Jack and Maddie are legit crazy mad scientist.

They moved to amity before jazz was born. Prior to the justice league. Those who didn’t comply when the moved were swiftly taken care of.

All outside new sources come from them amity has only seen what the fentons want.

The Giw were hired by the Fentons. Both are bad. But who would the town rather deal with the shoot first supposed government. Or the wacky Fenton parents.

And how many parents can exactly actively stake out a school. How many times had they been inside the school during the school day.

That is until mr lancer comes into play. Somehow he managed to slip by and entered the town this year. Earning a position of vice principal right under their noses.

He actively promotes Danny doing better. Actually forcing him to do his work and learn.

He takes notes of Danny’s declining health. Falling asleep in class, the bruises and reports the fentons. Only for nothing to happen.

Lancer then takes notes of the eccentric actions of the fentons. The screaming of tearing the ghosts apart. He knows about the truth of the outside world. He knows this would go against the meta human protection acts. So he makes a mental note to contact the proper services of the need arises.

After the events of the town being yoinked into the infinite realms. He finally acts. Sending out an email and call to the justice league hotline. Unbeknownst to him both being stopped by the Fenton parents.

Obviously they plan to deal with him when the time is right.

The only reason he stays is because no other adult seems to care about the kids. He was the only one who event attempted to check in on them during the ghost flu.

He can’t stand by any longer when he sees the two Fenton parents hunting phantom. See them getting skilled shots in. Actively forcing phantom into Danny. But they don’t stop. Still shooting at Danny.

Mr. Lancer watches as Jazz, Sam and Tucker manage to get them away. He ushers them to his car the five hardly manages to make it out. Danny seriously injured.

It’s only then does the phone connect to the justice league helpline.

i love this one because it's a great introduction to alice i think. also it radiates spiral so i hope we get avatar alice not dead alice (isnt there a podcast called alice isnt dead?)

episode 2: "If I wanted to clear the canvas, I would have used turpentine." - statement

this one was just fucking powerful and caught me so off guard like 😶

episode 3: "What would I do without her?" - statement

the norris statement <3 it feels like martin asking what he would do without jon which makes mag200 a lot sadder and i love them

i feel like this one is pretty reflective of how the seasons gonna go? like if you explain the events of tma (mag200 specifically) no one's gonna believe you, it must be seen to be believed!! and also seen!! like the eye!!!

they got him 😔😔 the horrors got sam 😔😔 also i found this to be an interesting contrast to jon's heavy resistance in season 1 like he was being compelled but he wasn't going to let anyone know that vs sam "its kinda compelling to trauma dump on this paperwork :]" how is he somehow even more victim material

episode 10: "Gosh you’re sexy, here’s a twenty for your trouble.” - alice

does this count as a quote if shes also quoting what she thinks sam should say? idk anyway i love her i would say that to her if given the chance and it was very silly. i will not be addressing bonzo i am scared.

she's so fucking funny i need her to be okay so badly!!!! i don't think even tim made me laugh as much as she makes me chuckle and this one really got me. it's hard to write such a comedic character in a podcast since you only have the voice but they really nailed it i adore her

episode 13: "Is it my fault?" - gwen

each of these episodes just reveal a little bit more about how loving and soft gwen is and idk i love her so unbelievably much so seeing that she felt guilt about the bonzo stuff just made her so much more real :(

episode 14: "Christ, they’re in the walls…" - statement

theyre in the walls!!! theyre in the goddamn walls!!!!! anyway that got me because i realized the hole before the statement said it. made more sad than scared tbh

episode 15: "Babies are cool!" - alice this entire interaction between her and sam & celia was so awkward, she is so obvious and i love her anyway

episode 16: "It’s not like I was holding doors open for Mr Bonzo or anything." - gwen my wife is so so so stupid but i adore her AND this gives room for character development. i wish she did not do that though. i love when characters are flawed and have depth but i struggled to get past THIS flaw of hers

