Okay just played the Sigewinne quest and hear me out: mildly more evil Sigewinne AU (cause fuck you fight me she is terrifying) where the only doctor willing to teach a melusine was THE Doctor.

Il Dottore gets accosted by the world's cutest psychopath demanding he teaches her and goes "Oh this is gonna be fucking hilarious".

Cue Dottore's dramatic corvid themed ass striding up to commit the horrors tm while a cutie patootie little melusine skips behind him giggling at everything.

People go from "omg did he kidnaps that girl?!?!" To "dear fucking god she's worse" the second she opens her mouth.

The Harbingers have to go through the mortifying ordeal of anytime they mention their terrifying Doctor, people go "Oh Yes I've heard of Dottore", and they sigh and go no... her and take out a picture of a chubby faced girl with bunny ears.

hello,,, i wrote this spontaneously in like thirty minutes the other day for an idea me and some friends were cooking up,,, eventually id like to make this a full fic but for now theres just this draft so you all can have it ig :3

Emilia gently presses the insignia into the merchant’s hands again—Otto Suwen, he said his name was?—and as soon as she does, the gem in the center of it begins to glow red. Vivid red. The light matches the bow at the front of his cloak, and when the red fades in over his face, it contorts into complete and utter horror.  

“Is—is something the matter?” Emilia blurts out, hasty and stammering, before she flinches back and tries to compose herself. Focus. She’s a knight who just found one of the new Royal Candidates for the throne, and said candidate must be very disoriented at the thought of being thrust into the spotlight. It was already bad enough that she found him being mugged in an alleyway this morning! The poor boy; she would have been so scared as well. “I understand if you’re nervous,” Emilia says softly, “and I assure you that I’ll reaaally do my best to he—“

“No, no, no,” Otto rambles, his breaths quickening, the insignia threatening to drop from his hands. Beside him, his ground dragon makes a saddened little coo, but he pays her no mind, his fingers reaching up to his hair to tug at it. “N-No, I can’t possibly be a Royal Candidate! You—“ He looks back at Emilia, eyes wild. “You said that if the gem glows red, then I’ve been chosen, yes? But—but this must be some sort of sham, a sick and twisted joke! I’m no one important! I’m only a humble traveling merchant, I—I’m supposed to be on my way to getting my own store, and I can’t possibly be in charge of—“ A nervous laugh bubbles out of him. “Of an entire country, this is absurd—“

“Otto-sama,” Emilia murmurs, and she tries to reach out to him, but he recoils away from her. 

It stings for a moment; before, when he profusely thanked her for helping him away from those muggers, he didn’t even care one bit about her being the half-devil. He blushed and smiled and complimented her for her kindness as if he’s never seen all that much kindness before, as if it was as valuable as gold, and now, all Emilia has done has made him stressed beyond relief after she managed one good deed for the day. Otto’s eyes roll to the back of his head, and he crumples to the floor.

I know thats not people's intentions but literally how else is he going to take this guilty vote. "I just don't want him to think his lying was okay" he doesn't! And he's not going to think that! He's actively trying to stop lying! All guiltying him will do is tell him he should have kept lying and continuing his relationship!!

"I just want him to have some kind of consequence for what he's done" Was Hinako literally dying not enough??? Sure, he didn't love her, but he still LIKED her. They were friends, they lived together, he married her because he WANTED to love her! He is literally drowning in guilt because of her death, I think he's had enough consequences by now. He might not be wearing his ring anymore, but he still carries it with him, he is very clearly still grieving her death.

"Innocent votes have no effect on him" Yes they will!! It didn't do anything last time because we forgave him for the wrong reasons and because he absolutely hates himself. Assuming we're right about him being gay, which I'm pretty confident we are, having his 'true' self validated rather than his fake one will 100% have a bigger effect on him this time. Guiltying him will only make his self-hate worse and show him that only his false self is forgivable, so he should keep lying to be accepted.

I know most people's intentions are not to make him keep lying, but regardless of whatever intention you have, it doesn't matter how you want him to take it, you can not ignore how he will actually take it.

I think the most baffling thing about the Tulpar as a vessel to me is the fact that the ship really did only have a one way communication system.

I know it was cheap but even the most basic of vessels regarding major transport would have some way, shape or form for outside communication. Not only that but there was absolutely no form of innate emergency signal to show they may have been offline or in trouble despite clearly having a system to dock credits if they went off course. It's another factor that really shows that bad situations are made to get worse by design. One person who is required to relay all information to the crew and make all the choices without feedback. No way to update or call for help in case of a dire situation. No way to inform of inner personal conflicts and acquire procedures accordingly.

It really is like they are all in some sort of fucked up solitary confinement. They have their own world with strict roles that are meaningless in the end, as long as the cargo makes it, it doesn't matter what happens on that ship to the company. They don't want to hear anything and will come to conclusions on what happened based on how much pay they can withhold from the workers. Even what they do send is short, sterile and corporate to the extent it was likely written and sent out with a command by some random unmanned computer in an office.

