears running down your cheeks and saliva spilling over your lips as your mouth flew into the perfect ‘O’ he loves so much, he gave your thigh a gentle tap and whispered huskily up at you.
“C’mon, pretty,” his huffed smile praised up at you, “I know you've got one more.”

i am so sorry to be bothering you abt this but
If you've dealt with the hair loss of 4norexia how did you deal with it
(I spent years caring abt my hair and I kinda don't want it to fall out-)
don't worry, you're not bothering me at all!! i've never personally dealt with hair loss but i do have a list of things that's said to prevent it, keep in mind that this is just what i've found through research and what i've heard works and may not be 100% true :)
Supplements
Vitamin A- produces sebum which is a natural oil that keeps the hair from becoming brittle and dry by moisturizing the scalp helps promote cell/hair growth, improves blood circulation to the scalp which brings oxygen and nutrients to the roots, helps repair damaged hair, helps protect the hair from UV rays and environmental pollution
Vitamin B7/Biotin- essential for the production of keratin which is a protein that makes up hair as well as skin and nails
Vitamin B9/Folic acid- also helps produce keratin, helps renew and grow hair follicles, helps create red blood cells that carry oxygen and nutrients to the hair, helps distribute nutrients throughout the body which can make the hair look shinier and stronger
Vitamin B12- produces red blood cells that carry oxygen to hair follicles, metabolizes amino acids which are fundamental to hair health, stimulates hair follicles to produce healthy strands of hair, prevents breakage and strengthens hair strands due to quicker cell division; producing stronger cells
Vitamin C- helps produce collagen which supports hair follicles and strengthens hair, helps absorb iron, prevents dihydrotestosterone which is a hormone that could possibly cause hair loss, helps reduce dandruff and itchy scalp due to vitamin C having antibacterial and antiviral properties, and can help improve the outer cuticles alignment which makes the hair shinier and more vibrant (if applied to the hair, i believe the last two won't work if taken orally)
Vitamin D- helps create new hair follicles which are the pores that hair grows from, signals the anagen phase by interacting with hair follicles which produces thicker hair
Vitamin E- has antioxidant properties that help reduce oxidative stress that contributes to hair loss due to damaged hair follicles, creates a protective layer that locks in moisture and prevents dandruff, helps balance the scalps oil production by soothing the oil glands, helps unclog hair follicles, can help prevent damage to hair ends, can increase blood flow to the scalp which keeps it nourished and hydrated
Iron- helps produce hemoglobin which is a protein in red blood cells that carry oxygen to hair follicles
Zinc- helps maintain the hair follicles structure, it's involved in DNA and RNA production which is important for cell division, regulates keratin production, helps maintain oil glands around hair follicles which keeps the hair looking shiny, aids collagen formation; giving the hair strength and bounce
Collagen- a protein that surrounds each strand of hair, helps grow thicker and stronger hair by strengthening the follicles, gives hair volume and retains moisture, helps manage elasticity which makes it less likely to become brittle and damaged, can help treat brittle and dry hair and repair split ends, promotes scalp health which promotes healthy hair growth
Omega 3- a fatty acid, nourishes hair, prevents inflammation in hair follicles, improves circulation in the scalp, may help with thinning hair and dryness
Lifestyle
Manage stress by meditating, journaling, talking to friends/family, etc
Wear a hat and/or use UV-protectant products on your hair and scalp when going outside
Be gentle with your hair while brushing or combing, use a detangler
Avoid harsh treatments on your hair like dyes, curling/straightening, heat, etc. If you do plan to curl/straighten/blowdry your hair then use heat protectant
Choose loose hairstyles over tight ones that pull on your hair
Take care of your scalp by keeping it clean, gently massage in shampoo with your fingers or use a scalp massager
Eat more protein
Use a silk or satin pillowcase to prevent breakage due to friction, tangling, and pulling
Use essential oils on your hair, mix a few drops with a carrier oil like almond, olive, coconut, or jojoba oil, massage the mixture into your scalp and ends if you choose, leave it in for 5-10 minutes or rinse immediately, repeat 2-3 times a week.
Rosemary Oil- may promote new hair growth and slow hair loss
Chamomile Oil- may calm an irritated scalp, promote hair growth, and reduce dandruff
Peppermint Oil- may help with hair thickness and growth
Tea Tree Oil- may help make hair healthier and remove dandruff
Lavender Oil- promotes hair growth, fullness, and thickness; can reduce frizziness and split ends, can protect the scalp from bacteria and fungus, can treat lice and bacterial infections, can help close the cuticle layer and protect hair, and can strengthen hair follicles

Alopecia on the Rise After COVID, Study Suggests - Published Jan 10, 2024
by Shannon Firth
The incidence of alopecia areata significantly increased after COVID-19, a nationwide study involving more than half a million South Koreans found.
In a propensity score-matched analysis, incidence of the autoimmune form of hair loss was 82% higher for individuals with versus those without a prior COVID infection (43.19 vs 23.61 per 10,000 person-years; adjusted HR 1.82, 95% CI 1.60-2.07), reported Jin Park, MD, PhD, of Jeonbuk National University Medical School in Jeonju, South Korea, and colleagues.
Higher incidence was seen in all groups older than 20 years, with a greater risk observed both in women and men, they detailed in a JAMA Dermatologyopens in a new tab or window research letter.
The study also revealed an increased incidence of telogen effluvium -- rapid hair loss triggered by stress or other changes to the body -- among the cohort with COVID compared with the control group (adjusted HR 6.40, 95% CI 4.92-8.33).
"These findings support the possible role of COVID-19 in AA [alopecia areata] occurrence and exacerbation, although other environmental factors, such as psychological stress, may have also contributed to AA development during the pandemic," Park and co-authors added. "Plausible mechanismsopens in a new tab or window of AA following COVID-19 include antigenic molecular mimicry between SARS-CoV-2 and hair follicle autoantigens, cytokine shifting, and bystander activation."
Alopecia areata "occurs in susceptible individuals by environmental triggers, such as viruses, vaccinations, and psychological stress," the researchers said, adding that while reports ofopens in a new tab or window documented new onset, exacerbation, and recurrence of alopecia areata after COVID have been increasing, evidence linking alopecia areata to COVID has been limited. Danilo Del Campo, MD, a dermatologist with the Chicago Skin Clinic, described the study findings as "more confirmatory" than "surprising."
"Anything that can stimulate the immune system can trigger other problems, and alopecia areata, in particular, stems from a strong immune reaction," he told MedPage Today.
He likened the immune system to a web of "secret spies," constantly "on the hunt" for infiltrators. Sometimes it simply has the wrong target -- in this case hair stem cells instead of virus cells -- which is known as antigenic molecular mimicry.
Another explanation is that COVID infection leads to a "huge influx of cytokines," which has other downstream effects. Alternatively, it may be that hair stem cells are too close to infected cells or to "helper cells" trying to clean the infected cells, and are inadvertently targeted, known as bystander activation.