episode 17: "Thanks, I guess. Not exactly the same, though, is it?" - celia shes talking TO JON IN THE COMPUTER. SHE KNOWS. i lost my damn mind i love her i love her. get the gay people out of the puter please queen

episode 18: "Why would I need to talk to you? Your work is satisfactory. Unless you have a work-related issue I could assist you with?" - lena solidified my opinion that lena is the best boss to ever have, i adore her and i would want to work for her if she wasn't the boss of Creepy Establishment #1

episode 19: "You’re going to throw it in the fishtank, aren’t you?" - alice colin's behavior is like really worrying BUT i'm glad he's back. i was not convinced he was still alive

episode 20: "I suppose it’s too late for remorse, isn’t it? And why should I be sorry? This is what I deserve!" - ink5oul/statement they reminded me of jon a lot, like especially his season 3/4 transformation when he doesn't quite know everything but he knows he isn't who he was in season 1 anymore, i hope we see more of their life and they can be helped :(

episode 21: [Tape Recorder Bites Ink5oul] - audio description i know it's not technically a quote but this is just so fucking funny. why does it have teeth. what does this mean for the lore. holy shit.

So, in my variation on MotA I like to call "Survivor's Guilt fucks you up and you're still alive to have thoughts about things," please imagine Curt makes it to Algeria, but he loses most of his crew, and he's a mess but doesn't want to seem a mess, and Jack snarls Bucky and others away and drags Curt away so it's just the two of them.

"Fuckin' fine, Jack," Curt manages, trying to shove Jack away. But Jack isn't BIGGER than Curt, but he's BIGGER than Curt, and he refuses to move. Let's Curt push and push and push and refuses to argue when Curt says things like, "I should have fuckin' died with my boys," and "I love Dickie more than you." and "You're barely a pilot anymore, fuckin' Air Exec."

And finally, Curt grabs Jack and yanks him to him and cries against his flight suit, and Jack just holds on and lets him. Because Jack doesn't do words like Curt does, but he will fucking be there and refuse to leave, goddamnit.

And when Curt snuffles the last time and starts clearly nuzzling against Jack's sternum to get through his layers to his skin, Jack strips to the waist in no time at all and lets Curt leave marks where he needs them. Because Jack isn't great with words, but he's great with his body, and if his body can help Curt, then goddamn, so be it.

Once Curt finishes crying and coming and crying again, he leans back and lets Jack wipe his eyes with a damp handkerchief and grabs his wrist gentle and careful and says, "I didn't mean any of the mean shit, Jack. I really didn't."

And finally, Jack has words he can use. And he presses his lips to Curt's forehead and says, "I'm not an idiot. I am Air Exec, after all."

And Curt's wet, broken laugh makes Jack feel more in control and calm than any pep talk or training has ever made him feel.

I love opening my Zelda games and just run around enjoying the view. I think BEN should do that too: Take some time to visit his best friends and play in the forest or the beach with them :) It’s so sad that he keeps tainting pictures they take together though… It seems you can’t play pretend forever.

I did a vine theme for pumpkin carving this year. A pumpkin pumpkin and a rose pumpkin.

I'd made a poll asking whether to do vines or draw Dan and Valerie from Danny Phantom, or both. ...And although 'vines' won, the idea of adding something Dan and Val related was too compelling. The thought of deep red roses with their thorns being like Valerie. ...And, well, I suppose Dan's like a big heavy pumpkin being thrown at stuff?

I tried making the plants wrap around an object representing them, Dan in a D shape and Valerie in a triangle shape. Though it's not very noticeable.

honestly this was a really weird session, he wasn't seeming that in to it, he wasn't seeming as excited, it kinda just seemed like maybe he was tired and full of walnut so I was going to cut the session short but then he just kinda started getting it?

Not sure if he was deliberately slowing himself down to sort out the wing movements or if his sluggish demeanour triggered the right wing movements to happen but either way he got some of the closest reps to the end goal yet so we ended there for the day.

might drop to one session a day for a bit just in case he is a bit walnutted out. We'll see how he's feeling tomorrow!
