What started out as a simple 'what-if/redesign' on Thomas snowballed into a fully-fledged AU! This is just a gimpse into what's in store for it but, I might post some more about 'Thomas & Friends: Back on Track!' if people are interested!

Uhhhh this is probably gonna be ALLL over the place, just rambly rambling,, but anywhoo,

With my version of them, Sun's rays would definitely be plushie- I think it would be silly if he could still feel the rays- maybe he'd say someshit like "Oh gosh, I think I almost popped a stitch" or something silly like that during any stressful events,, I like cartoony silliez,, ALSO, their bow!! ..Moon would definitely untie the bow out of spite, after Sunny takes all their time to straighten it and perfect it up. Can't have shit in the Pizzaplex

ALSO! His rays would almost definitely have little squeakers in them to! The credit for that idea goes to one of my buddies,, we both agreed it'd be a cutie-patootie idea,, AS FOR HOW THEY FEEL ABOUT ONE ANOTHER- I'm still trying to mess around with that! Maybe I'll make some more silly art about how I interpret their relationship to be like before and after glitchy shit,, yaya,,,

Dogman AU where Petey brought a dead Flippy back to life by turning him into a Cyborg. But then Petey abandons him after he goes haywire resulting in Flippy ripping half of his tail off. Flippy now wants to kill Petey and resents him even more after Petey makes Lil Petey. Flippy could also be a parallel to Dogman if you think hard enough about it. A fish turned into a monster and a dog turned into a hero, both caused by Petey in some way (making Flippy half robot, causing the explosion to turn Dogman into Dogman) 🎉

Also I turned Flippy into a Tumblr Sexy Man, whoops 🦄🌈🌸 Also it’s probably set in some form of older time frame because I’m a freak about that stuff 🤮🤮

been slow cooking a NMPD Monster High AU in my brain for a while now, so here are the nerds! height chart and design notes under the cut :]

Richie:

he’s a gillman/water monter (from Lake Michigan specifically) because of his fisher vest and the ‘wanna join the swim team’ line

in MH canon, freshwater monsters can’t breathe air, so he has a breathing aid around his neck like G3 Gil

cephalopod eyes as a nod to how he and Wiggly are both played by Jon

don’t ask how his fins go through the fishnets i truly forgot until i had already finished drawing him

it’s not shown here but he has pointy teeth like G3 Lagoona!

Ruth:

she’s a simulacrum/Frankensteinoid because of the planned NMT3 story ‘Frankenruth’

giant bolts inspired by Franken Fran’s Fran Madaraki that connect to her headgear and a sweater inspired by Soul Eater’s Franken Stein

shoes are lifted directly from a G1 Frankie fashion pack because they looked cute

one white streak like the Bride of Frankenstein rather than Frankie’s all-over highlights

not sure if the ‘mad scientist’ that re-animated her should be Hidgens or not. i think they would make a fun family duo… maybe that’s where she gets her love of musical theatre?

Pete:

he was going to be ‘son of the Goatman’ but i thought a ghost fit better :) no particular reason :)

the boxes on his chains are based on the Lament Configuration bc i always associate the Spankoffskis with Hellraiser

he’s always slightly translucent, but gets more visible in low light. he glows in the dark too!

his ghost was bound to Hatchetfield high after his death, for some reason. he’s been here a while- at least since bow ties were in fashion

no, those aren’t detention chains- this isn’t Haunted High. in the AU, in the living world, ghost chains work a bit differently

In the meantime, here’s a redraw from the Silver Eyes Graphic Novel I did. FNAF is a horror series why the hell is it so bright here 😭 Especially considering that Spring Bonnie is William’s murder suit, I feel like having the darkness really sets that tone more efficiently. Also I have a growing head-canon that Spring Bonnie is his FAVORITE. Of course, this obsession with the character is taken to an unhealthy degree, which is ironic considering how he became one with Springtrap. (Nothing wrong with strongly having a fave lol)
