Your Next Glow Up | Pick A Pile
Hello and welcome to this Pick A Pile! In here you'll find out how your next glow up will go. I hope you guys enjoy and find this useful. Do make sure to leave comments down below on your experience! I do want to remind you all that this is a General Pick A Pile which means this is for a lot of people: therefore keep what resonates and leave what doesn't.
Masterpost > Questions > Paid Readings
Pick A Pile!
Tumblr media
Pile 1:
Your glow up will come from simply growing up. This may be because youโ€™re getting into puberty, youโ€™re ending puberty. Maybe your face shape will change, your nose shape etc. Itโ€™s time that makes you glow up, itโ€™s time that makes your body change.
Youโ€™ll be aware of this change, youโ€™ll know this change will happen; this might be because you manifested it or are/were listening to subliminals. Youโ€™ll be contained with this change, youโ€™ll be happy with this change, but your personality wonโ€™t change because of it. If youโ€™re overall insecure it wonโ€™t change that, if youโ€™re already confident it wonโ€™t change either, itโ€™s only your appearance that will be different after this glow up, and it will simply be because youโ€™re growing up.
Pile 2:
Your next glow up will be triggered by accepting what your body needs. Youโ€™ll find out how sleep improves your sense of awareness and amount of energy. Youโ€™ll get your body relaxed, your mind relaxed, and it will show off in your appearance and personality.
Some things might hold you back at the beginning, like an immense amount of thoughts, not being able to have an empty mind, not being able to relax even if you donโ€™t do much. Youโ€™ll find out what relax your mind, what relaxes your body, and give it the rest it needs.
You wonโ€™t have trouble with sleeping anymore, youโ€™ll be able to get through difficult situations easier because itโ€™s easier for you to think clearly, itโ€™s easier to think of solutions or correct conclusions. Youโ€™ll give your body what it needs, youโ€™ll give your mind what it needs, and it will be clear to everyone and everything this was a glow up for you.
Pile 3:
Your next glow up will enhance your social skills. Youโ€™ll start talking to people more, find more joy in your life and start talking to way more people. Your glow up will come from enjoying yourself and broadening your horizons when it comes to information and experiences. Youโ€™ll experience a shift in your way of thinking and enjoying things, youโ€™ll learn about yourself, who you are and who you want to become.
Youโ€™ll learn how to leave things behind in such way it doesnโ€™t negatively affect you. Youโ€™ll learn how to accept things easier, find understanding in situations. Your next glow up will give you a new sense of self, your glow up will come from inside, having new confidence to show on the outside.

Astro knowledge
A short more educational post for y'all!
Tumblr media

Pisces/Neptune rules marketing while Gemini/Mercury is more about sales. Theyโ€™re both deeply related but difference is Gemini is the salesman that appeals to your reason and resorts to mind games (Mercury) in a one-on-one to convince you why you should buy into something. Marketing on the other hand is ruled by Pisces because it appeals to the collective unconscious (Neptune). Itโ€™s all about crafting subliminal messages that make you see that product/idea as more appealing even when you know what you're seeing is not realistic. Very related to propaganda as well. This is also a field that requires a lot of creativity, they're constantly using metaphors, hyperboles or even making up little fictional stories to sell a product...
