SHOW. UP. AS. HER. Not next week, not next month. Not next year. In real-time, in the present moment right now. Each time you delay your very best self in the future you’re screaming to the universe ‘I am not worthy as I am right now’. I am not worthy of investing in me, in how I look, in going to the pilates classes, in taking myself out for the nice lunch I promised, on going on the trip that’s been on my bucket-list for years. On waking up early like I promised myself. Delay, delay, delay. There will always be delays unless you DECIDE to take control. Unless you decide that the version of you in this moment IS WORTHY of the investment. Each of us has in mind this higher, elevated version. The 2.0. The upgraded you. Your job is to build habits that bridge the current you to the elevated you. What needs to change to get you over the bridge? What do you need to do? What do you need to stop doing? These are the daily questions. Do some reflections. Make a plan. Stick to it.

This year my focus is on 3 things, my body, my finances, and my natural beauty.
So if you see me looking crazy, with no makeup on, hair in low manipulation styles and refusing to buy new clothes…mind your business.
It’s all part of the process.

How to become more attractive?
For your new year glow up…
Tips for Becoming More Attractive
• Attractiveness on the inside
You can be the most beautiful looking person on the planet, but being rude, ignorant, insecure, etc. can easily take you from a 10 to a 5.
Learn to be kind and confident.
• Smile and be yourself
This goes with the confidence and kindness point. Expressing yourself positively will naturally make you more attractive.
That being said, I am NOT telling you to smile ALL THE TIME, or laugh at every single joke, or be overly bubbly and fake. Just be happy and be yourself.
Never chase the attention of others.
If you focus on yourself, the attention and love will naturally come.
•Health is beauty
- Focus on what you put in your body (whole foods, lots of water, balanced diet, etc.)
- Exercise (strength training, pilates, yoga, biking, walking, swimming, etc.)
- Get a good nights sleep, no less than 7 hours, aim for 8-9
- Good hygiene, you want to be as fresh and clean as possible ( Stay on top of showering, skincare, hair care, oral hygiene, wearing deodorant, etc.)
Side note, but I LOVE roller oils. I use them at school, and they are so strong, they smell amazing, and I always get compliments on how I smell.
・:*:・゚★,。・:*:・゚☆。・:*:・゚★,。・:*:・゚☆
Some randoms :
• Braces - A few crooked teeth are really no big deal, I am actually a firm believer that teeth give us character, but my teeth were pretty crazy… So braces definitely helped me out + I smile way more now 😽
• Gua sha + face massage/yoga - Facial massages and yoga can help sculpt your face, reduce puffiness, and smooth wrinkles. I swear by gua sha, and feel so pretty after using it.
• Get a hair cut that suits your face shape/features - Avoid hiding your face with hair. Wear hairstyles that compliment your face, and display your beautiful features.
• Use castor oil or eyelash and eyebrow serum - My eyelashes and eyebrows have gotten so much fuller, remember to have patience, and make sure the products you use are safe/not super cheap.
• Put some thought into your outfits, and choose clothes that make you feel good + find out what body type you have

you deserve your dreams.
give yourself permission to dream big. if you really want something and know you must have it, don't push it away thinking it's too big, too crazy, too ambitious, or too delusional. so what? do you choose to conform? to live low, just to get by? is it realistic to just survive? i have seen people like that, and it hurts my soul to see them that way. but the thing is, they are not aware of it. they think that is it the only way, they are not aware of the other doors presented to them because of this negative notion they have and ego. they just accepted it, thinking that life has given that to them and that they "deserve" it.
your dreams. you feel them for a reason. you deserve them because you exist. don't push them away. get past your limits and show yourself you can. but don't try to show others for their validation or to prove them wrong or to show them that you are better than them.
maybe they prefer their life that way and are comfortable with it, or they did not learn that the best things that are going to happen to them are in the "unknown," but they cannot risk it. but you, you know you are meant for bigger things. accept that with your whole heart.
you have this kind of knowledge for you to apply it. you are worthy of your dreams otherwise you wouldn't exist at all.

