a little PSA, if ur a low cal deficit, u need to have a refeed day (1500+ cals) every 2 weeks or ur metabolism will crash. once it does it will take months to recover from it.

Something I learned the hard way:
“Motivation” and “discipline” isn’t enough sometimes. You’re resisting the natural human urge to feed yourself. And occasionally natural instincts are going to win. It’s life, and it’s good.
What will get you to that last little edge of success is one thing: fear.
Fear will suppress any instinct you still have.
Being scared…is unlike anything else when it comes to getting things done.
I hate being scared. Scared of c4lor1es. Scared of processed food and snacks. Scared of sugar. Scared of anything I don’t make 100% from scratch. Scared of seeing the number climb. It’s completely horrible. Once you’re afraid, everything changes. Suddenly it’s not so hard anymore. Resisting is easy because you know the fear you’ll feel afterwards isn’t worth it.
I hope no one reaches the point of fear. Because it’s much harder to recover from fear than it is from bad habits.
If anyone finds themselves starting to get afraid���watch yourself.

Fish and Chips (1 Serving) -
Ingredients -
1 fillet - haddock (91)
1 pinch - salt (0)
1 pinch - pepper (0)
1/4 medium - lemon (4)
100g - potato (104)
salt (0)
pepper (0)
calories in brackets
total calories - 199
calories without chips - 95
Instructions -
Season your fish with salt, pepper, and lemon - haddock is very mild so doesn't need much (especially if you have it with vinegar or something afterwards).
Place it on greaseproof paper and cook in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-22 minutes.
Serve with lemon or vinegar.
For the chips, weigh out your potato, peeling it down until 100g are left (1 small/medium potato).
Slice them into 'chip' shapes (1cm thick) and pat them down to reduce moisture.
Season them with salt and pepper.
Place on greaseproof paper and cover with foil tightly.
Cook covered for 10 minutes.
Remove the foil and then cook for another 15 minutes.
Done x
notes - (I do not do the chips personally, I just like making the fish and having it with a shit ton of broccoli, it because I love vinegar that's what I have it with)