I've already said this but for anyone new, the planet that rules real love is moon not Venus. See the full explanation here
Where Sagittarius is in your chart will bring luck and happiness, but Taurus does give off expansive (or dare I say expensive) energy too. Where Taurus sits in your chart is an area of your life that will be more grandiose in nature cause Taurus rules over indulgence and pleasure. You could experience some sort of privilege when it comes to this house, the themes of this house come to you in abundance with little to no effort. Some examples:
Taurus 1st house: have a striking and bold appearance, gives off luxury and attractive vibes regardless of their looks. These people could come across as a "high value woman/man" without trying
Taurus 7th house: very active and abundant love life, lots of suitors and business partners landing on your lab, they want to provide for you and/or give you lucrative opportunities
Taurus 9th house: having access to high quality education or elevated knowledge. Probably attended a very exclusive or expensive collage, payed vacations vibes, easy and frequent relocations
Taurus 10th house: almost untouchable reputation, very respected and liked by others, is always seen as innocent or harmless, lots of success with their ventures
The 2nd house also talks about your roots and upbringing but in a more objective and material sense. This house and the position of its ruler can be very telling of how your actual social and economic context shaped your basic values. It can also talk about your house as the 2nd house rules over real state, lands, properties, etc. The 4th house is more about your home, how you were raised within that reality and how it impacted you emotionally at your core
Example: Libra risings could come from an environment that shaped their values around survival and money gains due to Scorpio 2nd house (I've seen very commonly they come from marginalized groups or humble beginnings or very financially competitive environments). So they have a family that is very demanding and expected them to work or be a boss from a young age (Capricorn 4th house)
Speaking of, 2nd house does not ONLY rule money!!! It rules RESOURCES and anything that you own that is highly valuable and you can put a price on!!!! And yes of course since these things are valuable they can be easily monetized, traded, used to make you money. This can be your skills, assets, real state, etc. The 2nd house is your piggy bank basically
There's a lot of talk about how 11th house is how you make money in your career while 2nd house is how you spend it. Well this is technically true but I'd like to add more explanation to this. In derivative astrology 11th house is 2nd (money) from the 10th (career) so it does show how you actually make money from your career. 2nd house is where you get money but 11th house is how you make money. Your 11th house is the multiplier (credits to @cosmicpuzzle for that fact) while 2nd house is where your financial stability lies on. In other words 11th house is indicative of how you generate more but 2nd house is all about what you already have, its about what you can make with what you OWN already, it deals with money that is already available through your resources' value (again, you piggy bank). This does 'make' you money in a way like if you lose your job and are lacking money your 2nd house where you turn to for example if you own a house you can rent it, you can buy a rare item that costs a lot, selling your art or any other natural skill, etc. The concept of value is important in this house bc it can increase or decrease (while 11th house increases and multiplies). The more valuable your resources are the more potential money you have available which means more financial stability and wealth. Anyways hope all that makes sense
We often refer to water signs when talking spirituality but truth is fire signs are very spiritual in nature as well. Fire symbolizes the spark of life itself, nothing could exist or be created without it. Aries deals with the basic ontological conception of 'I am, I exist', Leo is about how the self manifests and create itself and Sagittarius is about the purpose of the self. Living beings need heat to thrive/live and just like fire radiates heat your spirit radiates energy, creativity, passion, action, inspiration, purpose... and that's what fire signs represent. I'd say fire represents the fundamentality of spirit while water is more about the complexity of inner world.
Just like Aries is the "natural" ASC for a birth chart, Libra is the natural ASC for a composite chart cause a birth chart represents the chart of an individual (Aries) while composite represents the mutual relationship between two people (Libra)
When you develop the themes of a certain house in a healthy manner, you naturally start attracting the themes of the opposite house. This goes to show you that things in astrology aren't as compartmentalized as they seem, everything works together in certain way SPECIALLY axis'. Examples:
You need to focus on yourself first (1st house) to find the right partner (7th house)
You need to investigate and learn (3rd house) in order to find higher answers (9th house)
When you invest successfully (8th house) you earn more available resources (2nd house).
When you develop your hobbies and individuality (5th house) you find keen people (11th house)
When you heal spiritually (12th house) you find healthier habits (6th house)
There's this misconception that you have to disregard your South Node in order to develop you NN, but the thing is the SN is the starting point that can lead you towards developing your NN. This can happen as a harsh and painful lesson tho if you liger too much on your SN. For example NN in Libra need to learn to compromise in this life, there's a lot of focus on the self and independence, but eventually this placement teaches them that if you really wanna develop yourself in full potential (Aries) eventually you'll need others (Libra). If they linger too much on Aries SN they could experience a harsh lesson that forces them to count on others

THE MASTER MANIFESTERS (astro observations)
Tumblr media
Just to note: every person can become a master manifester. These are just some of my observations. Enjoy!
โ‚ แข.หฌ.แขโ‚Žหšเญจเญง It's 5:55 while I'm typing this.
๐ŸŽ–๏ธ Part of fortune/ Pars fortunae in the second house or Taurus can manifest food that they crave and skincare/make-up products easily. (They can also potentially cook well).
๐ŸŽ–๏ธ If a person lets down a person with prominent Leo placements (especially if it's in Sun, Mars, Mercury, or Saturn) and prays for their downfall then I must say that they will certainly be disappointed. Since Leos are fuming and you insulting them just fuels them to be more driven in their aspirations. It surely helps them manifest great things while proving haters wrong simultaneously.
Tumblr media
๐ŸŽ–๏ธ The power that Jupiter in the 12th house natives hold when it comes to manifesting is immaculate. They just have stored a lot of good karma from their past lives is what I believe. The 12th house also rules the subconscious. The majority of our daily actions are done subconsciously due to habits and having Jupiter over this house comes in handy for these individuals. They are also mentally strong.