Glow Up
Bree adjusted her glasses, squinting against the bright sunlight that streamed down on the bustling beach. She sighed, feeling the weight of her oversized sun hat as she trudged through the sand. Her step-sister, Gina, strutted ahead, laughing with her gaggle of friends. Bree couldn’t help but notice the way people seemed to part for Gina, her golden hair catching the light, her tan skin glowing. Everything about Gina screamed confidence and popularity, traits that Bree lacked and, if she was honest, secretly envied.
“Just stay out of our way, Bree.” Gina had hissed earlier, rolling her eyes as their mother insisted Bree join the outing. Now, as Gina and her friends spread their towels and settled into a sunbathing session, Bree found a spot far enough away to avoid their cruel comments.
She unfurled her large parasol, casting a welcome shadow over her pale skin. Settling into her spot, she pulled out a well-worn book, hoping to lose herself in its pages. But her eyes kept drifting to Gina and her friends. Their laughter, their ease, it was a stark contrast to Bree's lonely corner. A pang of jealousy hit her, sharp and unexpected.
Sometime later, Gina sauntered over, a sly smile playing on her lips. "Hey want to ditch this place and join us?" She said, her voice overly sweet.
Bree's heart skipped a beat. She looked up, surprised. "Um, sure." She said, her voice barely above a whisper.
Gina's smile turned wicked. "Not you loser, I was talking to your umbrella." She said yanking the umbrella out of the sand and walked away with it back to her friends who were watching with glee.
Bree's cheeks burned, and she ducked her head back into her book, trying to ignore the tears pricking at her eyes. She glanced up just in time to see Gina whisper something to the group. They all turned to look at Bree and burst into laughter. Her embarrassment deepened, and she tried to focus on her book, but the words blurred on the page from the tears in her eyes.
The sun beat down on her, and she felt her skin begin to heat up. She cursed herself for not bringing sunscreen, her fair skin already starting to sizzle. She watched as Gina and her friends stood up and headed towards the ocean. Her eyes drifted over to their encampment, wondering if any of them had brought sunscreen.
Bree glanced back over at Gina and her friends splashing in the sea. She looked at her skin quickly turning red and bit her lip, making a snap decision. Rising, she tiptoed towards their area, her heart pounding in her chest. She felt a rush of adrenaline as she reached Gina’s beach bag and rummaged through it.
Her fingers closed around a sleek bottle labeled “Bitchiglow.” She hesitated, then shrugged. “Sunscreen is sunscreen.” She muttered to herself. Squeezing a generous amount onto her hand, she started to rub it into her arms and legs.
The lotion tingled pleasantly, and Bree couldn't get enough. She applied more, the cool sensation spreading across her skin, soothing and delightful. She couldn’t remember the last time she had felt anything like it.
She continued to slather it on, losing herself in the sensation. It felt so good that she kept applying more, even though her skin was already covered. She didn’t notice the subtle shimmer that began to coat her arms and legs.
Bree closed the bottle and slipped it back into Gina’s bag, her skin tingling all over. She hurried back to her spot, trying to act natural, but she couldn’t help but feel a little victorious. Maybe this day wouldn’t be so terrible after all.
As the sun continued to bear down, Bree decided to put down her well worn book. She usually loved to read it but the rays felt warm and inviting, and for once, she wanted to soak them in. Never much of a sun tanner, she found herself unexpectedly enjoying the sensation.
She stretched out on her towel, closing her eyes, letting the sun's warmth envelop her. As she did, her body began to undergo a remarkable transformation. Slowly, her tits started to swell, becoming perfectly rounded, a shape she had only ever dreamed of having.
Her nails grew from short, plain, and bitten to long elegant painted talons. Bree's lips, thin and chapped, began to plump, turning a lush, inviting shade of pink. Her ass, usually small and flat, filled out into a firm, shapely curve that would turn heads.