Shoshana Marmon, MD, PhD, of New York Medical College in New York City, told MedPage Today in an email that while the "plausible mechanisms" described by Park and his team are "theoretically sound, their specific roles in the context of COVID-19 and alopecia areata require further empirical validation through research and clinical studies."
For their propensity score-matched study, the authors used data from the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency-COVID-19-National Health Insurance Service cohort from October 2020 through September 2021. The cohort included 259,369 patients with COVID and 259,369 patients without COVID. Patients were matched along demographic characteristics and comorbidities.
Looking at clinical subtypes, incidence of patchy alopecia areata or alopecia totalis and alopecia universalis (AT/AU) were higher in patients with COVID, at 35.94 and 7.24 per 10,000 person-years, respectively, as compared with 19.43 and 4.18 per 10,000 person-years among controls. Meanwhile, the prevalence of alopecia areata and AT/AU was 70.53 and 12.39 per 10,000 person-years in the COVID group versus 52.37 and 8.97 per 10,000 person-years in controls.
"During the study period, the age- and sex-adjusted incidence and prevalence of AA [alopecia areata] and AT/AU in COVID-19-infected patients were considerably higher than in the prepandemic period in Korea, in which incidence and prevalence of AA and AT/AU remained constant from 2006 to 2015," they wrote.
Park and team acknowledged "potential detection or misclassification bias" in their study, despite using validated sensitivity analyses with several matching variables. They said that "further studies are necessary to validate the association between different populations and elucidate the causal relationship between the two conditions."

Baby Steps Part 1
Larissa Weems x fem!reader
Summary: Larissa and reader begin their journey to becoming parents
Warnings: Needles, pregnancy, mentions of PCOS (PCOS girlies unite), blood
A/N: Okay, so a lot of you wanted me to write a Larissa x pregnant!reader and I've decided to make this a tiny series. I was gonna make it a tiny continuation of If I Could Turn Back Time, but I forgot in the epilogue that they adopted a student so oh well. Tiny Larissa x reader series! Also I know I could've just had Larissa shapeshift a dick, but I'm not up for writing that.
Also lmk if you wanna be tagged in the next part<3
Read Part 2 here
Tumblr media
It was in the dark of your bedroom that you whispered her name, “Larissa?”
“Hm?”
You felt her arms tighten around your waist. “What do you think about…children?”
“Children?” She sat up and leaned over you. “Well, I think I have to like them since I’m the principal of a school.”
You sighed, smiling softly as she pecked you on the lips. “That’s not what I meant. I mean…a…family. What do you think about a–starting a…family…?”
Your heart began to race. It had been on your mind for months and all you were waiting for was the courage to bring up the topic. You were anticipating Larissa’s reaction, every scenario in your head ending with the phrase, “Maybe we should get a divorce.”
But, instead, when she laid back down behind you and pulled you into her embrace, she placed a kiss on your neck and smiled. “I would love nothing more, my darling.”
Tumblr media
Larissa held your hand as you sat on the table at the doctors office. The sterile white paper underneath you crinkled with every move you made.
“The doctor should be in shortly,” the scribe said, smiling before tossing her gloves out and leaving the room.
Your eyes wandered the room, noting the diagrams and pieces of maternity art that hung on the beige walls. You giggled as you watched Larissa blow into a latex glove before letting it go and watching it fly around the room. You sobered up immediately when a soft knock on the door was heard.
“Hi!” The door opened and a short woman with frizzy hair walked in. “I’m Dr. Curan. It’s lovely to meet you.” She took a seat on the rolling stool in front of the computer, opening your file on it and skimming through it. “So, I see that you’re here for an evaluation.”
“Yeah, we’ve decided to, uhh…start a family. But, as you can see,” you said, gesturing between yourself and Larissa, “we kind of need help with that.”
The doctor smiled. “Well I can help you with that. Were you thinking in vitro? Intrauterine?”
“Intrauterine,” you answer. “Of course, though, in vitro is okay if it’s necessary.”
“Okay! So, the first thing we’re gonna have to do for intrauterine–or artificial insemination, whichever one you wanna call it–is a fertility test.” Dr. Curan looked over your chart once again. “I can see in your chart here that you do have PCOS, so that can affect your fertility. Other than that, you’re healthy and you’re young, so my hopes are high for this.”
“And what does the test consist of?” you heard Larissa ask.
“Part of it will be a blood test,” the doctor said. “This one will measure two hormone levels. The first is the follicle-stimulating hormone. Its main job is to control the growth of eggs in your ovaries. And the second hormone is anti-mullerian. It’s produced by the follicles themselves and the more anti-mullerian you have, the more eggs you’re probably going to have.”
“And the other part?” you asked.
“The other part will be the antral follicle count,” Dr. Curan explained. “It’ll be performed by a transvaginal ultrasound. Basically, we’ll count how many follicles are in your ovaries. And, after that, we’ll go over the treatment plan.”
Tumblr media
Waiting for the sonographer, you laid on your back with your feet in stirrups. You watched as Larissa, with arms folded in front of her, looked closely at a framed poster with fun facts about the female anatomy.
“Did you know this?” she gawked. “Prehistoric females had an average of fifty periods in their lifetime! And the average woman will use 11,000 tampons in her life! That’s bonkers!” She looked back at you, meeting your surprised look before turning back around to continue reading. “Oh, look at this! A contraction can give a force that equates to roughly 1,938 kilograms of pressure! That’s 4,272 pounds! Women’s breasts can grow up to three cup sizes while pregnant! Their blood volume increases by fifty percent and their heart can grow bigger because of that! This is incredible! I can’t believe I never knew some of these!”
“Larissa,” you huff, “you need to stop reading these off to me, otherwise I’ll schedule a tubal ligation instead of an intrauterine insemination.”
She pursed her lips and smiled at you before walking over and taking your hand. Larissa leaned down and placed a kiss on your lips, “Oh, you’ll be fine, darling.”
Tumblr media
Standing at the sink, you watched out the window as your hands worked idly, scrubbing away at dirty pots and pans. You were lost in your thoughts when you felt a presence behind you. Arms wrapped around your waist and you gasped as hands slid to your hips and lips skimmed over your neck.
Low groans from Larissa vibrated over your throat as she kissed and nipped at the exposed skin. “It’s seven o’clock. Maybe you should put a hold on the dishes.”
“Maybe you should be patient,” you retorted. “A few more minutes won’t make a difference.”
Larissa hummed, “Talking back? You know, Christmas is coming up next month. I’d hate for you to end up on the naughty list…”
“Have any punishments in mind?” you quipped.
You could feel her heavy breath on your neck as her hands wandered more. Down to your ass, up to your waist, over to your breast. “So, so many,” she murmured into your ear.
You could feel one of her hands keep you steady as the other one retreated from your body. They returned shortly and one of them pulled your shirt up over your belly. “And–Ow!”
A sharp pain in your lower abdomen caused you to jolt, and after five seconds Larissa stepped away. You glared at her as she giggled to herself and recapped the needle on the pen. She pressed a kiss to your cheek, “Just think about our future child. When you’re done here, I’ll be in the bedroom…waiting for you.”