๐ŸŽ–๏ธ Sagittarius or 9th house Moon/Venus/Jupiter can manifest philosophical, spiritual, or books with knowledge of higher studies pretty easily. They may have an upbringing with wise parents or their parents may also have a habit of reading, or just meet wise people & partners who gift/suggest them books.
Tumblr media
๐ŸŽ–๏ธ If you are a person with 11th house placements then I'd suggest you manifest things by using technology and social media (for example: by making Pinterest vision boards).
๐ŸŽ–๏ธ Listening/ saying affirmations while practicing mindfulness can be really beneficial for mercurians especially if they struggle with anxiety.
๐ŸŽ–๏ธ Aries and Pisces placements can be "delusional". If it's done with a positive connotation then they will manifest great things.
Tumblr media
๐ŸŽ–๏ธ If "lucky girl syndrome" was a person then I would say they would be a Venus, Jupiter, and Neptune dominant.
๐ŸŽ–๏ธ And if listening to subliminals was a person it would be someone with prominent 12th house placements.
๐ŸŽ–๏ธ Scorpio/Capricorn/10th house/8th house/ Venus-Pluto/ Venus-Saturn placements ๐Ÿค manifesting that revenge glow-up. Their glow-up literally leaves people to be awestruck. You know the quiet and timid kids in school transforming and who have turned into a baddie when you meet them at reunions.
Tumblr media
๐ŸŽ–๏ธ Saturnians are also very skilled people when it comes to manifesting. Their indifferent nature makes them detached from the outcome and once they start working for the things which they love then they are set to become great achievers and manifesters. Their stoic and patient demeanor is indeed very admiring.
๐ŸŽ–๏ธ Natives with Jupiter in water signs (Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces) or houses (4th/8th /12th) can manifest through feelings. (meditating and visualizing the feeling which they will potentially feel if they got what they desired for example: visualizing the feeling of joy you get when you receive an email saying that you're hired.)

MERCURY-NEPTUNE : THE ILLUSIONIST MIND READERS. CAPTORS OF THE SOUL & RARE GEMS OF THE COSMOS.
Tumblr media
Mercury/Neptune aspects have a mind that is capable of seeing things out side of the norm. There ability to see the unknown and be able to see the subliminal in everything makes them a delicacy in understanding the magic behind the scenes.
Mercury neptune babes have the ability to sense things through social cues others would never guess theyโ€™d know upon meeting them. Their able to pick up on energies in the space of the and can sometimes hone it for themselves.
This special quality allows to dip and dabble with certain vibrations and alchemize it.
Naturally good at telepathic communication and are impeccable mind readers.
No matter what a person does it will be impossible to hide the truth because energy does not lie. It is thru the art of communication they are able to receive certain messages from you even if it doesnโ€™t make sense at the moment.
This placement is a rare gem. I call this a โ€œsirenโ€ aspect. Due to its nature or attracting others with their voice and alluring them with their thoughts and ways of expression.
Very good at hiding the truth in plain sight and showing us what they want to see, thatโ€™s their Neptunian skill kicking in putting up a fog whenever they feel is necessary.
As they are great at seeing thru illusions they are even better at creating them.
Their way of making you feel something with the use of words is a power tool into embracing others and themselves. It is through the tongue that they are able to heal you, themselves as well as speak what they desire into fruition.
The dreamers use words to script their reality and make it possible by living through the heart. Neptune is the higher octave of Venus so it is the higher heart. Believing in something even if we do not see it as the part that makes the dream grow stronger.
Can recieve visions starting at a young age. Seers are typically born with this placement and can have dreams of the future. Deja vu moments can happen very often and usually itโ€™s a message for them on how to perceive the future.
Something about their mannerisms makes people inspired by them. Neptune is also the muse, so the way they write and speak can sometimes be duplicated due to the magical auras they carry, it shows through their way with words. <3 hope you all enjoy !

Where to start ?
Such a basic question and yet so many answers. At the beginning of your journey, you'll find yourself with a whole lot of motivation, goals and dreams, so you may feel kinda lost as to where you're supposed to start.