Her hair, a mousy brown, lightened to a stunning golden blonde. It grew thicker and longer, cascading in waves around her shoulders. The transformation was mesmerizing, her hair glistening like spun gold in the sunlight.
Her fair skin, always prone to burning, started to tan evenly, taking on a beautiful, sun-kissed glow. It was a rich, golden bronze, that erased every blemish, scar and pimple she had giving her smooth, flawless skin. Bree had never looked so good, but she remained blissfully unaware of the dramatic changes taking place.
As her physical transformation completed her mental changes were only beginning. The shy, reserved girl who had walked onto the beach started to fade away, replaced by a growing sense of confidence.
Her thoughts, once kind and considerate, began to turn selfish and vain. Bree started to wonder why she had ever cared about the opinions of others, especially those who didn’t appreciate her. The jealousy she once felt towards Gina and her friends morphed into a sense of superiority. She deserved to be admired, adored, and envied.
Her values, which had been grounded in humility and empathy, twisted into something darker. Bree found herself relishing the idea of attention, of being the center of every social circle. The quiet girl who used to avoid conflict now reveled in the idea of confrontation, enjoying the thought of putting others in their place.
She felt powerful, untouchable. Her mind continued to warp, embracing these new, corrupted values. The desire to be kind and understanding evaporated, replaced by a hunger for dominance and admiration.
Bree sat up, feeling an unexpected surge of energy coursing through her limbs. She stretched out, marvelling at the newfound flexibility and grace in her movements. As she glanced down, her eyes widened in shock. Her skin was a flawless, sun-kissed bronze. Her nails, long and perfectly manicured, caught the light with a subtle shimmer. Her gaze unable to miss her now impressive boobs.
She eyes locked onto Gina and her friends still frolicking in the water and then over to their beach area and she quickly put two and two together. The Bitchiglow. It had to be responsible for this incredible change in her but also very likely in Gina and her friends. A small, frightened part of her wanted to reverse the transformation, to return to her old self. But her new arrogant superiority silenced that thought, dismissing it as weak and pathetic. She was done being that person.
Rising to her feet, she strutted over to Gina’s area, her every step exuding a newfound haughtiness causing her head to be held high and her chest to stick out in front of her. Without a second thought, Bree snatched the Bitchiglow from Gina’s bag, a wicked smile spreading across her lips.
Bree sauntered back to her spot on the beach, feeling triumphant. She laid down with a smug smile, basking in her victory as she waited for the inevitable. Her eyes followed Gina and her friends as they finished their time in the water and strutted back to their area.
It didn't take long. Moments later, Bree heard a commotion and loud voices coming from Gina's group. She smirked to herself, satisfied. The inevitable confrontation was unfolding just as she had expected. Gina and her friends, looking increasingly frantic, trudged over to her, anger etched across their faces.
Gina reached Bree first, her eyes blazing. "Give me back the sunscreen!" She demanded, her voice shaking with fury.
Bree ignored her, adjusting her position slightly. "Get out of my light, you'll ruin my tan." She said coolly, her voice dripping with disdain.
Gina's face reddened with anger. "You better give it back, or else—"
Bree laughed, a harsh, mocking sound as she stood, her full height and new figure radiating confidence as she towered over the others. "Or what? The water has started to wipe the Bitchiglow off you, all of you. You're turning back into the losers you used to be." She said as she watched with satisfaction as Gina and her friends began to transform back to their ordinary selves.
Gina's friends gasped, looking at their fading tans and less-than-perfect features. The truth of Bree's words sank in, and her confidence evaporated. Bree's smile widened as she watched them. She had all the power now, and it felt intoxicating.
Gina's face twisted with rage. “Come on girls. We outnumber her. Lets take it from her.” She threatened, but there was a tremor in her voice.
Bree giggled, a sound both sweet and menacing. “Try me, bitch. Without the Bitchiglow, I could take you all without breaking a sweat.”