Tumblr media
Later that night, beneath the warm comforter and cold air, your naked bodies, slick with sweat, were locked in a tight embrace.
“Maybe we could ask Vlad,” you giggled.
Larissa laughed and tightened her arms around your waist, pulling you closer. “Vlad? Really?”
“Mhm,” you joked. “He’s good looking. He’s athletic. He’s European. He’s the whole package, Larissa.”
“How about we choose someone from the donor list,” Larissa suggested.
You sighed, “Fine. As long as they’re attractive. I don’t want an ugly kid.”
“You are ridiculous.”
Tumblr media
Your leg bounced up and down as you sat with Larissa in the waiting room.
“What if it’s negative?” you ramble. “What if we’ve done all of this stuff for nothing?”
Larissa’s hand went to your knee, squeezing it lightly to calm your fidgeting. “Then we’ll do it again if you want. Darling, you’re young. You’re healthy. We have plenty of time. And if you no longer want to do it, there are other options.”
When your name was called, Larissa took your hand and walked with you into the room. She sat beside you as you had your blood drawn, talking about names and if the baby would have powers like you, what color to paint the nursery and if you should start looking for a bigger house.
The phlebotomist stood up after bandaging your arm. “Alright, whenever you’re ready, you’re all set. Let me know if you feel dizzy or lightheaded and I’ll get you some juice. It’s a Friday, so you should expect the results in your chart on Monday or Tuesday, and if you haven’t by Wednesday, feel free to give us a call.”
Monday morning, your heart was racing. Your anxieties would be cured sometime that day–to be replaced with elation or disappointment. When? You didn’t know. And you hated it. The entire day moved at a snail’s pace. You could hardly focus while teaching and kept checking your phone every time it buzzed. This happened so many times, in fact, that you had to silence it altogether.
At lunch, you checked your phone again, but to no avail. It was during the last class of the day that you were sitting at your desk and grading papers while the students had free time that the buzz of your phone made you almost sick with anticipation.
New message: ‘Hello! You have one (1) new test result waiting in your chart. Questions? Call (802)44…’
You thought the bell would never ring. However, when it did, and your students flooded out of the room, you followed suit with your phone in hand. Rushing up the stairs, you had made it to Larissa’s office in record timing. You knocked quietly on the door and when you heard a faint voice beckoning you to enter, you did.
“How was your day?” Larissa smiled as she put away files in a desk drawer .
“Long,” you sighed, giving her a peck on the lips before sitting down. “But, I got an interesting message…The test results are available.”
Larissa froze. “What are you doing? Open it!”
“But, what if it’s negative?” you said.
She took your hand in hers, eyes softening and her voice lowering. “My darling, if it’s negative, it isn’t the end of the world. Like I said a couple weeks ago, this isn’t our only option.”
“Right…” You took a deep breath and sighed. “Well, here we go.”
You unlocked your phone and opened your online patient portal. The words at the top of the screen make your insides turn.
One (1) new test result!
You tapped on them.

GROWING OUT + STYLING YOUR LASHES
Minimise the use of mascara + if you do use it anyway, ensure that most of the residue is washed off with micellar water before you go to sleep
Avoid lash adhesives, falsies, eyelash curlers etc for the time being.
Using a clean spoolie, brush through your lashes everyday, this helps stimulate them which promotes growth.
Apply oil to your lashes daily- coconut, castor, olive etc etc. use a cotton swab for a clean application.
Consider taking biotin, collagen, or vitamin E as supplements for lash growth (consult with your doctor first!)
Avoid touching/rubbing your eyes, as this can pull out some of your lashes.
Use tweezers carefully to style your lashes each morning
To naturally curl your lashes, I just use a small spoolie and warm Vaseline, and leave it for around 1-2 minutes.
Apply some Vaseline there and there because it helps with locking in moisture but don’t apply anything to the roots as it will block the hair follicles for growth
GROWING OUT + STYLING YOUR EYEBROWS
Same things here- wash your face and ensure no make up residue is in your eyebrows + apply oils daily.
Avoid plucking your eyebrows for 12~ weeks. This gives them time to properly grow and actually highlight stray hairs.
Try to wear sunglasses that cover your eyebrows, as excessive UV exposure to your eyebrows can harm the proteins there, which cause them to be brittle and thinner.
Once again apply small amounts of Vaseline but the former still applies.
Exfoliate your eyebrows around 3x a week as it stimulates the follicles which promotes growth
Use eyebrow gel for them to stay put throughout the day, but a good quality one as some can leave white residue.
Fill them in if they’re sparse, but still be diligent. Overfilled eyebrows<<<
Know if an arch, soft arch, or straight eyebrows suit you the best, dear peachie has a good video on this.

I'm sending this ask cause you know a fair bit about dog breeds - my mom has a Pomeranian and when she was about 2 years old, she lost all her fur. The vet told her that's just a thing that happens to some poms, tough luck - is that really a known thing?
yes that's a thing in poms :(
Tumblr media Tumblr media

Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
it's also called black skin disease and nobody is entirely sure why it happens. there's a laundry list of lifestyle changes, coat regimens, and prescription drugs suggested for treatment but from what i've read it's mostly trail and error to see what your dog may respond to and there's no single cure or guaranteed prognosis of the dog completely regrowing its coat and having it stay
veterinary dermatologists have recently had some success with microneedling which stimulates hair follicles back into a growth phase which is pretty neat!

Hey, trans guy here, and while I’m not personally interested in getting bottom surgery, I am interested in writing t4t erotica involving guys who have. Do you have any writing tips on that front or just stuff you wanna see from what I imagine is a pretty underserved niche?
Howdy and that’s awesome!
One thing that would be cool to see represented: not everyone who gets bottom surgery is a top! I’m sure not, though strangely my interest in playing that role has increased since I had the work done. You can be the biggest anal queen this side of Pornhub and still get bottom surgery. Only makes sense, right—if we can accept that having a dick doesn’t automatically make a cis man a top, the same is also true of trans men & transmascs.
Some things about a healed-up phallo dick from my experience, under a cut:
The head is VERY sensitive, and the base is very sensitive. Everything in between that has erotic sensation but in an “Mm that’s nice” kinda way until you add pressure too. Once it’s healed up, it is definitely possible to orgasm from stimulating it. How long that takes will vary, though. I was told it might be up to a year, but I have a crazy healing factor and had it back in like 2-3 months.
If you couldn’t successfully kill the hair follicles on a permanent basis via electrolysis and/or laser prior to surgery, there’ll be hair. (It’s not THAT weird. Plenty of cis men out there have hair on their shafts too!)
If you had a tattoo on your donor site, you’ve got a tattoo on your dick now, lol. It might be unrecognizable depending on where it was originally (especially on the inner wrist/forearm).
There’s a scar up the underside right in the middle and all around the base. The scar up the middle of your scrotum will look similar enough to the natural seam of an OEM scrotum that it’s not really notable.
