1,179 suicides today. 2,114 yesterday after the election (source). please check in on your friends and loved ones, even online friends. check in on them even if they seem happy and okay. if you’re considering attempting, don’t. I know this world is fucked up, especially right now, but for what it’s worth, the fact you are still alive means you’re a fighter and a survivor. you’ve made it this far and if no one else tells you, I am proud of you for being alive. it takes fucking strength and courage, and look at you still being here. give yourself some credit because you are so much stronger than you think. yes, everything fucking sucks right now. but you will get through it even if it doesn’t look like it right now. it will eventually get better. I really truly believe that, no matter how hopeless or cruel things are right now. I truly believe you will survive and will get to genuinely be happy and truly safe. just please hang in there.

The fact that most women are taking wrong dosage of medicine because they were tested upon men only which is causing long term side effects is proof the world is male centered.

Update on poisoning in female schools in Iran
Up until today, officially 67 schools in 19 cities have been the target of chemical attacks by the regime. Unofficial reports say the true number is 116 schools. The majority of these schools are girls schools. The education of students is officially disturbed. Some are afraid to attend school. Many spend their time at school in fear. Some schools send their students home sooner than expected to decrease the risk of being attacked. Bringing a bottle of water and masks to schools is a protocol now, putting a wet piece of cloth on your face decrease the risk of being poisoned. This is one of the most despicable things the regime has done.
Please share this news. This is an important case of human rights violation and is getting zero coverage. Help show the world the True face of IR regime. Follow 1500tasvir on Twitter. They share the latest news on these attacks.

Wanna know something about the woman’s reproductive system? Oh, you don’t? TOO BAD I’M TELLING YOU ANYWAY 🗣️
So you know when you get those really, really, really, really bad cramps? The ones that last like 2-3 minutes? The ones where you gotta lay down or just wallow in your own discomfort and suffering? The ones where you just gotta stay quiet and stare at the ceiling? The ones where you be hyperventilating and sweating and feeling like you’re about to pass out from the pain? Yeah, those.
So, apparently, when that happens, your cervix dilates to one centimeter. And you gotta be dilated to ten to push a baby out.
If that ONE cramp is what it feels like to be dilated to ONE centimeter, ten centimeters is just gonna flat take me out. IT’S GONNA KILLL ME 😭
And then contractions, right? It probably feels like a cramp, not that bad? I AIN’T KNOW IT’S GONNA FEEL LIKE THAT ONE PERIOD CRAMP. AND THEN THEY GET CLOSER AND CLOSER TOGETHER??
LAWD. HATH. MERCY.
I’d have to go through that?? For HOURS? ALL WHILE I’M CRAMPING?!
Not to mention the ring of fire.
Adoption papers looking real good rn.

Is this 26?
I spoke with a dear friend of mine around this time last year about feeling bouts of sadness from time to time.
For context: my friend is a corporate lawyer in her 30s. So anytime I have questions about anything regarding aging or just changes during certain periods in my life, I usually call her.
I remember she told me about a pre-PMS that causes you to feel symptoms of depression, severe body aches, cramps, etc that start before your period.
I checked my "P-Tracker" app, and I am but two weeks out.
But this sadness and wanting to cry literally happens every month and has gotten worse over the last year.
I don't know how this will continue over the next few years; I mean I'm only 26.
Can you relate?
And what's worse, is I feel like I take it out on my boyfriend, which isn't fair to him.
I'm just such a moody pants.
But I am blessed to be four years from 30 I guess.
Cheers from your fave.
With love,
Sarah Chanel
P.S.
New pieces coming soon, stay tuned.

WELL EVERY FEMALE SHOULD?? IT'S THE MOST IMPORTANT MATTER IN YOUR LIFE ACTUALLY!
Knowing when and what happens throughout your period is very important health information! This is your way of checking if you're okay! So many health problems are reflected in your menstruation, you can learn almost everything that way. For example, if you have too much stress, if your hormones are imbalanced, if you have any developmental problems, if you're good to have sex now (lower chance to be pregnant) etc. Not to mention that it's the first question a gynecologist will ask you on the checkup, which is how she'll know what's up with you.
Please, monitor your menstruation cycles girls (I find the mobile app Flo really helpful) and learn more about your hormonal changes (gynecologists on yt are a good way to start), it's very important information for you and it may be life-changing.
Understanding your period/menstruation cycle is in a way understanding your mental state. Hormones have a big impact on your brain, please remember that.

Tady máte Neurol a neřešte blbosti.
Tumblr media
Tenkrát v pravěku bejvaly dětský hadříky spíš neutrálních barev a motivů, takže já i bráška jsme střídali červenou, zelenou, žlutou i modrou, kravičky, muchomůrky, dinosaury, prostě co bylo.
