A super short (Like 4'1) SO is frustrated with their tall bone friend. Cuz I think it's funny.

One day, as they were trying to get a kiss but got teased instead, they blurted out.

"I am going to climb you like a ladder!" There's no heat in their tone, only exasperation.

All the Papyrus.

Undertale Sans - Papyrus thinks it's hilarious, but he can feel your frustration, so he guesses he can make an effort and actually gets on his knees so you can kiss him. The truth is that now, you're just offended because he's making it easier for you with exaggeration lol. It's not his fault you're cute when you're angry.

Underswap Papyrus - Honey likes to tease you but he's not that mean and gives up. He's too scared you will give up and not kiss him, so he makes it easier for you. He needs his daily kisses before anything else lol.

Underfell Papyrus - He is very amused right now and just watches as you jump desperately to kiss him. Edge loves making things complicated for you, as it feels the kiss is a bigger reward that way. He knows you can do it, and that the more frustrated you get, the harder you will work to have your kiss. Go on! Work those knees!

Horrortale Papyrus - He's sorry for you, but he can't really help you even if he wants to, as crouching is extremely painful for him. He half jokingly proposes that you use a stepladder, which you don't find funny at all lol.

Horrorswap Papyrus - He's trying to help you, really, he does, but he can see you're getting frustrated, and it's starting to stress him out just a little bit, as he doesn't want you to get mad at him. He lowers his head to help you until he hurts his back a little just because he doesn't want you to be upset :(

Horrorfell Papyrus - Like hell he's making it easy for you! That's months he's been working to stand up more than ten seconds with his paralyzed legs, now you're the one who's going to work, or you're going to have to wait he can't stand up anymore and sits back in his wheelchair. He's way too proud right now to care lol.

Horrorswapfell Papyrus - Tiger watches you jump in front of him with a shitty grin, not doing anything to help you. That's really entertaining right now, and funny. He likes feeling desired to the point you're getting angry when you can't have him.

Swapfell Papyrus - Sorry, what did you say, shortcake? He didn't hear you from up there. He's clearly too much of a challenge for you, maybe you should aim for a lower-class skeleton. You scream and try to hit him in the face. Rus just laughs at you and won't stop talking shit to piss you off.

Fellswap Gold Papyrus - Coffee genuinely feels bad for you and tries to make himself little so you can reach him, but also not making it obvious to not upset you more. Man, he just wants a kiss; he didn't know it could be that complicated. You're stressing him out.

Outertale Papyrus - He flies above the ground, just out of reach, as you scream in frustration and try to hit him angrily. Sun could never stop teasing you now, you're way too cute jumping in the air trying to reach him.

Dancetale Papyrus - He gives you a false hope by pretending to lower his head, only to suddenly pull you down and return you, so you end up lying in his arms. He's the one who's going to kiss you, frustrating you even more. He's so proud of himself too!

Dancefell Papyrus - You try to grab his neck, but he just bites your fingers, and actually, that hurts! He has pointy teeth! You gasp, offended, but he just laughs at your face and boops your nose. You cross your arms, pouting. He takes a picture of you pouting, which makes you even angrier.

Farmtale Papyrus - He feels bad for you and sits down so you can kiss him. He doesn't like to upset his S/O, and he even feels a little bad for teasing you. He gives you a chicken to cuddle as a peace offering.

Mafiatale Sans - He doesn't even blink, completely ignoring you as you're desperately trying to reach him. Creeper is focused on his mission, he doesn't have time for this. It's not his problem you're too short to reach him. He even rolls his eyes at you at some point, the audacity!

Mafiafell Papyrus - He picks you up under the arms like some teddy bear and carries you to a chair so you can reach him, clearly mocking you the entire time as you're trashing in his arms to free yourself. Torpedo finds it terribly amusing, and he's going to torture you a little more. He's not bored yet.

Disbelief Papyrus - He uses blue magic on you and levitates you above the floor so you can reach him. You're a little offended, but he did it genuinely to help you, and you can't get mad at his little face (he knows it very much by the way, and he's definitely still messing with you lol).