The scrotum won’t have all the wrinkles an OEM one does at rest.
No foreskin, more’s the pity, but the head looks VERY much like a circumcised OEM penis once it’s healed.
Different donor sites tend to produce different results. The non-dominant forearm is preferred because they take a stretch of nerve with it and it’ll typically have the least subcutaneous fat, so you tend to get the best sensation and shape. With the back or thigh, bigger guys might end up with a Coke can cock, which cis men THINK they want but it’s a different story when it’s always that size.
Yep, it’s always the same size. Which means you’ve got something the size of an average-for-your-height erection at all times.
Without an implant, it’s quite floppy as you can imagine. If you manspread at all, you might have to shake a leg out when you stand up ‘cause your dick’ll go between your thighs, and you’ll notice real quick as soon as you start walking. Masturbation can be awkward depending on how you do it, but “double bagging” (wearing two condoms at once) will keep it stiff enough to top.
There are two types of implants you can get: a flexible rod made of silver encased in biostatic silicone that gets sutured to your pubic bone to make sure it stays in place (how metal is that?!), or an inflatable rod that has a pump & release in the scrotum. Look for “erectile dysfunction implant” if you’re researching these. With the former, you basically always have an erection, but it’s posable; not great if you wear a lot of Speedos, as my surgeon put it. With the latter, you choose when it stands up and when it lies down. These implants, along with testicular implants for those who get them, are always done at least 6-9 months after the initial surgery.
Recovery can be rough. I took 3 months off work and needed it. The first two and a half weeks were the worst because I had a suprapubic catheter in, and dear gods I hated being cathed. Felt like I had to pee at all times, even right after emptying the bag. Worth it, though, absolutely worth it.
If you do radial arm flap, you’ll end up with two scars aside from the ones on your groin: a rectangular graft that goes most of the way around (NOT all the way around; that leads to necrosis!) the forearm from the wrist to about halfway to the elbow; and a less-obvious rectangular scar shaped like an open book on the top of one thigh where they take a split-thickness (meaning, only part of the way down) skin donation for your arm graft. The graft is pretty obvious, especially if you’re chubby, but my leg scar is extremely subtle and continues to get fainter as my skin cycles itself out.
The graft will be forever hairless.
People will probably glance at the graft, and they might stare if they’re rude, but in the…what’s it been, almost two years I’ve had it, exactly one person has actually asked about it and that was when it was still fresh and extra gnarly-looking. I told her “It’s a graft, it’s not as bad as it looks” and there were no follow-up questions.
Because there’s nerve harvested from the inside of the forearm, sensation comes to the penis faster than it comes to the graft. The cut nerve DOES regrow! But for the first…I’d say 6-9 months? Ish? I could only feel pressure on the tissue UNDER the graft. Sensation is still duller there, but at this point I can feel temperature, moisture, and texture well enough.
Recovery includes physical therapy for the donor arm. The more you move that wrist early and consistently, the less stiff it will be when it heals. I’ll never be able to touch my thumb to my wrist again, but I also can’t do that on the right either now, so I think that’s more to do with my age than the surgery (I used to be a lot more hypermobile, but I am no longer a spring chicken).
Learning to pee standing up is a messy affair that involves cleaning the toilet and doing laundry a lot. Once you’ve got it down, though, it’s pretty awesome.
Chasers will now ghost me the instant they find out I am not biologically available to be their sexual experiment.
There are a LOT of other options for bottom surgery, but I only have passing familiarity with them based on hearing firsthand accounts and what I learned from my surgeon. Personally, I weighed meta vs phallo heavily; being able to get a natural erection with meta or Centurion was a very attractive prospect, but it just doesn’t produce a size that I would find satisfying in terms of my own self-image, so I went with phallo. There was never a question in my mind as to wanting vaginectomy with it. Beyond the unbelievable convenience of being able to pee standing up without an STP device, I fuckin’ HATED my front hole, and I REALLY hated being pressured about having things done to it (mostly by cis men, but not always) all the time.

how long did it take you to grow a beard on t? ive been on it 8 months and zero sign of facial hair yet :(
(Checks calendar) Uh... Four years.
I'm gonna assume you're FtM here for general ease, correct me if I'm wrong.
Please bear in mind that my being intersex HEAVILY skews things. I was kept at a VERY low dose of testosterone for those four years (14-18)—basically only enough to ensure I wouldn't get osteoporosis because of my missing ovary (which was removed at 14). I never got a bolus dose so my voice never deepened. My body remained more or less androgynous. At 17 I went to my own doctor in Georgia, took advantage of their intersexism and desire to "fix" me, and was placed on a low adult dose of androgel. I was on that for about 3 months to stabilise before being put on injected pellets for another 10 months, during which my beard grew in. I started getting peach fuzz by 3 months in which still on Androgel, by 6 months in I was growing a really shitty moustache. But it still wasn't a bolus dose, and while my voice deepened somewhat depending on how I position my tongue and whether or not I'm speaking with my chest, it did not drop.
I had my last testopel appt in February of 2019. Five months later my testosterone ran out and I haven't been on testosterone for 5 years since up until April of this year, when I went back on Androgel. I have a testopel appt in July.
I'm telling you this so you understand that my experiences heavily skew my history and success with testosterone. My body had been slowly masculinising for three years until I got put on a higher dose, which basically jump-started the facial hair cycle, and since then my beard has had five years to figure out its schtick (though it's starting to fill out more now that I'm at a high adult dose again).
Really, you need to look elsewhere. Are you noticing a difference on T? Any bottom growth? More body hair? Is it affecting your voice? Is your body fat redistributing to a masculine pattern? How's your libido? Are you getting new acne anywhere?
If these things haven't changed in 8 months, then your T levels are too low. If they have, then don't worry. Think of how long it took your body to feminise during puberty. Couple years, right? It's probably gonna take about that long for T. Cuz all things considered, you are going through puberty again.
Also, genes have got a LOT to do with it. If a lot of your ancestral history is Native American, East Asian (especially Chinese), or Mexican, you probably won't grow much of a beard or chest hair. Bonus points to that though—if you're any of these, you probably won't experience much male pattern baldness either.
With time—and the right dose—it all comes down to genes. My dad can grow a full beard, I can grow a full beard, my dad has a full head of hair at 75, I have a full head of hair. No clue about my mum's side because she's adopted and we don't know who her birth parents are, so the jury's still out on whether or not my hair stays as I get older.
Just be patient, mate. It'll come to you in time. And if it doesn't, bring it up to your doctor if testosterone isn't doing anything to your body, cuz it means you either need a higher dose, or your body is converting your testosterone to oestrogen. Best way to check that? Get a blood test for testosterone.
Chookas! Here if you need me.
