I think about you often. In long, unstructured swathes of time. I think about you without pause. I think about you when it is dark. When I close my eyes. I think about you and I forsake sleep. I stare emptily into the night until dawn nudges me awake. I go through the day, half asleep, dreaming of you. I dream of images that have nothing to do with you and are you, entirely. I think about you when the sun is rising sleepily out of a foggy morning. I think about you like I might spook you away with just the breeze from my thoughts. I think about you more gently than I would be willing to admit to anyone. I think about you in the way the rivers of the world flow. Gushing and roaring and unceasing and incessant. Never, ever turning back.

I dream about you often. I dream about you in colours I don't recognise. I dream with my mouth open wide and hands outstretched. In my dream, nothing about me could scare you. In my dream, I am forever transfixed. In my dream, I am glorious uncharted mysterious invincible undiscoverable. Except maybe, just maybe, I will let your hand graze my cheek. And you will sigh contentedly. In my dream, my heart is so steady you could hum to its beat. In my dream, you are woven of strange stories and you are entirely mine.

i had a dream that time travel was invented and too many people choose to travel back in time to save the titanic from sinking (the question of whether unsinking of the titanic deserved so much attention in the face of human history was the subject of both heavy academic and online discourse), which caused a rift in the space-time-continuum that led to the titanic showing up indiscriminately all over the world’s oceans and sea in various states of sinking.

this caused a lot of issues both in terms of fixing said space-time-continuum and in terms of nautical navigation, and after a long and heavy battle in the international maritime organization it was decided that the bureaucratic burden of dealing with this was to be upon Ireland, much to their dismay. the Irish Government then released an app for all sailors and seafarers so they could report titanic sightings during their journeys, even though they heavily dissuaded you from reporting them given the paperwork it caused.

anyway i woke up with a clear image of the app in my head and needed to recreate it for all of you:
