As a fictive, I don't understand why tagging posts as F/Os is rude. I sometimes call sourcemates that.

I made that post after someone reblogged one of a post for one of MY fictives by tagging it for their F/O when the request was specifically tailored to MY fictive that this person does not know.

The problem is not, inherently, people tagging posts about fictives as F/Os. The problem is people tagging specifically tailored requests for a person that they very likely don't know and tagging it as "F/O".

It would be the same as me going onto your blog, picking a random post about you, and tagging it as "S/O". It's creepy. It's weird. THAT'S my problem.
