Our body shape and size can change over our lifetime. Remember, “true beauty” has nothing to do with our appearance. Feelings are just visitors... let them come and go. So many people get stuck in the feelings or feel things very deeply. Feelings are temporary. Freakouts and bad days are temporary. There is another saying “don’t let a bad day make you feel you have a bad life”. Put things into perspective- there will be ups and downs, and how yuh handle the down days will help you to appreciate the up days that much more. This too shall pass. Refocus your attention on your goals and your dreams. It’s dedication and consistency that help you to achieve your goals.. even on the bad days or when you don’t feel like it.
