The longest I’ve gone with consistently working out on my own (without sport training being an incentive) was a month. Unfortunately, due to a week long vacation and school starting up again soon, I became discouraged. This is around the third week where I haven’t worked out daily.
Today I hope will be the first day of many months of consistent training. By starting this blog I hope to maintain my motivation and create a community of support.
Body fat loss is one of my goals, but all through healthy methods such as appropriate dieting and exercising.