Also, protip: if/when you grow a beard, if you choose to grow it out long like Kratos or some shit, it WILL be patchy. There's no helping it. Massage your jaw because applying pressure to your follicles stimulates growth (males grow facial hair to protect against impact during fights since jawbones break easily—massaging the places where you want growth stimulates your follicles to grow more hair to protect against impact). And also just... Don't cut it. Beards are naturally kinda patchy, but at a certain length they fill out. So don't shave! That thing you hear about shaving promoting hair growth? That's bullshit! Just massage! (This works for anywhere you grow hair btw! Yeah even your scalp! But it will not reverse male pattern baldness.)

Reworked Character #13: Allen O'Neil
POTENTIAL TRIGGER WARNING: Viewer discretion is advised due to references to death, drug addiction, crime, and torture.
Real name: Alister Titus O’Neil Sr.
Esper title: Avatar of Peak Physicality, Cheating Death, and Assimilation
Aliases: Immortal Cacodemon and Iron Cavalryman from Hell
Occupation: Sergeant of the Rebel Army, right-hand man of General Morden, Lance Corporal of the Marine Corps (formerly), and a high-ranking peacekeeping troop of the Regular Army (formerly)
Retirement plans: Open up an animal shelter and live the rest of his days in the countryside
Special skills: Armed and close quarters combat, crisis management, defensive tactics, and brainwashing
Esper abilities: He possesses superhuman strength, endurance, and stamina, demonstrated by his ability to effortlessly lift the main combat vehicles of the Rebel Army, withstand extreme physical stress, and carry the Jupiter King without its tracks and other exceptionally heavy weapons without displaying any visible signs of exhaustion. His body is physically resilient to lesser gunfire and a single grenade or pipe bomb explosion. Additionally, he boasts quick reflexes and agile movements. His body contains a silver-hued regenerative agent that rapidly repairs damaged cells and tissues, giving his blood a metallic grey sheen. When wrath consumes him, his skin erupts into a fiery crimson, radiating intense heat and morphing into a semi-scaly texture.
With a single, sweeping gesture across a person's forehead, he can consume their individuality, leaving an emptiness that makes them susceptible to mental reprogramming and emotional manipulation. Additionally, he can acquire any language and its distinct dialect through physical contact with a person's tongue and neck, granting him instant linguistic mastery. Through an unflinching, soul-penetrating stare, he can tap into the mental landscapes of those around him, syphoning their thoughts, memories, and experiences to expand his own understanding and refine his critical thinking abilities. He possesses a precognitive instinct that alerts him to impending dangers a full 20 seconds before they strike.
He possesses two unique, blubber-coated, kidney-shaped organs in his thighs, which are a pale pink streaked with bronze. These organs are connected to his esophagus by two trachea-like purplish-grey tubes. The kidney-shaped organs secrete a blood-streaked, sticky substance similar to intravascular and seminal fluids that gives birth to earwig-like pale brown creatures, approximately the length of a human arm. Each creature features bronze and crimson streaks, forest green antennae, and black centipede-like legs and forceps. The trachea-like tubes are lined with resilient, mucus-coated hair follicles, providing the creatures with a moderate layer of protection against blades and enhancing their ability to adhere to hosts. These creatures serve as vectors for mental assimilation, allowing him to recruit individuals to his cause. To achieve this, they inject neuroactive agents into a host's bloodstream by biting into a major vein. Once established, the creatures transmit electrical signals to the brain, inducing brainwashing and instilling an unwavering sense of loyalty.
He's virtually immortal due to a biological self-resurrection process, which allows him to fully restore his psyche and physical body to optimal health. Upon death, his regenerative agents kick into overdrive, rapidly repairing minor and major wounds, replenishing energy in his blood, and revitalising his white blood cells to sustain their viability. His brain remains active, sending electrical impulses that stimulate cellular regeneration, tissue reorganisation, maintain blood circulation, reverse organ failure, and induce wakefulness. It can even correct genetic damage, reactivate dormant cellular functions through epigenetic reprogramming, reboot the immune system to eliminate pathogens and cancer cells, and restore cognitive function and memory. After each resurrection, his memories of his previous death are foggy, and his once-healed injuries leave lingering stiffness for a few days.
Hobbies: Whittling, extreme off-roading, messing around with the Rebel Gigant, and hanging out with his family whenever he has the time to do so
Likes: Social justice, blowing stuff up, insulting his adversaries, and frequenting pet shops
Dislikes: Ridicule directed at him, his family, General Morden, and the Armitage twins, being viewed as weak, the Regular Army, and insubordination
Favourite food: Pompano en papillote and bread pudding with vanilla whiskey sauce
Favourite drink: Cognac
Sexuality: Heterosexual
Gender: Male
Age: 38 (in 2022), 44 (in 2028), 46 (in 2030), 48 (in 2032), 50 (in 2034), 57 (in 2041), 59 (in 2043), 60 (in 2044), and 63 (in 2047)
Blood type: B+
Weight: 254 lbs. (115 kg)
Design: He’s a 6’ 7” (200.66 cm) American mesomorph of Creole and Scottish descent with an inverted triangle build, rippling muscles, and sloping shoulders. He has honey-hued skin and striking asymmetrical eyes—amber on the right with a luxor gold pupil and mahogany on the left with a foggy white glaze. His face features subtle wrinkles, including forehead lines, frown lines, and nasolabial folds. Allen has pointed ears droop slightly, razor-sharp canines, a shaved head, and a full dark chocolate beard.
He has a tattoo on his left upper arm of a pygmy rattlesnake coiled around the base of a human skull with sparkling rubies embedded in the eye sockets. He has a few battle scars: one that starts from the centre of his right cheek to the side of his forehead, resembling a fiery comet flying upwards; three healed bullet wounds on his left deltoid; half of his left ring finger is missing; and a large, blotchy patch of scarred flesh on the right side of his abdomen.
His outfit consists of gunmetal grey wristbands, a burnt sienna armband displaying the Rebel Army insignia, and mud- and blood-stained laurel green army cargo pants tucked into spike-soled silver-white combat boots. He carries an old, cherished photograph of himself, his wife, their two children, and their two chestnut-fronted macaws securely tucked away in the right pocket of his army cargo pants. Allen wears a gold-buckled rifle green belt, complemented by a sheath for his Bowie knife and a gunmetal grey waist pack secured at the back, containing pipe bombs and a sprig of heather for good luck. He wears three black bandoliers, two forming an X-shape across his chest and one draped above his belt, holding ammunition for his M240 Bravo Machine Gun. He wears a burgundy cord necklace, showcasing a shark tooth as its centrepiece. The shark tooth is flanked by two canine teeth with three circular blue garnet beads positioned between each canine tooth.
He owns a personal Di-Cokka, twice the size of the original, its greenish-brown coat bearing battle scars—dented and scratched from a few bullet impacts. Besides transportation, he also uses it for storage, keeping portable ammo boxes and two extra weapons on hand: a M202 FLASH and a Mossberg 500 shotgun.
