This thread is incredibly important to read.
It is also extremely difficult to read. I don't know if I need to point this out, but the document itself is obviously full of bigotry so please take care of yourself if you choose to read it. Antisemitic phrases like "cultural marxism" and "global elites" appear before the document even really gets rolling, and are mixed in with transphobia, racism, and more.
If you want a taste of how this document starts in the first main section about "The Family", here is a taste:
"This starts with deleting the terms sexual orientation and gender identity (“SOGI”), diversity, equity, and inclusion (“DEI”), gender, gender equality, gender equity, gender awareness, gender-sensitive, abortion, reproductive health, reproductive rights, and any other term used to deprive Americans of their First Amendment rights out of every federal rule, agency regulation, contract, grant, regulation, and piece of legislation that exists."
It is all bad. ALL of this document is bad, and dangerous, and threatens the lives and the safety of everyone living in this country.

Please stop ignoring that white supremacy is a huge core element of radfem/terf ideology.
Like yes they hyperenforce gender roles and stereotypes on all cis women, but it is primarily women of color that they target and accuse of being predatory and "not real women" when they're targeting cis women.
The metrics of "real woman vs trans woman" that terfs love to share are almost all just white eurocentric beauty standards. Small nose, thin fine hair, little/no body hair, petite but somehow curvy, hell I've even seen a post saying skin lightness is a determiner.
Terf/radfem circles are racist at their core. You cannot separate radical feminism from it's violently white supremacist roots. You can't have "anti-racist radical feminism", that's a fucking oxymoron. There is a very clean path from terfs to tradfems/tradwifes, to just straight up conservative republican women.
Yes yes always, terfs are super misogynistic. They hurt all women by forcing them back into the little impossible painful boxes that they claim they're fighting. But one of their biggest targets other than trans women is black women. Not to mention ignoring, discrediting, or just straight up trying to erase all the hard work that black trans women did for queer rights.
Radical feminism is very much transphobic, homophobic, and misogynistic. I'm not saying stop addressing it as such. Don't ever do addressing it as such!
But radical feminism is white supremacy in a coat of pink paint. Please never forget that when talking about how it hurts us all.

make plans to get out of here (america) as quickly as possible in an emergency (read: get your passport and save money)
become as familiar as you can with everything that trump has said he will do, study that 900+ page plan and know who is involved
show as much support as possible for queer people and poc, especially trans and latinx people
support women's rights to their own body
specifically to Christian people: please, please, please show support for queer people and poc and please show your aversion to Christian nationalism
protest, disrupt the natural flow of things, don't be quiet don't stop talking about it

I am terrified and utterly devastated at the election news, and the nightmare that all trans people, poc, immigrants, women and girls, and other minorities will be facing in the aftermath. the weight of knowing that the president-elect's administration will not recognize or protect your identity and your rights is something no one should have to bear.
as a non american who's country will still be affected by the election, I want to express my unwavering support and solidarity for everyone who is suffering right now. so many of my family and friends live in america and while I cannot begin to comprehend the depth of fear and the gravity of the situation you are in, I stand with you and I am here for you. I am so unbelievably sorry that you are having to endure this, and I want you to know that every act of resilience and courage is incredibly admirable. we see you, we hear you, and we will not let you be forgotten or silenced. I promise that I will do everything in my power to fight the hate and ignorance that threatens your well-being. we are all helpless to stop this, but whether it's through advocacy, education, or simply being there to listen and offer comfort, I am here for you. remember that you are loved and valued beyond measure. your life is valuable, your identity is important, and your courage to live openly and authentically is staggering. your existence is not a political statement; and you have every right to live freely without fear of persecution or discrimination or your rights being taken away. one day you will live freely. do not stop fighting back.

This might be a hot take, but I genuinely don't care what people do.
You're a therian? Cool, teach me about it.
Your a furry? Awesome. I love your fur suit.
You have a weird kink? Cool. Me too.
You have a "cringe" interest? Me too!
Your into monsters? Same!
You can literally do anything as long as your not hurting anyone else or doing anything morally wrong (like assault, pedophilia, beastiality, white washing, things like that)