1. Know what you want.
It may sound kind of cliche, and stupid, but really, what do you want ? Yes you wanna be successful, but doesn't everyone want the same thing ? Be precise and give the details. What does success mean to you ? How does the highest version of you look like ? What's her self-concept like ? How does she dress ? Is she more classy or street wear ? Mysterious or a ray of sunshine ? Avoid following the trends. For example, lately the "dark feminine aesthetic" has been taking over tiktok and pinterest, and no matter how cool it might seem, it might not be your cup of tea at the end of the day. Do not to strive to become someone you won't enjoy being. Don't try to be liked by everyone or try to be the heart of the parties when you genuinely enjoy being alone more and have very few friends and acquaintances. And don't try to be "mysterious and dark" when you're actually someone who laughs a lot and who's socially attractive. You can also make pinterest boards with specific facial features you want, with the body type you want, the vibe you want in general. Or, you can keep a journal and divide your life into different aspects (physical attractiveness, intelligence, mindset...), and go into details in each aspect.
2. Create a base routine.
What's a base routine ? That's basically a simple, yet achievable and productive routine you're going to follow, and prioritize over any habit you want to add to your life. So for example, I don't have much time in the morning, so my base routine mainly focuses on after school (your base routine could be about all day, you do you), and it looks like this :
45 min of maths
1 hour of other school work
15 minutes on Duolingo
Learning one new page of spanish vocabulary
Listening to my beauty subliminal playlist 2x
Listening to my specific feature subliminal playlist 3x
Brush my teeths
Affirm and meditate
Go to sleep
As you can see, my base routine is literally SO simple. Every two months, i may add more stuff to my base routine. The goal is to prioritize this routine over any other new habit you wanna add. For example, let's say i wanna start working out every day for 1 hour, and the first day i started, i found myself with no time to work out, which is normal, since I'm still discovering about what works and what doesn't for me, but I'm not going to ruin my base routine or not do one of the habits in it, just for the sake of a newly formed one.
3. Create an alter-ego.
Really basic, but you're going to create a sort of character in your mind, give it a name (mine's name is Abla ๐Ÿ˜‰). This alter-ego is everything you wanna be, so everything you wrote about in step 1, and you're going to start acting like her. Everytime you're feeling lazy, or confused, ask yourself "What would she do ?" (she being your alter-ego). Slowly, you're going to morph into her, and don't hesitate to go for it and exaggerate.
4. Find out about what you're supposed to do.
Divide your life into aspects. I personally, have divided mine into 6 aspects :
Physical attractiveness (face, body, hair, voice, scent, style)
Intellectual development (knowledge (psychology, body language, science...), language learning, chess)
Mindset (confidence, self-love, self-concept, self-worth, discipline)
Skills (cooking, endurance, baking....)
Spiritual life (religion, meditation, mindfulness, healing)
Personal achievements (writing a book, best at my promotion, become president of a club)
That's how i divided my life, now take the time to divide yours, and identify what habits you're supposed to follow in order to improve in each aspect. For example, to improve your appearance, you may have to start a skincare routine, so that's one of the habits.
5. Declutter your space.
Your phone, your room, your desk, your locker, your wardrobe everything. Change your phone theme, block people, delete unnecessary pics and screenshots, donate clothe you don't need, clean your locker. Have a rebirth in a clean and organized space.
So that's it for this post, hope it was helpful, bye my loves.

เฝเฝฒเฝ‹เพ€๐“‚ƒ เฃชห– ึดึถึธ PRE-MINDSET BEFORE SHIFTING!!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
First of all i want to thank you all for supporting my waiting room ideas post. I am really greatful for that. And second of all i am really sorry for not posting anything after that. I am an IT student and i have been busy with my exams and collage stuff so it was really hard for me to keep it up with my social life and during that time i have found more about shifting "on scientific side". So I decided to make post today so in this post i am going to talk about "THE PRE-MINDSET". Where i have found so many different things to fix that.
Such as subliminals and I am pretty sure that you guys know what it is. and if you don't then subliminal simply, messages that are sent to the brain below conscious processing. They are visual and auditory cues that are delivered at levels below the threshold of human perception.
So I have come up with some solutions. I know many of us have this problem with focusing or concentrating on things and many of us have so many doubts because shifting is too true to be real so I decided to make a playlist of subliminals that will help you become more aware of yourself, reprogram your subconscious mind, stop limiting yourself, clear your doubts about shifting, helps you to increase your visualizing skills and manifest your desires. all you need to do is manifest shinfing realities. yes because,
MANIFESTING = SHIFTING REALITIES.
Here is the playlist for pre-mindset shifting
Here is the Wattpad book with details+scientific proofs
(however I will add more things in this book so read the chapters because the chapters are really big in this book with lots of details.)