Gina’s bravado faltered, fear creeping into her eyes. She and the rest of her girls knew Bree was right. They felt ten times weaker now that they lost their shine. Bree reveled in the shift of power dynamics. She turned her gaze to the other girls, who looked both scared and hopeful.
“Now of course you girls can join me and become beautiful again or you can stay with this loser and be outcasts. You're choice.” Bree said, holding up the Bitchiglow bottle proudly.
The girls exchanged uncertain glances, the siren song of the Bitchiglow battling with their loyalty to Gina. Finally, one of them stepped forward, her hand outstretched.
“Tiffany, don’t!” Gina yelled, desperation creeping into her voice. But the girl ignored her, eyes fixed on the Bitchiglow.
Bree smiled, squeezing a generous amount of lotion onto Tiffany’s hand. Tiffany rubbed it into her skin eagerly, her transformation almost instantaneous. Her tan deepened, her hair regained its lustrous shine, and her tits grew big and bouncy. She smirked evilly, the confidence of being a bitchy babe once more radiating from her. She moved to stand alongside Bree, her new leader, casting a disdainful glance at Gina.
“Anyone else?” Bree asked, holding up the bottle.
The remaining girls, driven by the desire to regain their beauty, quickly lined up with their hands outstretched. In their haste, they pushed Gina to the ground. She landed with a thud, looking up in disbelief as her friends abandoned her.
Bree squeezed the Bitchiglow into their waiting hands, watching with satisfaction as each girl transformed back into her beautiful, confident self. They all stood beside Bree, their expressions mirroring her superior smirk.
Gina looked up at the group, her face a mix of anger and fear. Bree looked down at her with a triumphant smile. “Looks like you’re the one outnumbered now, Gina.” she said coldly.
The newly transformed girls giggled and whispered amongst themselves, their loyalty now firmly shifted to Bree. They followed their new alpha over to Gina's old spot and took up their positions as her sycophants. Gina’s reign was over, and Bree's was just beginning.

THE SUBTLE ART OF BECOMING FINANCIALLY FREE IN 2024 💸 🎀 ྀིྀི
Hey girlies, Hanalia is back, ready to dive into some real talk about achieving financial freedom. No fluff, just hardcore truths to help you grow and secure your future like the badass queens you are.
1. Know Your Worth: Ladies, let's talk real. Your value isn't about how many likes you get or what brand you wear. It's about your talents, your skills, and your drive to succeed. Invest in yourself—learn, grow, and never underestimate what you bring to the table.
˖⁺‧₊ It's not just about earning money; it's about how you invest it. Our aim is growth, and often, you need income to invest in yourself. ˖⁺‧₊
2. Budget Like a Boss: Financial freedom starts with knowing where your money goes, okay. Time to get real with those finances. Budgeting isn't about restrictions; it's about empowerment. I used to think it was all about penny-pinching, but it's really about knowing where every dollar goes and making intentional choices.
3. Crush Debt: Debt can feel overwhelming, trust me, I've been there. But facing it head-on is how you break free. Start with the high-interest stuff, make a plan, and stick to it like your future depends on it—because it does.
˖⁺‧₊ Debt can feel like quicksand, but you're no damsel in distress. The sooner you free yourself from debt, the sooner you'll have more money to build your empire.˖⁺‧₊
4. Invest Wisely: Investing isn't just for the rich. Start small, educate yourself, and build your portfolio. I've learned that the sooner you start, the more your money can grow over time. It's about making your money work for you, not the other way around.
˖⁺‧₊ PS. Forget the lottery mentality. Real wealth is built through smart investing. Educate yourself on stocks, bonds, real estate—whatever piques your interest. Start small, diversify, and let your money work for you.˖⁺‧₊
5. Build Multiple Streams of Income: Oh my osh! I cannot stress enough the importance of this! Your 9-to-5 isn't your only option. I've hustled with side gigs, freelancing—you name it. Multiple streams of income give you security and freedom. Don't limit yourself—explore what lights you up and brings in the cash.