Right wing extremists keep using the "if you don't vote for me Marxists and socialists will take over the country" strategy, and it keeps working. It works every fucking time, every fucking time. We as human beings really refuse to learn our lesson from past mistakes we made.
And it doesn't matter if there are no Marxists or socialists or even real leftists, because old fears keep ringing in people's ears for a long time and extremists know that everyone is a little easier to control if they are scared enough. Ignorance does the rest.
I know that you might feel sad and hopeless, and i know you might feel powerless, but there are important things you can do. Make sure to take care of your community and provide a safe space for the ones that need it, exercise your critical thinking skills, know your rights in case they try to take them from you and know your history because that's the first thing extremists attack.
Sending love 🫂

Queer people, POC, immigrants, women, and anyone else who will be at risk under the new administration in January, if you're thinking of moving to the PNW (specifically WA) hit me up!! I've lived here my whole life and we just elected a very liberal governor who plans to take the new administration to court if they try to take away any federally assured rights (such as abortion). Also weed is legal here lol. But for real HMU if you're considering moving here and I can give you the lowdown on the job market, housing, policy, cost of living, etc! I love you guys and hope I can help however possible! The PNW would be happy to have you 💕
TLDR; if you need help or advice on moving to WA or the PNW hmu!! 🥰

Proposition: Make the moose a sign/symbol against Trump, Project 2025, etc.
I try not to get personally political on here (i.e make my own original politics posts instead of reblogs), but I had this idea a few days ago so I thought that I might share it.
Hear me out on this, but what if we used the moose as a sort of symbol for protesting against Trump, and by extension Project 2025? There’s a few reasons on why I came to this conclusion, but the main ones are the following:
Moose are often targets of hunters and poachers, similarly to how so many communities and minorities are being targeted by Project 2025. However despite that, moose will commonly fight back if they feel or are threatened, which is also similar to how we are trying to fight back, protest, and prepare for the outcome of this election.
What moose symbolize. In different places, moose symbolize several things. The most notable however is that they often symbolize strength and pride.
Moose are very enduring and adaptable animals, just like how we will endure these next four years and survive through Project 2025 and Trump
Feel free to build on this idea, spread it around, and more! If you want to use something like an emoji in relation to this idea, then I’d recommend the deer (🦌) emoji rather than the moose (🫎) emoji, since not everyone’s device can see it.
I will be keeping comments on this post on for now. BUT, if Trump supporters suddenly start trying to flock to this post and spew their bigotry and rhetoric, I will not hesitate to turn comments off. My account is NOT a safe space for Trump or Project 2025 supporters. I can and will block any accounts that support him or are ‘neutral’ on him. Please fucking educate yourself if you are in support of him.
RESOURCES :
List of Crisis Lines and Warm Lines that won’t call the police
How to stockpile on HRT (For both Transmascs and Transfems)
Trans Suicide Hotline
The Trevor Project
(I’ll add more resources as I find them. If you know of any, then feel free to reblog, dm me, or comment)
If you’re struggling because of the election’s outcome, remember this: you have to survive and keep going. If not for yourself, then for your family (whether it be biological or your found family). If not them, then your friends. If not then, then your pets if you have any. If not them, then dammit do it out of spite. Stay alive to spite that badly tanned, sad excuse of a man. Outlive him. Live your life happier than he or anyone associated with him has ever, or could ever live.
I believe in you. We can get through this. Together.

HEY, Important! READ!
KOSA is a national bill in the USA getting ever closer to passing. This bill is not being thoroughly discussed, but is still passing through voice votes. This bill has a lot of important parts in it that are not properly defined, which would make it very easy for major Tech Companies to abuse it, especially by attacking marginalized communities with it. We all know many communities typically discriminated against, are home to people, especially youth, who face mental health problems and/or abuse. This bill could cause tech companies to censor content that gives support to at risk people, whether out of fear or purposeful discrimination against such people. KOSA as it is could cause an incredible amount of harm, and not just to ones who live in the USA. Companies would likely censor content that could be considered "controversial" in any place there content is seen, not just the US. Suicide rates among marginalized communities have shown to be considerably higher than that among the general population time and time again. If KOSA passes, I believe it is extremely likely that the current suicide rate will rise even higher, especially among youth. KOSA would also result in many challenges for small businesses, as they would have to navigate through the legal walls and censorship that will be placed in front of them. Politicians have tried to threaten big companies, especially tech companies, for many years and KOSA has been made with similar purpose. Small businesses could very easily be caught in a tug-of-war they do not have the ability to navigate correctly.
The government is meant to help and protect civilians, but have proven to do the opposite many times before. WE have a voice, and it is not too late to use it! There are some politicians who want to and have listened to us before, we just need to keep telling them.