I will also talk all the scientific theories and the proof i gather on shifting but this is the quick post before i actually talk about that theory, and yes it might take 2 weeks because my exams are near.
see ya all soon~

HUMAN // THEORIES
Humans, or modern humans (Homo sapiens or H. sapiens), are the most common and widespread species of primate, and the only surviving species of the genus Homo. A great ape characterized by their hairlessness, bipedalism, and high intelligence, humans have large brains, enabling more advanced cognitive skills that enable them to thrive and adapt in varied environments, develop highly complex tools, and form complex social structures and civilizations.
I. SPECIES OF PRIMATE โ€“ in terms of biology, we fall under the classification of animals. we share more similarities with fellow species under this classification opposed to less similarities. study the behavior of fellow animals, limitlessly, and focus your attention on that of their primitive states-of-being. apply these tactics to our advanced state of multi-faceted intellect, and learn from them.
II. HIGH INTELLIGENCE โ€“ a privilege amongst humankind that, to an exponential degree, fails to be utilized by the masses. success in relation to survival is largely attributed to this level of intelligence on a day-to-day basis. with the exception of cases linear with cognitive neurodiversityโ€”excuses against the enrichment and manifestation of this attribute remain impotent. failure to both utilize and acknowledge this predisposition will only lead to mortal sterility.
Humans are highly social, with individual humans tending to belong to a multi-layered network of cooperating, distinct, or even competing social groupsโ€”from families and peer groups to corporations and political states. As such, social interactions between humans have established a wide variety of values, social norms, languages, and traditions (collectively termed institutions), each of which bolsters human society.
III. HIGHLY SOCIAL โ€“ as if an art form opposed to a science, one must not only enforce to find a comfortable balance regarding this subject, but also attune themselves into the identification of natural compatibility, emotional maturity, and self-interest of individuals they encounter. if one chooses to form a social attachment with a subject whoโ€™s imbalanced in any aforementioned concepts, a state of emotional/energetic hemorrhage may occur. ideally, one must invest the majority of their energy into those in which form a unified duality of mutual restoration with oneself; opposed to the inclination of self-sacrifice, fueled by a multitude of various factors. one must vigilantly prioritize themselves as to not grow tarnished in an act of preservation for not only themselvesโ€”but for the consistent nourishment of their otherwise deep-rooted connections in which an active catalyst has been established. avoid social martyrdom.
Humans are also highly curious: the desire to understand and influence phenomena has motivated humanity's development of science, technology, philosophy, mythology, religion, and other frameworks of knowledge; humans also study themselves through such domains as anthropology, social science, history, psychology, and medicine.
IV. HIGHLY CURIOUS โ€“ passions, as sacred as they can be bewildering, [sub]consciously occupy the largest percentage of our time. to be mystified by that of which is misunderstood may be one of lifeโ€™s most-precious offerings. our pursuits in creativity reward us with a key which unlocks subliminal facets within our psyche, only to be comprehended at a later point in time. these lay the foundations at our primal core, and, as a divine mission which one chooses to either ignore or commence upon, choosing the latter inevitably trails the path toward self-actualization. a probable reason why we existโ€”without the ability to reference some comprehensive manualโ€”is to polarize us toward what we will produce as an earth-bound monolith to perpetually inspire future generations of those impassioned by the very same mystical essence that once lay dormant within ourselves.
As of January 2024, there are more than 8 billion humans alive.
you uniquely represent 1 amongst eight billion.
radiate your inner light for those blind to the dark.

Masterlist
Pick A Pile!
Tumblr media
Pile 1:
Pile 3:

Day Pass - Mad Hatter
Repost from main blog and AO3.
Please tip if you can, and reblog.
"Thank you, Edward. This is very nice of you."
I put a hand on top of my nervous friend's hand to stop his babbling.
"Jervis, it is not a problem to take you out for lunch. Here we are."
Jervis would have been fine getting a drive-through at McDonald's, but I wasn't. And I wasn't about to treat one of the first people that I had empathized with in my therapy group like he wasn't worth something special.
Pulling into a parking spot beside the restaurant, I opened Jervis's door and guided him to our table, a hand at his back and thought about how we had met.