6. Protect Yourself: Life's unpredictable, but you can be prepared. Having health insurance and an emergency fund can be lifesavers. It's about peace of mind and knowing you're covered, no matter what.
˖⁺‧₊ Get health insurance, build an emergency fund, and consider long-term savings like retirement plans.˖⁺‧₊
7. Own Your Future: Financial freedom isn't an end goal; it's a mindset. It's about having choices and the power to live life on your terms. Stay focused, stay disciplined, and never settle for less than you deserve.
Your money is your shield. Make it stronger, fairly. I completely understand that nowadays there are countless ways to earn income, but always choose the ones that align with your values.

💖 NUTRITION & WELLBEING EDITION - 10 WEEKS UNTIL 2025 - GLOW UP SERIES [WEEK 10] - 💖
So we’re 10 weeks till 2025, the new year is fast approaching, your energy levels are in the gutter and despite mentally wanting to change your life there’s just something keeping you stuck. You wake up and it’s the same story different day, tired, hungry, moody as hell.
While you might mentally want to change your life, your body needs to be on board and to do that it’s gona need the right foods, drinks and nutrients to have you functioning at your optimal level. Taking drastic action when it comes to changing your diet is how you’re going to see drastic results in your energy levels, productivity and overall wellbeing…
The foundations:
🛌 SLEEP: All those late night movies before bed, Netflix and chill, love-is-blind binging needs to stop immediately. You need a set bed time and you need to be consistent. Waking up and going to sleep at the exact same time every single day. I recommend 10pm - 6am or somewhere around there.
🥱 Sleep with your mouth closed. Use mouth strips from amazon if you dribble, snore, or struggle to sleep properly - breathing through your mouth is most likely the culprit. It’s not natural and disturbs natures rhythm which is breathing through your nose. Mouth strips have been a game changer for me, and highly recommended.
🚫 No screen before bed. This is obvious but those doom scrolling morning and nights are over. Switch it off, read a book, pray, meditate, do what you need to. This is about resting your body before bed so you can sleep well and function at your best the next day.
Sleep supplements: Magnesium oil spray or tablets before bed
🍴 FOODS & DRINKS: 2 litres water MINIMUM per day. Absolutely no alcohol for the next 10 weeks. Strict diet of vegetables, fruits, protein and healthy fats, high quality meats and fish. More herbs into your food. Seeds, whole grains such as Chia, Flaxseed, Pumpkin seed, Bulgar wheat. More pre-and-probiotics. Sprouted veggies. Snack on nuts. No sweets, no cakes, no carbs. No bread, no pasta, no rice, no gluten. No nothing that is not a whole food, or from the earth. You are your own doctor when it comes to food, so you will know what is best for you. Above is the closest diet to nature and has changed my life. Eating vegetables in season. Removing western foods, removing vegetable oil, only drinking structured water, herb teas, and freshly pressed veg juices. Changing your diet might mean you stop eating out, you cut the takeouts, you spend your evenings researching meal preps for Keto, or healthy diet. Your life will completely change when you start feeding your body ALIVE foods, instead of nutrient deficient, processed food that keeps you craving more. Yes you are going against the grain. You will be the minority, but what are the alternatives? Stay binging? Stay eating crap? Stay feeling crap?
Supplements:
Chronium, Berberine for support with blood sugar
D3 + K2, B12, Vitamin C 1000mg, Turmeric, Probiotics,
DIM, Milk Thistle, Selenium, Iodine Drops, Omega 3, Mega GLA for women’s health.
Other:
Get full blood panel done to see any deficiencies
Invest in a continuous glucose monitor from Amazon - see how your body is responding to foods you are eating in real time.