Super Devil form: He’s a 21’ 3” (647.7 cm) humanoid with an exaggerated musculature and smooth, rock hard rifle green skin. His head, marked by a pronounced underbite, has a canine-like appearance, with the skin tightly stretched over his skull. A wet gunmetal grey nose, reminiscent of a bear's, protrudes prominently, while his beard has grown into an unruly goatee that cascades down to the centre of his chest. He has twitching muscles, gleaming golden claws and talons, and six arms covered in decaying flesh and bulging veins, each ending in heavily scarred hands with only three fingers. He has the same eyes, ears, razor-sharp canines, and scars as the original, but his armpits and back are covered in coarse dark chocolate hair.
Two rows of stalagmite-like ruby red spikes run along his back, while two lengthy, glistening tentacles—each spanning the height of two adult males—protrude from the back of his deltoids. These tentacles boast a blue garnet hue and are adorned with mucus-coated, laurel green feelers on their underside. Allen’s tail is that of a pygmy rattlesnake, while his waist is encircled by partially protruding yellow-stained, shark-toothed human skulls with an alternating pattern of ruby and blue garnet eyes. His legs are feathered in a plumage that transitions from reddish-brown to burnt sienna, culminating in powerful silver-white ostrich feet.
Character summary: Allen is a proud and charismatic leader, renowned for his persistence in battle and unshakeable loyalty to those he holds dear, including his family, closest comrades, and General Morden. He passionately advocates against political corruption and systemic injustices, fearlessly standing up for what's right and recognizing it as his social responsibility to create a better world. He can be somewhat forgetful, particularly when recalling complex instructions or distinguishing between appropriate and inappropriate times to use bladed weapons, such as when preparing food.
He derives great satisfaction from catching his foes off guard or disrupting their plans, gaining a strategic upper hand on the battlefield. He's ruthless and pragmatic, revelling in the suffering he inflicts on those who work for corrupt organisations and/or oppose General Morden. He relishes battling his enemies, particularly his arch-rivals, the Peregrine Falcons Squad and the S.P.A.R.R.O.W.S. His passion for frontline combat is why he chooses to remain a Sergeant, the highest rank that allows him to engage in daily battles. He displays subtle admiration for individuals who demonstrate impressive tactical expertise and skillful combat abilities.
He often rushes into battle with reckless abandon, yet occasionally takes a more measured and calculated approach. He frequently taunts his enemies, using psychological warfare to erode their resolve and sow seeds of self-doubt. He skillfully cultivates loyalty among Morden's followers by subtly undermining their critical thinking and independence, making them receptive to indoctrination. Through this manipulation, Allen implants new thoughts, reshapes attitudes, and alters values and beliefs to align with Morden's ideology. Occasionally, he spares new recruits from brainwashing if he detects genuine sympathy for Morden's cause or notices that they don't see the point in questioning the ideology and practices of the Rebel Army.
His phenomenal physicality and combat skills are matched only by the size of his ego, as he frequently disparages those he doesn’t trust and makes crass, demoralising, and dehumanising remarks about his adversaries. While Allen’s superiority complex often gets the better of him, he’s an adept soldier who can endure more physical and mental punishment than his weaker comrades. However, he doesn’t view himself as superior to his family, close friends, most trusted comrades, General Morden, and the law. Besides his strength, stubbornness, and gusty courage, the only thing that keeps him alive is his devotion and unrelenting will to return home to his loving wife, Henrietta, and their children, Nancy and Allen Jr.
He deeply loves Henrietta and cherishes every moment with her, yet he can't help but find her intimidating due to her stern demeanour and piercing gaze. He loves Allen Jr. deeply, but their relationship is strained by his son's blunt criticism of his shortcomings and, more painfully, his alliance with the Rebel Army's sworn enemy. He recognizes that Allen Jr. views his actions as morally misguided, driven by an unwavering loyalty to General Morden. Additionally, he's aware that his son is troubled by his own superiority complex and impulsive decisions on the battlefield, which have repeatedly put his life at risk and led to past fatalities.
He shares a cordial relationship with General Morden, often bonding over drinks and swapping stories, especially after missions. Beneath Morden's tough exterior, he recognizes his struggles with alcoholism and the emotional toll of losing his family, and genuinely empathises with him. He finds it amusing how General Morden skillfully exploited Madoka's vulnerabilities, leveraging her unwavering loyalty to her younger sister, Rumi, and the Regular Army, to recruit her as a double agent.
He’s a good friend of Sagan, admiring her independence, resilience, and exceptional leadership abilities, which rival General Morden's in terms of tactical expertise and charisma. He treats her with the same respect he has for Morden, acknowledging her superior military rank and significant contributions to the Rebel Army's tactical prowess. He views Logan as somewhat infuriating and intimidating at times, yet treats him with equal respect alongside Sagan and Morden, recognizing his senior rank and crucial role in the Rebel Army's strategic planning and financial management. He admires Logan's easy-going attitude and willingness to offer him valuable advice on navigating more difficult tactical situations.
Backstory: Alister Titus O’Neil Sr. was born on November 17, 1984 in New Orleans, Louisiana, United States. He doesn’t remember his parents very well, as he didn’t spend much time with them, but he can recall his father being an Scottish-American chef and his Creole mother working as a construction worker. His parents instilled in him the importance of loyalty to loved ones and friends as well as the confidence to embrace his unique capabilities without shame. Tragically, at just 7 years old, his world was shattered when his mother was killed during a devastating robbery at a local convenience store. The loss proved too much for his father, who abandoned him, leaving him alone and frightened in a neighbourhood plagued by crime and bad influences.
Luckily for him, he was taken in by his uncle who, despite struggling with a fentanyl addiction and deep-seated feelings about systemic injustices, selflessly took him in. His uncle went above and beyond to raise him like the son he never had, teaching him essential school subjects and instilling in him a strong sense of social responsibility and courage to stand up against injustices. After his uncle's tragic death from a fentanyl overdose when Allen was just 13, he faced a harsh new reality and this pivotal event awakened his esper abilities. With no support system, he turned to a local gang for protection and began carrying blades for self-defence. As he gained more experience on the streets and honed his fighting skills, he gradually moved to firearms, progressively handling smaller weapons before moving on to larger ones. Following his revelation dream at 15, he dedicated himself to mastering his esper abilities.
At 16, Allen faced legal consequences for aggravated assault and burglary, leading to time in a juvenile detention centre. The Regular Army, recognizing his esper status, quickly intervened and offered guidance, aiming to mould him into a skilled soldier. The Regular Army offered him a stable home in a secure area of Scotland, aiming to provide a safer environment that would steer him away from a life of crime. With their therapeutic and parental support, he made a decision to turn his life around. Allen volunteered for social justice initiatives and animal welfare organisations to improve himself and give back to the community.
At 19, while working at an animal shelter, he met his future wife, Henrietta. A brief conversation about their future aspirations sparked a romance between them. As they went on multiple dates, their connection grew stronger. A year later, Allen proposed, and to his delight, she accepted. Soon after getting married, they welcomed their daughter, Nancy. He began his military career at 22, joining the Regular Army as a peacekeeping troop. After two years, he joined the Marine Corps. At 25, he and Henrietta celebrated the birth of their son, Allen Jr. Their family grew again four years later with the adoption of two chestnut-fronted macaws, Shirley and Kingsley.