Therapy in Arkham Asylum is a hit or miss affair. It doesn't do to get too attached to one therapist. They frequently change therapists to avoid that and its resultingโ€ฆcomplications. And the turnover rate with good therapists is ridiculously high. Some, I thought sourly, I only wished had a high turnover rate. After years of Dr. Crane and Dr. Strange failing to get the desired results from me as a patient, Dr. Arkham himself decided to see what was wrong with my surly ass. Years of "therapy" with Crane's drug enhanced exposure therapy to treat my trauma and Strange's odd biofeedback that only seemed to worsen my obsessiveness had me being an extremely paranoid boy with some paredolia on the side of my other issues. Meeting with the good doctor for therapy hadn't been a high point in my plans. But, well, as a patient in Arkham I hadn't had much of a choice. So, imagine my surprise to find a good old fashioned group therapy session with no terror or mindfuckery. And that was where I met Jervis. Not quite a case of like minds meeting, but what I imagine what it must feel like for a piano virtuoso to meet an expert sculptor. Just an admiration and appreciation for the other person's skills.
We had been friends ever since.
What? You expected me to be humble? I was mentally unstable, not mentally deficient. And for all his quiet self-effacing tendencies, once Jervis started talking about his technical expertise or any of his passionate interests, there was a brilliant mind waiting to be discovered.ย
Disturbed, obsessive, socially awkward, but brilliant.
Jervis fidgeted with his light hair, looking uncomfortable in the borrowed button up and dress pants from the asylum laundry. I noticed they had not given him a hat. Part of me hurt for my friend, knowing he identified so much with his accessory. And the rest of me realized the wisdom of not overly indulging his fixation, for everybody's well being. Especially Jervis himself.
But, like with my puzzle ring, sometimes it was important to scratch that itch. To find ways of being yourself without giving in to the madness.
Like a tea party, perhaps?
But not the crumpets and tea cake sort. That might be a little too tempting for Jervis. But I thought this restaurant might just do the trick.
"Do you want to order, or do you want me to?" I asked, remembering just how overwhelming simple decisions could be sometimes.
"If you don't mind. Please." Jervis said.
The waiter came over with a smile. "Welcome to Qnia. Are you ready to order?"
"We are. Can we get two orders of the moroccan mint tea, and then we are splitting an order of chicken tagine with couscous, zaalouk on the side. And two pistachio croissants to finish the meal."
"Of course. I'll bring your tea out in just a minute."
"Tea?" Jervis perked, a slightly too enthusiastic gleam in his eyes.
"Yes, it should go very nicely with the food." I told him.
The food came promptly, and we talked about music, art, and science rather than books or movies.ย
I paid the check as we finished the last of our dessert, listening to Jervis tell me about a recent scientific study about using specific tones and frequencies to help subliminally curb addictions and its results. He still was his meek, polite self, but with a confidence he normally only got when fully delusional.
As I pulled out to drive back, I made a mental note of the restaurant.
It had been a lovely place to treat Jervis to a tea party. We would have to do it again.

Reinvention Challenge - My Goals
Hello everyone! I hope you are all doing amazingly well. ๐Ÿ’–
I saw this challenge and wanted to give it a try, but at my own pace. Not with a restrictive deadline because that just makes me more stressed and anxious, and the whole point of this for me is to be less stressed and anxious!
I will update every week on my progress on Saturdayโ€™s starting March 2nd 2024. Letโ€™s make this happen!
Here is the original challenge if anyone is interested: https://www.tumblr.com/dreamdolldiary
Health: Meal prep freshly made juice, every Sundayโ€™s and Wednesdayโ€™s. Learn to cook simple, healthy meals for myself (still overcoming a limiting belief that I have with this so this might take longer than the other goals). Get on certain herbs to naturally help me with deeper sleep. Go on red light therapy at least 3 times a week for 15 minutes each.
Professional: Complete my online training course and get the certification I need to start working. Attend a zoom event (monthly) related to my field. Find a mentor in my field.
Adulting: Set up the digital envelope budgeting system in my bank account. Book important appointments Iโ€™ve been putting off. Set up and STICK to a to-do list system that works for me.
Hobbies: Write a Tumblr blog post at least 1 time a week. Practice cursive/printing writing 30mins daily. Make my own subliminal at least 1 time a week.
Social: Join a social group (either in person or online) once a month or more. Build up your confidence and practice social skills. Try to go out at least once a week and talk to someone (can be anyone).
Healing/Spiritual: Practice manifesting more things and circumstances. Have weekly spirit guided meditation sessions for 15-20mins. Practice detachment and energy protection daily.
Style/Self-Care: Find out what my skin type is, build a proper skincare routine. Have more self care nights.
Bucket List: Try a depravation tank, go to a rock salt cave/attend a live sound bath, have high tea at a tea room.
