happy pride month to queer poc who have a complicated relationship to sexuality and gender because of their race, ethnicity, culture, and/or religion.
Happy pride month to poc who's gender and sexual orientation isn't considered when discussing these things.
Happy pride month to poc queer people who don't feel welcome in queer spaces because of your unique experience because of your poc identity.
Happy pride month to poc queer people who don't engage in queer communities and spaces anymore because of the bigotry you faced in those spaces.
To the poc who's shut down for discussing intersectionality.
Who are never represented in "this is what queerness looks like" photo albums.
To the poc who didn't know they were queer until later on because they thought it wasn't an option for you.
To poc who have to choose between being a part of queerphobic but poc safe spaces or racist but queer safe spaces.
To poc who are called gnc just by virtue of not conforming to eurocentric ideals of gender but being very traditional in your own culture.
To poc who are treated like your fragile among white queer people.
Ect. Ect. Ect.
Happy pride month to you.

Before I get back to fully posting normally I also want to put this out there,
If you live in the United States,
If you become a member of the Satanic Temple you are legally protected by your First Amendment right for "Freedom Of Religion" to your own bodily autonomy.
The Satanic Temple is legally recognized as a church by the IRS and the Federal Court System. The are in multiple lawsuits against states such as Texas, Idaho, Missouri, and Arkansas that are implementing strict abortion bans.
This Bodily Autonomy also includes LGBTQIA+ members and Transgender individuals seeking medical attention
You can contact them and they will fight for you and your rights to practice your religion
This link brings you to their RRR Campaign page for more information:
Signing up is free and you can easily find a congregation near you, and it's not exclusive to the US, but for what's currently happening in the US following the presidential election, I'm making this post for you. You're also able to purchase a membership card and certificate after you join but joining is completely free.
One's body is inviolable, subject to one's own will alone.
Hail thyself

If nothing else, you're still here. I cannot stress enough YOU'RE STILL HERE!!! You were here last time, you survived long enough to still be here now. I'm proud of you! If they want us gone, make them work for it. If they want to take our rights, fight to hold on and if they win, fight back again and again and again!!! They take so much already, don't let them take your hope, don't make it easy for them, don't give them your heart, never give up your life!
The one thing they hate more than anything, is the fact that YOU ARE STILL HERE!!!
Let them seethe, let them cry, let them be consumed by the hate in their hearts, and let them be forgotten by all but the dirt they'll rot within.
Let them watch as all of their work amounts to nothing because WE WILL STILL BE HERE!!!!

make plans to get out of here (america) as quickly as possible in an emergency (read: get your passport and save money)
become as familiar as you can with everything that trump has said he will do, study that 900+ page plan and know who is involved
show as much support as possible for queer people and poc, especially trans and latinx people
support women's rights to their own body
specifically to Christian people: please, please, please show support for queer people and poc and please show your aversion to Christian nationalism
protest, disrupt the natural flow of things, don't be quiet don't stop talking about it

I think I need to get this off my chest before I start producing more art regularly. The world is fucked up, but it doesn’t have to be. It would be nice if in a pandemic we can continue looking out for one another instead of the ignorance many opt for now.
It really hurts to see what people prioritized over the years.
Include disabled people in your activism, wear a mask to keep yourself safe, and the people you love safe. The world has changed, and that’s okay, we can’t move forward if we don’t work together.

need help compiling a list of crisis lines and resources
can anyone help me?
i'm working on a video about my thoughts about things post-election.
in the desctiption, i wanna include links/numbers for crisis lines (especially for marginalized groups, but also for anyone in general), as well as some links to organizations/charities that people can check out if they want to help out (especially for LGBTQ+/BIPOC/women/disabled/immigrants/impoverished people in the US, and possibly also for Palestine and Ukraine.)
can you help me compile a list?
(if you can find me an already made google doc or carrd or something similar with all these on it that'd be even better but if not i totally get it)