Allen's life took a dramatic turn when Donald Morden rescued him from a near-fatal confrontation with a notorious gang of terrorists and high-risk criminals, who had collaborated with pirates, in a volatile region of South Africa. Grateful for Morden's heroism, he offered his support and loyalty, forming a strong bond as a trusted friend and ally. A year later, following a successful mission against a dangerous criminal organisation bent on destabilising government authorities, Morden introduced Allen to Sagan and Logan. He formed strong bonds with Sagan and Logan, but their demanding schedules rarely allowed for downtime together.
He rose through the ranks to become a high-ranking peacekeeping troop in the Regular Army under Donald Morden's command, while also serving as a Lance Corporal in the Marine Corps. Renowned for his exceptional combat skills, toughness, and devotion to family, he was once known for his cool attitude. As Morden's most trusted soldier and the only esper under his command, he frequently received the most complex missions, which he executed with great success and enthusiasm. He always enjoyed fighting for Morden, just as he enjoyed unwinding with Henrietta, Nancy, and Allen Jr. after a tough day.
He played a crucial role in the Arms Deal Barrage, fighting as a soldier against the remnants of the Serapion Fellowship. Alongside fellow combatants, including Morden, Sagan, and Logan, he discovered the harsh reality of corruption within the Regular Army, a truth carefully concealed from the public. A small part of him yearned to defy them for their corruption, but Morden and Tequila cautioned against it, warning he'd land on their hit list. He faced off against 1st Lieutenant Wired in a fierce battle, alone and unsupported, yet he developed a hint of mutual respect for his opponent's tactical prowess and proficiency in grenades and armed combat.
After Morden defected from the Regular Army, Allen followed him out of loyalty and disappeared from public view for several years. During this period, Allen played a crucial role in building the Rebel Army's forces by brainwashing and training new recruits alongside Morden. He also contributed to the development of tactical plans with Logan and Morden and collaborated with Sagan on clandestine missions to raid weapon facilities and acquire advanced Tuatha Dé Danann technology.
When General Morden reemerged as the founding leader of the Rebel Army and launched his coup d'état, he stood by him, playing a pivotal role in the insurgency. Tasked with defending the supply warehouse at the summit of Käthehirt Valley, Allen single-handedly annihilated the troops brave enough to tackle the treacherous mountain. However, when Marco, Tarma, Tequila, Gimlet, and Red Eye ascended the mountain, they encountered Allen and were forced to engage him in battle. Gimlet and Red Eye managed to press onward, choosing to confront the Rebel Infantry instead of fighting their former comrade. After being burned alive and shot in the head for good measure, Allen was presumed dead.
Nevertheless, he would later be revived through his biological self-resurrection process and participate in the ambush on the Regular Army, Peregrine Falcons Squad, and S.P.A.R.R.O.W.S. troops. Under Morden's command, he brutally tortured and executed many of Marco’s and Tarma's comrades and friends. He played a major role in Tarma's torture, verbally exploiting his emotional sensitivity and insecurities about his academic intelligence. He also carried out General Morden's order to sever Marco's left arm.
Allen resurfaced in a secret Rebel Army base hidden in the Siberian frozen tundra, where he once again aided Morden in his plans for global conquest, this time in alliance with the Pipovulaj Army. When Regular Army troops infiltrated the base, Allen attempted to eliminate them but was ultimately defeated by Marco, Eri, Tarma, and Fio. In the heat of combat, Allen unleashed a ferocious strike, brutally severing Tarma's right forearm. His lifeless body plummeted down a snowy cliff and was devoured by a giant orca. However, Pipovulaj troops recovered his newly resurrected remains after Marco's team departed to confront General Morden.
After the Extraterrestrial Alliance Clash, Allen, Sagan, Logan, and some Rebel Infantry and cadets, along with a few Morden sympathisers, hatched a plan for a revenge attack on the South Pacific training island owned by the Peregrine Falcons Squad. Their aim was to install and house the earthquake-causing weapon, the Cabracan, which was jointly built by the Rebel Army, Pipovulaj Army, and Amadeus Syndicate, in their new base. This was necessary as their previous bases had been raided. To achieve this, Allen and Sagan disguised themselves as drill instructors and led a group of Regular Army and Peregrine Falcons Squad cadets to a remote island in the South Pacific. Unbeknownst to the cadets, Allen had secretly brainwashed them, implanting a false sense of security and focusing their minds solely on training. Their sinister intention was to use the cadets and any Intelligence Agency agents on the island as hostages and test subjects for the experimental simian and mantis transformation serums developed by Doctor Amadeus.
Once Division 6 and the uncaptured cadets infiltrated the main base, he and his platoon of land troops would engage in a fierce clash with Allen Jr., Walter, and Dilovar. He would discover that he had joined the archenemy of the Rebel Army, a revelation that had been previously kept secret from him. Before he could escape, Walter and Dilovar took his life in a furious act of retribution for their fallen comrades. Fortunately, Sagan was able to recover his body, which was undergoing a biological self-resurrection process.

Hello 🌼 I was thanking about facial hair. I'm AFAB. I don't plan on going on T (and I heard it can make you grow facial hair naturally?) but I still would want to grow a beard, or a mustache perhaps, in the future. Would hair transplant help me with that or would my hight estrogen/ lower testosterone make it not work out?
Lee says:
For folks who are unfamiliar, a facial hair transplant involves taking hair from a donor site on your body (usually the back of the head) and transplanting it to your facial region.
It's a common procedure for individuals who cannot grow facial hair naturally or who have patchy beards, and a beard transplant is a viable option for people who do not want testosterone, or were not happy with the amount of facial hair they grew on testosterone.
Transplanted hair behaves like natural hair. Once it's transplanted, it will fall out initially and then start to grow back over the next few months, eventually growing like regular facial hair, even if you're not on testosterone.
AnotherPascal has posted about his beard transplant on Instagram and TransLife&Wife has posted about his on YouTube.
There's an article about beard transplants for trans folks called Facial Hair Transplantation for Transgender Patients: A Literature Review and Guidelines for Practice that was published in the Aesthetic Surgery Journal in 2021. I believe it's open access and I would highly encourage you to read the whole thing!
Like natural facial hair, transplanted hair may require regular trimming or shaving, depending on your desired look.
Testosterone & facial hair:
However, as you've heard, testosterone can indeed stimulate facial hair growth, which is why individuals who take testosterone (T) may experience increased facial hair over time.
You mentioned you do not plan on taking T, which is perfectly valid, but if you think there's a chance that you may change your mind in the future then I would consider waiting for the facial hair transplant until you're at least a couple of years on T because it can take time for your facial hair to fill in.
If you choose to not take T and just go straight for the transplant, having higher levels of estrogen won't necessarily negate the effects of a hair transplant. The transplanted hair is genetically programmed to grow in its new location.
