I’m not exactly sure why my “try to focus on something else” activity became the gym.  The gym being literally right next to my office might have been the reason.
I mean, that’s convenient.
It took a while for me to actually start seeing results, and there are other aspects of my gymming that I’d like to discuss in the future as positive elements of my journey, but I’d like to say as more or less a blanket statement that exercise does more for you than improving your physical health; my emotional health skyrocketed during this time.
But again, that’s a topic for the future and I don’t have the right words yet.
Back to the gymming.  There were a bunch of YouTube channels I’d watch, subreddits I’d read, etc. in order to learn more about my physical health and how best to exercise, both for what my goals were and for how to safely do it.
I got really into nutrition and was tracking everything.  That big excel sheet I mentioned in the comic?  There’d be tons of inputs from my fitness tracker matched with all my nutrition tracking, and at the end of the series of formulas, it’d spit out what my calculated weight should be.  I’d also track the actual, real life recorded metrics, and after months and months of tracking and formulas, the math worked out that my calculated and actual weight were within one pound of each other.
Physics is undefeated.
It got me thinking. 
If I could control my body so precisely through just nutrition and exercise, maybe I could control more than just my athleticism. 
Maybe I could take the leap and start to control what really bugged me about my body.
Maybe I didn’t have to be male.
Turns out, I didn’t…
…I could be who I wanted to be.

Sebastian Stan’s downfall is beginning from this moment he began entering the spa as he took over the area with his energy even as shy he is and he will soon see the truth my way. I am watching high above from my own Watchtower in the top floor shutting the door while plop on to my chair and swivel to the side and I enjoy it all a stand screens are turning on.He walks through the hall way not expecting the crowd is waiting for him with large level of applause coming down and ricocheting hitting the walls ripping past everyone one in his way. Once he makes it to the room he is a nervous wreck thinking about all those people who were waiting behind door he is is sacred and truth is he shy and can’t help but fear it.

“Mr. Stan” a voice erupts
“This is your new trainer” it says
“You are just a voice “ Stan fights back.
“Why don’t you relax and trust me?” The voice asks.
“This nuts “ he says hitting the walls.
“Oh Zip it!” The voice adds
“Fuck this!” Sebastian stammers to the door.
“Mr. Stan” the guard speaks who blocks the door.
“I am leaving “ he says curtly “
“Sorry! Get back inside “ they say shove him in.
“Wait! Help me!” Sebastian yells.
“Shut up!” The guard yells banging on the door.
“Bastard! Fine!” Sebastian crosses his arms.
“Let us commence “ the voice replies to him.
“Mwahahahahaha” the mirror blurs on with a bright light encircling through the room.
“You may call me Master” the voice says
“Who are you?” He asks when I appear in the mirror.
“I am your Master Lawrence!” I say to him with a smirk.
“Stand in front of the mirror “
“Calm down and listen to me”
“Relax “
“I am your focal point “

Sebastian Stan’s mind shatters in to millions of pieces free falling to the abyss of his mind nether world crushing below him and a sea of dreams washing go the waist side all that is left is me. Inside his mind he is trapped in a deepen sea of darkness consuming him in a glow of nothingness, a bright golden door appears before him as he straddles the stair case. The door swings close allowing me further in to the space I stand in the center of the room placing a gigantic egg on to the table centre and pressing the top button as the egg blows up with living covering the whole space.

if i study for 2+ hours, i'll try to cram a one hour workout in sessions and take a shower afterwards
standing desk -> consider using a standing desk that allows you to alternate between sitting and standing while studying.
study walking -> if possible, take your study materials outdoors and walk while reviewing notes or listening to lectures.
find an activity you enjoy -> choose exercises that you find fun to make it easier to stick to a routine. even walking can be active.
post-study workout -> promise yourself a workout or a fun physical activity after finishing a challenging study session.
keep this in mind: don't exercise too late into the day otherwise you'll mess up your circadian rhythm, making it harder to sleep
