When the disciples saw Him walking on the sea, they were terrified. “It’s a ghost!” they said, and cried out in fear.
Matthew 14:26
The story rings true. This is how we would react in those circumstances.
I see a couple of things about the character of Jesus as I read the Bible.
• His knowledge of people: He always knew what was wrong with somebody before they told Him about it. Yes, Jesus knows every need you and I have. Before we say a word He knows it. He knew the men in the boat were frightened when they faced the storm and He said, "fear not!" And they weren't afraid anymore.
• His concern for people: He not only knows, He cares. No sooner does He know the people are hungry, He says, " we need to do something about it." He knew that the men, women and children were hungry, and He multiplied the bread and fish and fed them.
• His generosity: He fed them and they ate to their hearts' content.
Jesus gave His body to be broken so that we could be mended. He shed every drop of His blood, so we could be cleansed, All for free. This is Jesus...He goes on and on...giving, there's no limit to His giving. He gives and gives and gives again. Thank You Jesus!

Kamala Harris does want "transgender surgery on illegal aliens that are in prison", btw.
So since Trumpists are getting mad enough about the jokes to actually cite their sources, I thought I'd put the source out into my left extremist commie faggot echo chamber, too.
The claim originates from an ACLU questionnaire she filled out for her 2020 presidential candidacy, specifically this section:
She wasn't given a new questionnaire for 2024, and has stated that while her policy on some things may have changed, her values had not.
(This most likely means she moved more to the center to appease larger demographics and cut corners to reach compromises. The basic politician stuff.)
It boils down to this: If you're in prison, whether for "illegal" immigration or other crimes, you rely on the state to provide you with necessary amenities, like food and health care.
Her argument isn't "hell yeah everyone in prison should get sex changes for free".
It's "gender affirming surgery is a necessary medical procedure. If you are in the states care while this becomes necessary, the state should provide it."
If you're outraged by your tax money being used on this, consider the massive amount of people being incarcerated in for-profit prisons, on your dime. Then ask yourself if maybe a prison reform might be in order.
Worth noting: In 2015, while Attorney General, Kamala Harris actually argued against providing gender-affirming surgery to an incarcerated trans woman, claiming that HRT and psychotherapy were sufficiently covering her medical needs.
She has since obviously changed her stance and assumed responsibility. (I would like to take this moment to remind my fellow left extremist commie faggots that "willingness to learn and rethink your views" is infinitely more valuable than "perfect from the start and unwilling to listen to anyone")
Also found in the source: This image of Kamala Harris participating in the 2019 San Francisco Pride Parade, wearing what I believe to be a sequin rainbow embroidered denim jacket.
I encourage you to read the provided CNN article and the answers to the ACLU questionnaire, as they give great insight into her values.
TLDR: Based.

Rewatching Adventure Time, I can't help but think so much Princess Bubblegum discourse would be non-existent if people actually watched the show to completion instead of randomly hyperfocusing on some of PB's bad deeds.
There's a very bizarre and commonly held belief that Princess Bubblegum did terrible things and got away with it, that nobody held her accountable. When the show makes a point, repeatedly, that Princess Bubblegum is well meaning but deeply flawed, and to some characters, straight up evil.
I see fans point to "The Cooler" a lot as proof that PB is an irredeemable character, and while it is her worst act in the entire show.... I think people forgot that that was the point. Near the end of the episode she stops spying on people in Ooo because it was an invasion of privacy. In another episode she's called out for exploiting some aliens and lets them go. She feels ashamed that her own people are terrified of her. She loses her entire kingdom, and realizes she needs to get her shit together.
I'm pretty critical of shows that are way too lenient on flawed female characters but Princess Bubblegum isn't one of them. She's awesome, and heavily misunderstood.

simon's way of flirting is leaving dead animals on your doorstep (or turned into jerky with illegible chicken scratch on the label) cuz all this is a sign of him being a provider, and the bigger game he hunts (like a bear or something) he'll leave a bloodied claw on your doormat because he's a protector too, see?
since they didn't end up in the trash (he checked) he'll pick you up at 7 on saturday.

An attempt at group bonding was made. Needless to say, Alex was perplexed but to Sam this was a typical Tuesday night.
(Hello, yes, I am back with these losers (attempted at) being friends with each other. You are (hopefully) not immune to this propaganda)