There's something to be said about how unfair it is to force absolute power and control onto one person when you as an entity could do so much more to offload it but I've said it many times before so I won't again.

silly episode idea but hear me out

okay well the first part isn’t silly! so the episode is based around a con they are doing where a polyam triad wants to get married and have been writing to senators and stuff for years but nothing has happened. maybe there is a time element that leeway has to happen soon (not sure what that would be yet, maybe someone is sick???)

(obviously polycules aren’t only and are often more than just a closed three-person system, but I’m saying triad right now bc I feel like that would be an easier and more ‘socially acceptable’ gateway into more accepting legislation for diverse relationship dynamics)

the leverage crew, of course, can’t outright change the public perception of poly marriage, but they can use the ‘enemy’s’ tactics against them and slip stuff into legislation without people noticing like they do. it’s slimy and it’s not a permanent fix, but it’s a start, and it gives people the opportunity to see poly marriage in action and that it isn’t as terrifying or pearl-clutching-inducing as they think it would be. there’s a long way to go, but the seeds of change have been sown and they will make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible

this is one of the cases that they will monitor on the back burner over time. some cons can finish within a few hours (the bottle job), and some things they will follow over time and make adjustments when needed- amplify voices and expose corrupt politicians etc

and then it’s just after 3/4 of the way through but the con has been finished? what is going on? this is where the silliness comes in

I was laying in bed overthinking, as you do, and started to go on a depressive doom spiral. And then, to distract myself I started thinking about the things I like.

So, eventually I started thinking about Curly being in a similar headspace as I was, laying down, incapable of doing anything, constantly in pain and hearing time and time again how quickly things are going to shit and that it's all your fault.

Him replaying his mistakes over and over on his head, imagining the many ways things could've gone a different way if only he had done something instead of ignoring the issues to "keep the peace".

Remembering every interaction that led to the accident, Anya's confession, his friends poorly disguised resentment, him ignoring and filtering details of his crew's mental state, her taking the gun, the notice, Jimmy.

Him being a coward and disguising his hate of confrontation with the guise of being a good friend.

And then comming back to reality, to is burning flesh. To the blood, shit and bile staining the bandages, robe and bed, to watching and hearing his friends suffer and die, unable to do anything.

When the kid dies, in the midst of all the emotional chaos, he feels some sick sense of relief knowing that probably Swansea will deal with both of them quickly and it'll be over at last.

Then Jimmy finds the gun.

And he can't help but laugh. He remembers the conversation they had and he cackles bitterly because not even in death can her wishes be respected. She trusted him and he failed her even after she was gone.

Soon enough it's just the two of them left.

Through muffled ears he hears Jimmy rambling, talking to himself, asking questions and answering right after, he sees him moving the bodies around. When Jimmy carries him from the infirmary to the common room table he's still as stone, not a sound leaves his mouth, he doesn't look at the bodies thrown on the chairs around the table, he doesn't even breathe.

But all of Jimmy's attention, hatred, idolatry, and envy are on him only. Eyes glossy, cut pieces of a one sided conversation and a tentative smile on his lips when he reaches for the slightly dented knife.

He screams until his lungs close and his throat burns. When he's fed parts of himself he cries and throws up until he is forced to swallow and keep it down.

He's dehidrated, half delirious from the blood loss and emotionally checked out when Jimmy picks him up and tells him they can still fix this, he knows what to do. That he's going home.

Sure, he thinks, he wants to go home.

When he's placed on the cryopod he just stares at Jimmy talk to himself at him some more, about being heroes and everything being all right now. Then he steps out of sight.

It's on the silence after the loud bang when his brain starts working again, he's completely and utterly alone on a crashed ship of a company that's closing it's doors, with a now depleted shipment that wasn't even important enough to guarantee a search party, and no way of fending for himself in the case of 20 years passing and no one coming, even less if the power gave out before that.

As the cryopod finally starts to cool, the few tears he has left fall from his remaining eye.

He hopes he doesn't wake up to see what happens next.

I think I sent an ask about this a while ago but, with Amensia!Alan how funny and cute would it be if the CG were trying to reenact certain memories they had with Alan, but it just doesn't work. So they take a break and just go do something silly, build battle, play-fighting, whatever. And THAT'S when Alan remembered something, no deliberate plan to get him to remember just the CG being themselves and messing around.

YEAH... trying to recover his memories by reenacting things just stresses him out really, but just spending time with them comes perfectly easy to him. when they realize that just spending time with him is the best way to do it, it's kind of a relief--

Funfacts/Headcanons I've thought about below ^^

Before performing he always has to do that 'looking in the mirror and reassuring yourself'

While signing autographs (a very rare occurrence) he tries to block out his side view with his hoodie so he isn't able to see others looking at him

That's the same reason he dances with his hoodie up

During times where there's way too many people he might lower down his cap too

His shoelaces aren't real shoelaces. It's those slip in type shoes LOL

He's also basically well trained in almost every dance style

He's often seen either performing alongside others (playing the keytar/dancing/singing), or being a backup dancer

It's very hard to catch him performing a solo

Initially he was actually pretty confident, never showing signs of embarrassment, never really easily flustered. (which is why he became an idol in the first place) But after something happened, it lead to his personality now

Backstage, he's actually pretty sociable when there's a small crowd of people

Outside of performing, he actually really enjoys going to karaokes and playing dance dance revolution