🏃🏽♀️EXERCISE: There is no way around this. You need to do some fucking exercise. Even if you start with 10k steps per day. Just do it. Once you’ve switched up your diet you absolutely WILL have more energy. Join a gym, set the intention, put reminders on your phone affirming you ARE someone whoo does exercise and works out. Leave your gym clothes out before bed. Set yourself up to win. Find a friend or someone to work out with. Look on YouTube for a workout if the gym is not possible. Just try your best. This is a mind over matter. ~You got this.
🧘🏽♀️ Finally…STRESS FREE LIVING…
You can eat all the healthy foods, do your 10k steps but if you are involved in a stressful life, those stress hormones are going to come and f**k shit up. You have to remove stress where possible. This is the NUMBER one health destroyer. Stress literally makes is ill. It depletes your energy, exhausts you, and keeps you in survival - not much different to the animals living in the wild. Your life can be so stress free once you realise you are actually in control of a lot more than you realise. Blocking HIM. Saying no to hanging out with HER. Hanging up the phone. Removing yourself from the drama. Quitting your job. Changing your course. Deleting social media. Switching off the news permanently. Distancing yourself. There is SO much you can do to remove stress. But it’s completely on you. You have to take control if you are serious about changing your life.
That’s all for this week! Next week more advice on your pre-2025 glow-up.

Sit down at your desk.
open the book, start reading.
you don’t understand. yet you MUST figure this out to pass the exam.
it’s painful to think about it.
EMBRACE THE PAIN.

The Dream Girl's Guide to Setting and Achieving Goals
If there's one thing that I am insanely good at, it's planning and setting goals.
However I have not always been great at achieving them.
Call it laziness, lack of self discipline or being over ambitious, you can take your pick. But every year I would set goals and every year I would never achieve them.
This year I was, and am determined to transform. I'm tired of putting it off. I've tried a completely different method (read about that here) and it's finally working out, I cant't wait to share it with you.
Why is Setting and Achieving Goals Important?
Setting and achieving goals will forever be important, no matter what stage of life you're in if you don't want time to pass while you stay in the same place.
If you're happy staying exactly as you are, looking the same way, doing the same thing everyday, making the same money, dating the same guy or having the same conversations, year after year after year. Then this post simply isn't for you.
But for the rest of us, who want more, who understand that wanting something different means that you have to do something different, who want to grow, learn and develop and that who understand that time is the most valuable thing that we have; setting and achieving things, day after day, month after month and year after year is insanely important.
If you are one of us, I'm sure you already knew that, the issue might be actually following through.
You're good at setting goals, not so much with actually achieving them?
Maybe it's not your fault, maybe you're just doing it wrong.
------------- How To Set Goals -------------
How many of us start the new year, or the random day that we decide we need to be better by writing a list of Goals?
Maybe that list looks something like this.
Lose 10lbs
Grow Hair Longer
Dress Better
Save Money
Get 1000 followers on X platform
Can you see the problem here? My STEM girlies are yelling at the screen saying that the goals aren't SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Timely).
The real problem?
All of these goals are end products.
And to eliminate this problem, and make these goals better, we have to turn them into habits.
-------- How to turn Goals into Habits --------
Let's go through our list again.
Lose 10lbs -> Workout 4 times a week, do one form of excerise a day and eat at a caloric deficit.
Grow Hair Longer -> Keep hair in protective styles, use hair growth oils daily, only brush hair when in conditioner
Dress Better -> Sell the clothes I don't like to buy clothes I do like, do a closet clear out once a month, only buy things that are high quality
Save Money -> Budget all money once a month, unsubscribe from things I no longer use, declutter and sell things I no longer need once a month.
Get 1000 followers on X platform -> Post 3 times a week, create meaningful content, reply to all comments left on posts daily, interact with posts from others in the sam niche every day
Can you see the difference?
By changing your goals from the end product to the process these goals suddenly mean more. They're more helpful and seem much more achievable.
End goals cannot always be controlled, you can do everything right, post 3 times a week, reply to all your comments and your following count may still not change for months... then all of a sudden something goes viral and they'll call you an overnight success.
