Now we need to see what these chefs are going to make in season 4, once Carmy opens up more to the world, to himself and to those around him. In particular, I'm keen for Sydney to get her own version of episode 3x01. I want to see her culinary, cultural and familial history. That way, when she and Carmy finally get on the same page, are inspired and collaborate, whatever they end up creating together is going to be that much more satisfying.