In theory, the lack of testosterone might mean that the hair grows less densely or slowly than it might for someone with higher testosterone levels, but I don't think that's necessarily the case here because the follicles being transplanted are from the head so they'd behave more like head hair than beard hair.
Finding a Trans-Friendly Provider (for a facial hair transplant):
If you're considering a facial hair transplant, the first step is to consult a doctor specializing in hair restoration. They can assess your hair quality, discuss your expectations, and determine whether you're a good candidate for the procedure.
Referrals: Consider asking for referrals from local LGBTQ+ groups, transgender support groups, or healthcare providers known to be trans-friendly.
Consultations: Schedule consultations with potential surgeons. Use this opportunity to ask about their experience with transgender patients and facial hair transplants specifically.
Online Research: Look for reviews or testimonials online. Some websites are dedicated to reviewing medical professionals, and others are focused on the LGBTQ+ community.
Professional Organizations: Check if the surgeon is a member of professional organizations like the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH), which could indicate they're up-to-date on best practices for transgender healthcare.
Keep in mind that any surgical procedure comes with risks and costs. Ensure you're aware of these, and don't hesitate to seek a second opinion if you're unsure.
It might also be helpful to connect with others who have undergone similar procedures or are exploring similar options. Online communities, support groups, or LGBTQ+ centers can be great resources, but it isn't a very common procedure so you may have more look looking to cisgender men who have done similar things.
Facial hair transplants are often considered cosmetic procedures, which many insurance plans do not cover. However, coverage varies widely, so it's important to check with your insurance provider. It may be possible to appeal a denial for coverage by saying testosterone isn't indicated for you so this is a necessary treatment to resolve gender dysphoria etc.
If a procedure can be deemed medically necessary (for example, as part of gender-affirming treatment), insurance might cover it. A therapist might be able to help you make this case to your insurance company by writing a WPATH-style letter of support saying that you need it for Gender Dysphoria Reasons tm. It's also helpful if the office of the doctor doing the hair transplant writes a letter of medical necessity too.
Look for a surgeon who is board-certified in plastic surgery or dermatological surgery. This indicates they've met specific educational, training, and professional standards. It's also beneficial if the surgeon has experience with transgender patients, as they may be more attuned to your specific needs and goals, and may know how to get insurance to cover it.
It may seem obvious, but you have to make sure they have extensive experience with hair transplants, particularly facial hair transplants. Unfortunately some doctors are in it for the money and don't put patients first and/or think they're more capable than they are. To make sure they're up to the task, ask to see before and after photos of previous facial hair transplants they've performed, especially for patients with similar goals to yours.
And again, look for patient reviews or testimonials about their experiences with the surgeon. Pay particular attention to the experiences of trans individuals. I can't emphasize how important we are as a community-- we need to look out for each other and make sure that people don't see predatory providers!
Finally, it's crucial that you feel at least somewhat comfortable with the surgeon. They should treat you with respect, listen to your concerns, and provide thorough, honest answers to your questions. You don't need to be best buddies and they don't need a stellar personality either, but you need to feel like they're competent and that you are comfortable asking them questions about your care and could speak to them if you had complications.
While you wait for your consult, there is one alternative that you can try.
Minoxidil (Rogaine):
You can try minoxidil to increase your hair growth. A lot of people use minoxidil (rogaine) on their faces, and a few use it for body hair. It’s considered an “off-label” use- it’s officially approved for head hair and not other locations. Lots of medicines are used off-label, even prescriptions can be given off-label safely. Topical minoxidil is generally safe, as long as you use the dose recommended by the doctor/the bottle.
There's anecdotal evidence that minoxidil can stimulate new facial hair growth and may help thicken existing hairs. However, its effectiveness can vary, and there's limited scientific research on its use for facial hair specifically.
You can get it over-the-counter (aka without a prescription) online through Amazon or other sites, or at a pharmacy like CVS or Walgreens (it’s usually in the isle with men’s hair products like beard dye, and razors).
Minoxidil is generally safe but can cause side effects like dry skin, itching, and irritation. It's also a long-term commitment; you'll need to continue using it to maintain any new hair growth.
You shouldn’t use more than the recommended dose per day, no matter what body part it goes on (i.e. you shouldn’t cover your legs in it, unless you can stretch the normal dose that far). This is because minoxidil is a vasodilator, which lowers blood pressure. You also shouldn’t use oral minoxidil for hair growth because oral minoxidil is used primarily to lower blood pressure.
Will minoxidil (i.e., Rogaine) enhance my facial hair growth?
Using Minox for facial hair
Minox is deadly to some pets like cats and may cause hair growth in unusual places
A high concentration of minoxidil (like 12.5%) can cause low blood pressure
My Personal Experience with Minoxidil Pre-T
If you have some peach fuzz from Minox, dying your existing hair darker with facial hair dye might make it more obvious. This is also true for your body hair.
Will facial hair dye make my facial hair appear thicker/denser?
Remember, there's no one "right" way to be you. Whether through medical procedures, hormone therapy, or personal expression, what matters most is that you feel comfortable and authentic in your own skin. If you're sure that you don't want T, then maybe a facial hair transplant might be the right option for you!
Followers, anything to add?

Do you have any great shower tips for me? Especially since summer is coming , I feel as though when I get out the shower I still don’t feel super clean. Right now I’m just cleaning my body with a bar soap and a regular rag. I use my African exfoliating net but I stopped. Plus I barely moisturize my body
here’s a link to my shower routine: 🫧
Important Shower Tools:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Loofahs are great for exfoliation, cleansing and mood elevation. They can contain fungal organisms which can lead to skin infections so make sure you are cleaning your loofah + replacing them every 3-4 weeks.
Scalp massaging tools are one of my fav shower tools. They are known to help with dandruff, stimulating scalp + hair follicles, increasing blood circulation and getting products out of your hair.
Foot exfoliation tools are important to have in order to soften your feet and prevent painful calluses. Use the tool at the end of your shower when your feet are nice and soft. I also use mine when giving myself an at home spa day by filling my tub up with water and doing a foot soak before using the tool.
I’ve heard great things about African Exfoliating Nets! You can keep using it or look into other shower tools to bring into your routine.
Moisturizing Body Washes:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Look for body washes that contain: mineral oil, glycerin, petroleum, soybean oil, jojoba oil, almond oil, aloe vera, olive oil + shea butter for moisturizing properties.
Match your body wash’s scent to your perfume, body oil, lotion or body butter for a longer lasting scent.
Out of the Shower Moisturizers:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
As soon as you step out of the shower apply body lotion, body butter or raw shea butter to help moisturize.
Use friction (circular motions) and effleurage (long gliding strokes) to work the product into the skin. this will help increase circulation, relieve tight muscles + encourage the lymphatic system to flow.

I’ve been alternating oiling my hair (not scalp, everything else) with either coconut oil or jojoba oil once per week before I wash it (I leave it in for as long as possible - could be 1 hour or 24 hours).
The results are 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
I’m also preparing for PP hair loss now by massaging my scalp a couple times per week to stimulate the hair follicles + taking collagen.