By shifting your focus to the things you can control, rather than the end product, your sense of achievement comes from your consistency and hard work, allowing you to keep going even when you don't see any changes.
This prevents you from giving up when success could be just around the corner.
-------- How To Achieve Your Goals --------
Now that we've gone through how to set Goals, lets talk about how to achieve them.
A lot of people just stop at the first part and never think about the things that they can do to ensure that their goals are met.
Never stop at the list.
Why?
You have no initiative to ever look at this list again so you'll most likely forget you even wrote them down in a few weeks
You haven't factored how your life may make achieving these goals a priority.
The answer to this problem?
Turning your Habits into Routines.
It's all well and good setting goals, even setting good goals. But you also need to make sure that you're creating an environment that's conducive to the goals you want to achieve, the habits you want to keep, and the life you want to create.
------- How to turn Habits into Routines ------
We've written down all our goals, turned them into habits and now it's time of the most important part, turning them into routines.
This is important because consistency is key, always. Instead of saying that you'll do something 3 times a week and leaving at that, let's go deeper.
Which days of the week will you do it? What time? For how long?
Leaving it up to chance is risky. What if you forget?
We need to create consistent routines.
Pick which days to do your habits
Pick what time you'll do your habits
Pick how long you'll do them for
Pick what you'll do before and after.
Try to make this as consistent as possible, for example, same time every day, same day every week.
Make sure that every single hour is accounted for, even if it's just set as free time.
Its easy to convince yourself you don't have enough time to do things, let's put all the things you have to do into a spreadsheet with how long it'll take and when you'll do it. Better yet we can use a calendar app or website.
See all the free time you've got?
Now creating routine is so much more than writing it down and doing it everyday or every week. At first you may have to check the app every five seconds to see what you're meant to be doing but if you stay consistent, after a few weeks it'll become second nature.
------------ Removing Distractions ----------
Organising your time and creating a routine is really eye-opening because it gives you a chance to wonder what the f*** you've been spending your time doing.
Nothing productive probably. Take a look at your screentime, what apps are you spending your time on? How long are you spending? Is this part of the life you'd like to build for yourself?
It might be time for a break.
I am being so honest when I said that getting rid of every single distraction that could be keeping me from my goal was the single most important decision I could've made when planning 2024.
I went full on, no Netflix, no YouTube, no music, no games, no social media. No distractions. For at least the first month of my new routine and I plan on only adding everything back slowly.
I advise you do the same.
Remove the things that you can see could distract you from your goals. What's keeping you from going to bed early? What would you rather do than going to the gym?
I'm telling you, I haven't stopped working on myself, because I genuinely have nothing better to do. I've cut all the distractions out. Going on my one hour walk is now what I look forward to all day. The gym is the best part of my day.
My days currently consist of self improvement, wellness podcasts, reading Jane Austen, being active, cleaning my spaces, skincare and early nights.
But it feels like I'm living my dream life? Whenever I think of my ideal day it's never included 4 hours of mindless scrolling or spending 2 hours down a YouTube rabbit hole.
When I think of my dream life it's always been home cooked meals, reading and fancy skincare routines. I couldn't be happier and I really don't feel like I'm missing out on anything.
TRY IT.
This is probably the most important step because the power that distractions have on us is so real.
You can do all the planning and have the best intentions but if your want to play games, scroll mindlessly on social media, text a guy that doesn't care about you or engage in celebrity drama is greater than your want to be better? Good Luck Charlie.
---- Making Your Goal Your Obsession ----
This is actually the fun part.
All I do is listen to podcasts about my goal, read books about my goals, make pinterest boards about my goals and talk to myself about my goals. I'm so obsessed.
Make a reading list, find some podcasts that align with your goals, follow blogs with the same mindset, talk to those of your friends that will get it.
This makes sure that nothing can distract you, and you can't just 'forget' to work towards your goal.
However, you must not let your time obsessing over your goal be more than your time actually working on your goal. Do not forget that.
